I had a fairly severe grinding problem that had worn down most of my teeth to the point where they were chipping and cracking and starting to cause pain. Dr Vigneault did a consult and created a plan to restore my teeth and correct my bite to minimize the grinding which happened in my sleep. I have about 15 crowns that look very good and have now lasted for over 10 years. It’s great to have perfect teeth and a proper bite! Thanks Dr Vigneault - A. Howard

Both of the fillings I've gotten here have actually COME OUT within a few months. One of them was in my front teeth, which meant I had to live with a chip in my front teeth until my next dentist appointment. The other one was in the back, meaning I had pain whenever I bit down on food on that side of my mouth. They also told me I had a cavity in one of my teeth when it was actually a chip in my tooth. The view is great and the people are sooo nice, but I'm pretty disappointed in the quality of the fillings I've gotten here so I would not recommend getting a filling here. I'd only want to go here for a general cleaning.

Thank you Willow Dental Care! I never thought I would be saying this, but I truly enjoy my visits to your office. After years of being "nervous" of going to a dentist's office, I no longer am! And I didn't even have to use the conscious sedation (which I thought I would). From my first "emergency" visit to my now-regular visits - everyone is wonderful to deal with. The icing on top is that I get to sit and look at the most spectacular view while there... See you next time!

Everyone from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the technicians, to the dentists... their understanding and genuine care really made the world of difference for me. To have such a caring group take care of my dental needs, starting with a conscious-sedation session, to follow up care... I can honestly say this is the best dental care I've ever received. You guys are awesome!!!

Generally a poorly organized practice and not very high quality work. Used to be a patient here before. I had a root canal done elsewhere in 2011, and the staff was very insistent that I had to get a crown done on it ASAP (fair enough). I had another root canal done by Willow Dental in 2013, and then in 2015 finally had the opportunity to get a crown for the high priority 2011 root canal. The office staff go ahead and get insurance pre-authorization for the wrong tooth - not the 2011 high priority one as requested, but the recent, 2013 one. To be on the safe side with insurance we go ahead and get a crown as authorized by insurance. Now my new dentist informs me that they have done a poor job on the crown, leaving a gap between the crown and the tooth, and as the result, a cavity has formed between the crown and the tooth. Because it has been barely over 3 years since they did that crown my insurance won't cover the replacement. Not exactly a Mexico street dentist but leaves a lot to be desired.

I've only come here for extractions. No one likes extractions, but they're covered under Disability Dental, so if they're bad then out they go because it's covered. And honestly? I keep coming back to do it here because they're lovely. (this review was brought to you by dental ativan. 2nd time I've ever taken it but man, the loud cracks of your teeth breaking away fro. your jaw is just something I'd rather not pay 100% attention to)

I have been a patient at Willow for many years. I travel a long way to get there now because there is a great deal of trust with them and their staff. Always friendly and they have spent years pandering to my cowerdess enough that I think I am mostly no longer afraid of dental visits.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but once I started going to Willow Dental Care, my whole attitude changed. The work they do on your teeth is top notch. The staff are always so warm and friendly and they really know how to put a person at ease. They are always so accommodating.They will go the extra mile to help set up appointments when and how you need them , even at short notice. I would highly recommend Willow Dental Care to anyone looking for a dentist.

A DOG running around the room and so close to me while I was getting my teeth cleaned!!!! On top of that my teeth cleaning was poorly done... When I complained about the dog running beside me during the cleaning and asked questions THE HYGIENIST TOLD ME THAT THE RECEPTIONIST HAD NO ONE TO TAKE CARE OF HER DOG SO SHE BROUGHT HIM TO WORK WITH HER.

When it comes to going to the dentist, I'm a big baby. Such a big baby that I avoided the dentist for 10 years, until I broke a tooth. Through a friend's suggestion, I went to see Dr. Loverin @ Willow Dental and from the moment I stepped into that office, I knew that I'd be taken care of. Turned out I needed a bit more work done, filings, etc... and because of my intense anxiety, I opted for the sedation dental and let me tell you, it's the best!!! THE BEST!!! I got everything fixed and now my family and I go religiously every 6 months. Dr. Loverin and the entire staff at Willow Dental are AMAZING!!! I've been a patient for four years now. Every single person is caring and absolutely professional. I recommend them to everyone.

I feel truly blessed to have found Dr. Plavsic! I had not seen a dentist in many years due to a very traumatic experience which had left me with severe dental anxiety. Sadly, It resulted in me needing a root canal and several fillings. I found Dr. Plavsic online as I was looking for a dentist who has experience with patients who suffer with anxiety and I am so happy I did!!! Dr. Plavsic and staff were so caring and so reassuring! I honestly could not have had a better experience!!! I opted for conscious sedation after Dr. Plavsic thoroughly went through all options with me and was absolutely thrilled! I had my root canal and fillings done and am going for my second sedation and more work tomorrow. Only difference this time, is that my anxiety is a lot less because I know that I am in the best hands!! Dr.Plavsic and staff have given me an entirely different outlook on dentistry! I highly recommend Dr. Plavsic!! So much in fact that I now also bring my daughter to see her! ❤️

Had some awful tooth pain, but I suffer from horrible dental anxiety. Olivia, the dental receptionist, was amazing from the get go, and organizing things for me. They were able to consciously sedate me, which was fantastic. Dr. Loverin did the work for me, and he was awesome. Highly recommend this place for anyone with anxiety.

Great experience with Dr Diana Plavsic and her whole team! A large amount of work needed to be done, some of which is in the back of my mouth where a gag reflex kicks in. With my sedation experience (triazalam), I was not fully under or out of my mind. But my interest in what was happening in front of me / to my teeth was reduced to almost 0. Because I was still conscious (most of time time - apparently I napped here and there during the procedure), I was able to fully interact with the team and they made sure I was very comfortable. In my opinion, the best part of this experience (outside of the wonderful way I was treated by these kind folks) is the fact that a long appointment (3.5 hours) went by extremely fast. They are real professionals, and genuinely good people. If you've been putting off any dental work, go book a consultation with these folks and you'll be happy

Willow dental clinic is fantastic. I was terrified of the dentist and hadn't gone in years. I needed a root canal and the pain came on fast and was overwhelming. Dr Loverin found a way to see me with in hours and started treatment. I was incredibly anxious and he and his staff were very understanding and reassuring. They were able to meet me where I was at with my fear of the dentist and make a plan that worked for me. I didn't feel judged at all. My care was incredible and pain free. This place is amazing! Due to intense dental anxiety I didn't go to the dentist for a really really long time and I finally found this place. Over the years this place has seen me through surgery, check ups, fillings etc. The staff that work here are amazing and super nice, understanding and kind. My anxiety is generally always high whenever I go, but their staff make the process that much easier so the whole time Im there they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable each step of the way. It is because of this office that I actually go to the dentist now. Dr. Diana is amazing, so nice and incredible at what she does and really makes you feel comfortable during the whole process. I always leave happy (not just because it's over) but because everyone made the experience that much better. Thanks Willow dental, I appreciate everything you do!

These women are so amazing I will only be going here and referring everyone here. I'm deathly afraid of needles and had 9 deep cavities from years of not going to the dentist. Ive only ever had uncomfortable and terrifying experiences. The staff here was so caring everything they did catered to me. They always asked "are you comfortable" "are you okay with this" "do you need this" which is very rare they actually showed me quite alot from how a cavity works to how my teeth are it was so amazing and they are so caring. The beautiful open space and light is so comforting. I was so scared and they knew I had such a big fear that while I was waiting they were helping me relax and not be so anxious. The receptionist, the hygenist and the dentist were so kind and sweet and they were so comforting. I met 4 women that work there and they are all so amazing and sweet. My fear of dentist is all gone thanks to them. They are so amazing and I'm so thankful for everything they did for me.

Dr. Diana Plavsic is such an incredible dentist! I was avoiding much needed dental work, and had nowhere else to go for help but to ask my previous orthodontist. Because I have major dental anxiety, she recommended that I see Dr. Diana’s office as they offer sedation services. It was my first time there, and I can’t tell you how happy I am about the whole experience. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Diana. She’s so patient, kind, and truly an incredible dentist. I was sedated, had 9 cavities filled at once, two chips, and a potential root canal. I woke up to find all my problems were gone, and that my bite was better than ever before. I didn’t experience any pain, no anxiety, no tears, ...no problems! I feel so taken care of, and am deeply grateful to have her as an amazing dentist. Thank you so much.

I went in this week to see Dr. Loverin for a root canal. I have had many dental procedures and this was by far the best experience I've had. The doctor and the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They were all very empathic given that I was in a great deal of pain leading up to the appointment.
