Excellent dental work performed by Dr. Lisa Rai! Very Professional and Accommodating! In recognition of an outstanding care, customer service ,humanity ,above and beyond expectations. I was so impressed by the hard work and the efficiency of Dr. Rae , that I immediately referred two other patients and my boyfriend to be treated by this dental practice. Despite having short notice; which was this past Friday mid afternoon ,Dr Rai went out of the way to accommodate me with her flexibility and great dental work before my flights and busy schedule, she even stayed late to finish my dental work . Natasha ,the receptionist/ dental assist is an outstanding host that actually leave her desk chair and come around to greet each and every patient . The adjoining dental assist , is very helpful , efficient and look after the patients. I highly recommend this dental practice that makes you feel you are a family . My daughter and I have been long time patients with Dr. Wilson and when he retired, and Dr Rai took over his clinic, Dr. Wilson was happy to tell his patients to continue their dental care with Dr. Rai and we did. We have found her to be gentle, kind, attentive to one's pain tolerance and of course, an excellent dentist. Her staff follow the same customer service, a reflection of Dr. Rai's care of her patients. I have recommended the clinic to my friends. I feel that it is hard to find a good and trustworthy dentist and my daughter and I are lucky to have our dental care with Dr. Rai. We love her!

She is knowledgeable and carefully explains what needs to be done and what she is doing when performing a procedure. She has excellent interactions with her staff who are very patient oriented and welcoming. The hygienists Dr. Rai employs are extremely thorough and gentle, you can trust that any problems with your teeth will be detected and managed well. Dr. Rai also makes excellent referrals when needed for complicated root canal procedures and preparations for tooth implants as examples. We highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Rai and the staff at West 9th Dental are extremely friendly and make going to the dentist not so onerous. I have been going here for the last couple of years after several years of not regularly visiting a dentist.
