Had one of the best experiences at a dentist. I have had a fear and many bad past experiences with dentists. The very kind and polite staff were nice enough to book me in right away for a chip I had just gotten on one of my teeth that had a root canal which cracked. I was going on vacation the next day for my birthday and was terrified that the worst would happen. They took such great care of me and was kind enough to patch my tooth back together until I got back. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who has a true fear and phobia of dentists. Costs were very reasonable and they direct bill. I could not say anything negative about any of the staff. Thank you again for taking such great care of me and my teeth!

The highest possible expectation from a dentist can be he/she works on your teeth as if they are his/hers. My experience with Dr. Roshan was like that. I have recommended them to 8 friends of mine and they have become their customers.The dental hygienist are all great. Cannot choose which one is better. Nicole has a unique friendliness, difficult to find somewhere else. Dr. Mona who takes care of my son's braces and teeth is such a kind, patient lady. All in all, an amazing team of doctors and staff is formed there.

Never again. Sent my daughter to have her teeth cleaned (first time) and after she came home she was almost in tears. From security cameras all over the place, to dental hygienist walking around with tattoo sleeves. Told us the initial appointment would be 2 hours? She arrived and went to the chair and she immediately noticed the over abundance of security cameras. From there the first hygienist took excessive amounts of photos stretching my poor daughters mouth all of the place. Then she wanted my daughter to pose for a picture? Actually 2 pictures? The regular x rays were done then it became a photo shoot with the hygienist handing my daughter various metal claps to stretch out her mouth to take regular digital photos. Then she was shuffled into a back room where a 360 X-ray was done?? This took 40 minutes. She was then asked to go wait in the lobby. Then she went back in and the dentist Roshanzamir came in opened her mouth looked at the pictures and in less than a minutes said ok no cavities. Barely even examining her teeth relying on the excessive amount of surface photos. Ridiculous. If she had not asked him a few questions he would have been in and out in 1 minute. Then she was sent back to the lobby once again and waited for the next hygienist. During that time she saw a hygienist working there with full arm sleeve tattoos on both arms. Nothing against tattoos but with the security cameras the posing for pictures and the sleeved tattooed hygienist my daughter thought she was getting her teeth cleaned in a prison. The hygienist was extremely rough and rushed and get this first time in my life that anyone in my family or anyone I know who has had their teeth cleaned and NO fluoride! To top this horrible experience off the excessive charges were down right shocking! Pre insurance $500 for a one minute exam by the dentist and 40 minutes of aggressive teeth cleaning by the hygienist and don’t forget that there was no fluoride provided. In their greed not only have they lost themselves numerous patients (since I have 4 kids) but also gained themselves a honest review. Never again

They do a very thorough job cleaning your teeth and monitoring your oral health, and are super friendly. I appreciate it when Doctor Roshan takes time to explain problems and goes in detail with possible solutions. He prioritizes my dental work, without making everything feel urgent. I was on layover in Vancouver and managed to fall on my face rollerblading and chipped my front tooth. I called the office at 8:00 am in a panic as I had to report for work at 10:30 am. Sumie and Preyasi were extremely sweet and told me to come on down and as they would have a room ready for me when I arrive. I arrived at 8:30 am, filled out the forms and was in a room with the dental hygienist within 10 minutes. The whole procedure only took about 30 minutes and I was out of the office by 9:30 am. This service is phenomenal!! I want to personally thank Dr. Parviz Roshanzamir for taking me in on such short notice. My tooth is good as new and I am smiling even brighter now. For sure will be returning on next layover for follow up!

I have been going to Wall Centre Dental for over five years, and I am always happy to recommend them to my friends and family. Dr. Reskovich and Dr. Roshan are exceptional professionals and have taken great care of me so far. The whole staff is incredibly nice and skilled, and I really appreciate how they make an effort to know me as a patient, remember my history and my preferences every time I go for a visit, and help me make the best out of my insurance plan (with minimum effort on my side). I have had a variety of procedures done with them, from regular cleaning services and basic filings to tooth extractions, crown placements and implant procedures. All my experiences so far have been great, which is why I am happily writing this review and encouraging anyone to give them a try :-)

After multiple procedures spanned over 10 moths, I finally got my molar implant procedure done! I am very satisfied with the result and impressed with Dr. Roshan and his team. Switching my dental here is one of the best decision I've made. I always thought dental offices DT were just for the rich. They indeed have some of the most advanced machines that I've seen (which made multiple procedures much easier and smooth, e.g the 3D scanner/camera!) and they are just as nice and professional to everyone. Dr. Roshan is so patient and communicative, he always explain every steps in detail. I barely feel any discomfort during or after procedures (extraction, bone graft, implant) The dental assistance and office staff are extremely friendly, polite and caring, and that always put me in a good mood for the rest of the day. Friendly staff and great customer service! I was worried that I had to do a gum grafting/pinhole surgery, but they reassured me that my dental concerns don't require any at all, just several deep cleaning sessions, which I'm more than happy to cover! I think these guys saved me a lot of money because of their immediate and professional honesty :). Thanks everyone! One concern I do have is their wifi...it keeps lagging sometimes on my phone.

Overall, I wasn’t as comfortable as my previous dentist. The periodic cleaning was always too harsh. During one such appointment, I inquired about InvisAlign. I was informed the need for even further scans at a separate location as well another cleaning appointment, even though I’d just had one recently. I wish coordination was better. I needed to make additional trips to the clinic and the clinic could have better managed my cleaning and InvisAlign consultation appointments, so that additional prep work could be minimised.

The staff at Wall Centre Dental are incredible. I was worried about going to the dentist, but the entire team immediately put me at ease the moment I walked in the door. I spent my entire first appointment for x-rays laughing with Dr. Reskovich. When I went to the amazing Bernice for the dental hygiene portion, I was met with the same care and laughter. Bernice is passionate about what she does and makes the entire experience of having someone cleaning your teeth fun. Who knew that was possible!? I can't forget to mention the receptionists who are professional and incredibly knowledgeable about Dental benefits and will flag things for you if you are questioning your plan through work. I wanted to give 0 star, but I thought I should be fair. Been to this place multiple times few years past, they are organized and the dental hygienists for cleaning I came across are all really great. They do a thorough job. The doctors are alright, they have expertise but are typical with trying to get unnecessary procedures done in order to get the most out of your insurance money. What prompt me to write this is review is from my inquiry call today to the front desk about a service. I currently don't have extended health coverage so I'm spending straight from my pocket, and it will be expensive as I expect it to be. This receptionist couldn't sound more bored and insensitive, she provided less than basic service as a receptionist with answering questions and responded couple of times "I don't know what else to tell you" when I politely inquired options with payment plans or other suggestions. She was robotic and bored of seeing my type of patients show up not being able to afford the cost. Here is note to management: be cautious with who you put on your front desk, or pay attention to their attitudes towards customers when they get too comfortable with their jobs. From what I can tell, I am not the first to raise an eyebrow with some of your front desk staff. These people put a face to your company, and you can lose customers if they represent you badly. It is a shame that you qualified hygienists/dentists loose customers because of a poorly qualified receptionist.

Doctor Rochan is an excellent professional. He is very knowledgeable, confident and respectful. I have had Doctor Rochan Taking care of my teeth needs not for very long but I always like his assessment and the way he approaches his patients. The Hygienists are all very well trained and very polite , good manners. It feels good every time I go there. Oh, and the receptionist is also very efficient, polite and has a great customer service skills.

I had my root canal done by Dr Roashanzamir, albeit at another location since he works in two places, but I got my wisdom teeth out here two weeks later and all staff were courteous and informative. I walked away from my root canal with no pain, job well done. Walked away from wisdom tooth extraction and they stitched me up nicely in the back of my mouth. I could talk and swallow on the first day back. Best dentist I have been to-recommend highly!

I love this dental clinic! My partner has a dentist phobia and they have helped her work through it from having complete sedation back in Toronto for years; to now her walking in and out with confidence! And no sedation! They are all calm, caring, courteous, and walk her patiently through all the steps. So accommodating! She just finished a cleaning which 2 years ago she would be sleeping the next 3 days away from heavy sedation; instead she is on dinner duty and cleaning up the house! #winning!

I've had nothing but positive experiences here, and have been coming regularly for two years. The staff are highly organized and professional, and the medical team (I've seen both Dr. Roshan and Dr. Tehrani) are helpful, warm and educational. I highly recommend!

I've always enjoyed this office. The work there is fantastic. I however was disappointed to notice that the reception area turned into TMZ. I always tell my staff to be aware when there are clients in the office/waiting room. I am dissapointed to see how other patients waited to be waited on as the receptionist rattled on about her personal and others personal lives. The office is exceptional clean and the dentist is excellent. Centrally located.

These guys are awesome! After moving to Vancouver, my friend recommended Wall Centre Dental about three years ago, and I have not looked back since. The staff here (especially Nicole & Kareen) are all very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Roshan is very professional, and he is also at the leading edge of dental practices, having just learned the Chao Pinhole Surgical Technique. I just recently had this surgery and even though it is a brand new technique, Dr Roshan and his team put me at ease, addressing all my concerns and checking up with regularly scheduled post-ops. Their clinic is also one of the more modern I've seen, well equipped and is nicely decorated. And as an added bonus, they are hooked up directly with most insurance companies so they can deduct the costs from your bill, so you don't have to make a claim.

Don't go here! I found this place on Google, I was only in Vancouver for 6 days and I just wanted something convenient near my hotel, and all they wanted is to rip their customers off and steal my money from them or their insurance company. I went there for cleaning which apparently could not be done in one session because my teeth are very dirty!!! I'm 31 years old, been doing cleaning twice a year since I was 14 and I've never heard this in my life. Ten minutes through the cleaning, the Orthodontics tells me that she will not have enough time to finish today and I have to come back next day, she didn't even polish my teeth at the end. There was a small tiny hole in my tooth, and the dentist charged me extra to fix it in 2 minutes, which most dentists will do for free. I've experienced situations like this, where they tried selling me extra cleaning or whitening services and that is very acceptable from dental offices but their way was very pushy, rude, and disrespectful. But the receptionists there are very helpful and friendly
