De plus, je puis amplement mesurer l'ampleur de son incompétence en comparaison avec mon nouveau dentiste.

Les deux autres centres dentaires que j'ai eus m'avisaient pour me dire de prendre mon rendez-vous un mois plus tard pour ravoir mon 85% d'assurance. Bref, dans deux semaines mon assurance se renouvelle alors j'aurais pu payer 100$ pour mes traitements au lieu de 600$. Je trouve cela déplorable que le personnel à la réception ne m'aille même pas avisé de cela. Je sens qu'ils ont voulu se faire de l'argent sur mon dos alors qu'ils auraient pu me dire d'attendre deux semaines pour me faire sauver de l'argent. Je suis étudiante et 600$ représente énormément pour moi. Un coup de fil plus tard, ils répondent que ce n'est pas de leur faute et ne sont aucunement compréhensifs de la situation. Bref faites attention à ne pas vous faire avoir comme moi!
