(Original) Je suis vraiment déçu, j'ai appelé pour prendre un Rdv en urgence chez vous, et par chance j'ai réussis a avoir un Rdv pour ma fille de 3 Ans. Je suis arrivé 15 minutes en retard a cause des conditions climatique(Verglas) et il y avait 2 accidents de route qui malheureusement ont ralenti la circulation, la secrétaire m'a renvoyé et ne voulait pas prendre ma fille qui avait la lèvre et la joue très enfler, je trouve ce geste inhumain de la part de cette secrétaire, j'ai essayé de lui expliquer mes raisons mais elle ne voulait rien savoir, j'ai demandé a parlé avec le dentiste mais elle a dit qu'il était en salle de chirurgie. Je suis très très déçu du comportement de cette secrétaire qui n'avait aucune pitié envers un enfants de 3 Ans.
