I have been going to west end dental for three years and have always had a great experience.I have had surgical work and other basic dental procedures done by Dr. Rashti with awesome results and quick recovery with no complications. It’s always a positive professional vibe. I would rate a 5star however I do find i get really cold in the hygienist room .

The team was amazing really great. Had a sudden tooth pain and other dentists werent available but West End Dental Care got me in and had my treatment done right away. The dentist was really sweet and ensured I was doing ok throughout my rootcanal.. Really good Covid screening and made me feel safe to visit the centre.

I was upset with all the doctor turn over and was ready to switch clinics but I truly love the staff there so I kept going back. At my last hygiene visit I met a lovely young lady doctor who is the new owner of the clinic. She was sweet and professional. Just what the clinic was lacking. Nice calming atmosphere. I highly recommend them!

Had appointment with Dental Hygienist - Taylor who was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Taylor made my appointment a wonderful experience and look forward to my next appointment with her in a few months. I heard about West End Dental from some acquaintances. I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed. They got me in fast, took out my wisdom teeth, healing time was minimal and I had almost no pain. I recomend West End dental to everyone. Dr Sadeghi is professional and an impeccable oral surgeon. Im very greatful to all the staff.

I had a great experience while having my teeth cleaned. My mouth didn’t hurt when my appointment was complete. Taylor was very gentle and advised me along the way with what she was about to do. My teeth felt really clean after Taylor was finished. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nice bright waiting room, as well as, the individual rooms used for dental procedures. I would certainly recommend Taylor to any one who is looking for a Dental Hygienist. I was very pleased with my overall experience at West End Dental Centre.

Great Friendly service I am a new patient and was very thrilled with the experience. my old dentist i had to return after every filling for it to be done right due to bite issues ect. had a filling done here with no issues. the dentist kept me informed throughout the procedure with what she was doing and why and that was much appreciated. my only criticism is would be great if they did direct billing to insurance as sometimes dental bills can be a lot of money to come up with upfront. i will continue to go here.

So, this will likely be a long winded, and odd review - but Dr. Sadeghi is absolutely incredible. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years. I have messed up teeth, multiple cavities, and still had all of my wisdom teeth when I came in this morning. I came in for extreme pain on the right side of my mouth - and I'm petrified of dentists, with anxiety and panic attacks. The ladies at the office made me an appointment for 8 am the next day, and saw me promptly. Took xrays, and Dr. Sadeghi came in to do the exam. The pain was discovered to be caused by my very very decayed exposed wisdom tooth. Dr. Sadeghi asked me if I wanted her to remove it, then talked me through the entire procedure - I didn't even feel the freezing needles, and the actual extraction was over in about 5 minutes, with no pain - only pressure. I will highly recommend Dr. Sadeghi to everyone I know - she's fantastic. Thank you again!

I've been with this clinic for over 25 years and I highly recommend them. They take excellent care of their patients care & fears. I have a problem with over processing the freezing (which means the tooth\area gets frozen but the freezing wears off very quickly & I end up feeling everything their doing & it hurt like hell) so they came up with a method to keep my mouth frozen & pain free!!! I am so grateful for their hard work and due diligence to assure my visits are easy, uneventful & painless!! Thank you West End Dental!!!

Wow! Danielle is GREAT on caps, making them while u wait! Perfect on spacing... easy to floss after! Freezing is always perfect & there's this one hygienist who will stay away from touching your gums if u ask her! Hard to find!!! Most have to get those pockets u know... :-D

This rating should be zero. West End Dental staff, through Dr Bongard, proposed to do work for $1770 or $1423 but would not respond to questions regarding the possibility of doing nothing or what was overall the best way to proceed. West end Dental staff attempted to overcharge a consultation fee. Dr Sadeghi's assistant, working with Dr Sadeghi, caused my tongue to swell and bleed. Dr Sadeghi caused my facial deformity which may be permanent, and damaged my front tooth. Dr Sadeqhi's filling for me is packing and bleeding. West End Dental and Dr Sadeghi have given me the worst dental experience I have had in 78 years.

I have had all good experiences here. Every step is explained and even during Covid, all protective procedures are followed, so that you feel as safe as possible. The 'only' problem is , they don't do direct billing! The odd time, something was done that wasn't covered and I didn't catch it , but it got resolved! Courtney is always very polite/courteous over the phone as she tries to accommodate times and issues!!

In the interest of full disclosure, my wife Danielle has worked at Westend dental for over 7 years. She has worked with several doctors during her career and has had her best year by far. Dr. Sadeghi has owned this practice for just over 1 year now and has already done amazing things for the community we live in. I am not someone who would normally take time to write a review but I believe that Westend deserves a 6 star rating. The staff are more then just employees or co-workers, they are truly friends. From what I can tell, this dental office offers much more then dental needs. Danielle and Dr Sadeghi are an amazing team and work flawlessly together. I had an opportunity to sit in and observe with the two of them and It couldn’t have went smoother or more relaxing for the patient. I say all this because it is not uncommon for me to get introduced to a patient while we are waiting in line for Santa clause pictures or at the ski hill. Patients are more than just patients, they are real people and have obviously had very good experiences at Westend if they go out of their way to have a conversation with staff on their personal time. As for Dr. Sadeghi her self, I can’t say enough good things about her. She will certainly go the extra mile to help out our community and patients, she treats everyone like family.

I have been a patient at this office for 20+ years. Yes there have been frequent turnovers of dentists... some great some not. However the staff is fantastic. Last week I lost the cap off my front tooth. I was devastated. I called the office..they got me an appointment for 0930 the next day and even got me an appointment to have the tooth pulled and an implant inserted by Dr. Sadeghi the next day! I know that Marilyn and crew must have called other patients to see if they could rebook their appointment so that I could have that procedure done. I have given up my appointment for the same reason. There’s great continuity of care. My dental assistant Melissa was with me for both appointments. Professional and always has a smile on her face. I’m a nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist stemming back from when I was a child. I always have had good experiences with Dr Sadeghi. One last point I have developed MS and so was so happy to see they have an elevator as well as a handicapped bathroom. This is a great family practice.

Staffed and owned by one temp doctor after another. Prices quoted are not final prices billed, by a lot! Unnecessary work is done. They'll call you constantly like a telemarketer. Not good. Anyone I've spoken to in the community about them feels the same way. I will never go back.

I have been a patient at West End Dental for many years. I have had Jenni and Rachel as my Hygienists over the years - they are both amazing. So kind and gentle. They constantly make sure you are comfortable and explain everything as they go along. Most recently my boys have had to get some dental work done and we met Dr. Rashti and his assistant Janet. Both are so nice! My boys were nervous going in, but because of Janet's calm and quiet demeanor they felt at ease once Dr. Rashti came into the room, they were ready to have the work done. Both were done quickly and without any pain. I was worried my youngest wouldn't want to go back, but he was happy after and even said "wow mom, that didn't hurt at all". I would highly recommend West End Dental, everyone who works there is great. Dr. Rashti and his wife Dr. Sadeghi have taken over the practice and they are exactly what this office needed.

Office did not return emergency page. Dr told me possible cracked tooth and gave me appointment for two month wait for a crown despite agonizing pain. Sought second opinion and tooth was infected with tongue and lymph nodes swollen and starting to go septic. Emergency root canal required. Staffed by revolving door of new dr's. Fine for basic cleanings but if you're in trouble this is somewhere to avoid.

I was nervous going back to the office during the pandemic. From the moment I walked in I started feeling better. I observed the girls at the desk wipe everything down as soon as they were finished with their clients. My hygenist took more precautions than I anticipated and I felt comfortable and at ease. My hygenist Dawn was amazing. I have sensitive teeth and I did not have a moment of discomfort. They entire office is freindly and they are so accommodating. I highly recommend this office.

Called to book an appointment to have an exam as I was feeling some dental pain. At first I was impressed with how fast the exam was booked and how reasonable the price was, when I arrived everything went as planned but the dentist only looked at the kind of teeth I had said hurt. When he asked how long it's been since my last check up, he advised me to "book for a regular exam". I paid $155 to have a dentist check 3 teeth.... not what I had asked for. To top off my visit i was told, before the xrays were even viewed, two of my fully emerged wisdom teeth that never pained me while growing in are impacted (requiring incision / flap / either bone removal and sectioning ) nothing on the internet shows fully grown in painless wisdom teeth that are impacted or partially impacted. When I left with roughly a $1400 quote for a wisdom tooth with a cavity I immediately decided to find a new dentist. As a starving college student I have no regrets in making this decision.
