Moved in from out of town, needed to have dental work done. Family recommended Trenton family dental so I scheduled an appointment .. Just finished the appointment which included having two fillings. Had the best dental experience I've had yet. I've had dental work done at multiple dentists across the province and Trenton family dental ranks #1. Dr. Brian was kind, professional and performed an absolutely painless procedure. All the staff are great and you can tell there is a great culture. I would recommend Trenton family dental to anyone.

I started attending this office based on the recommendation of one of their employees. I am not a big fan of dental work, and hadn't been to see one in few years. My experience has been fantastic. Dr. Brian went over my initial consult asking my opinion on the work I needed, and was very interested in the results that I wanted to achieve. I had an issue with pain after a root canal, and when I called after hours to leave a message, Dr. Brian actually answered the phone, and addressed my concerns. The office has an amazing team that are all friendly and great to deal with. I have since brought my children and spouse into the office, and highly recommend Trenton Family Dental and Dr. Brian to anyone that asks!

After a year of hell and pain from Dr. Younes office I came here. Everything was fixed and I can finally chew again. The dentist listened to my horror story from the previous year and found the problems and rectified them. Friendly staff who greet me by name as I walk in the door. The dentist and Ashley his assistant were nothing short of amazing. Would highly recommend this office. They may not have heated massage chairs and TV's all over the place but they didn't see my phenomenal dental coverage as a free ATM.

I have not been to a dentist in years. I have high anxiety when it comes to doctors, dentists, hospitals, etc., and was incredibly nervous to go there today. (I cracked a tooth and trying to take care of it.) Immediately upon walking in, Amanda greeted me. Super friendly from the get-go. As a new patient I had to fill out all the paperwork, and had some, not so intelligent questions about it. She answered every one of them. I also have coverage for the first time in my adult life, and had MANY questions regarding that as well, which she happily answered. She even came out and sat down with me to go over things. While I sat tense, and awkward in the exam room, and assuming this experience would be terrible; I quickly realized that was not the case. It's the first time I've ever felt any kind of comfort within that kind of setting, and it is solely because of Amanda. She has a way of keeping you calm, making small talk, AND getting the necessary information across, without it being too much. I am very, VERY happy with my choice to become a new patient there. Would highly recommend to anyone looking.

What a fantastic experience! We just moved to the area and we’re looking for a new dentist. The front office staff was warm and friendly. My daughter (4) hasn’t been to the dentist before and was quite nervous. Katie (the dental hygienist) was fabulous with my daughter and had her completely at ease while searching for “sugar bugs”. Dr. Appan was just as friendly and had a terrific bedside manner. I was absolutely thrilled with our first visit there and will definitely recommend Trenton Family Dental!

Could not believe when i went for a appointment today(sept 9th,2020)i came out from my check up and was told that I had to pay $10 for THIER supplies that they had to wear for my check up. When i question about it the so called office manager(Amanda) came out and was very snooty and said did you not see the signs? no because i had to sit and fill out papers then was called right in. WHY DONT YOUR STAFF TELL PEOPLE THEY ARE BEING CHARGED WHEN THEY ARE CALLED????Talk about robery!! You need to be put in your place honey, you act like it comes out of your pocket. NOT!!!We already pay for it big time.

If I could give this place a zero I would been taking my son here since he was 1 he is now 3 years old he has had milk cavities on the upper front of his teeth for a long time now and every time he was seen we were told that’s the only thing wrong the past 2-3 visits they have been able to get a mirror in to his mouth and they still told us there was nothing else besides the front of his teeth and they apparently made a referral to a paediatric dentist but we have not heard back from them and that was in September so we decided to move and take our child to a different dentist who literally told us our son had issues with 3 of his molars the upper right molar being the worst of it this was 3 weeks after seeing Trenton family dental who told me they only issues was the upper front teeth my son just had to under go oral surgery to fix his 3 molars it’s not fun watching your 3 year old child be put under general anaesthesia on top of that knowing he had milk cavities on his upper front he should have been sent to a paediatric dentist sooner our children will never be going back to this dentist office again please don’t send you young children here

I have been going to Trenton family dental for a year now for all my dental needs. Entire staff here is so wonderful! I got my cleaning done from Dental hygienist Hope a couple of times and she is so thorough with what she does. I don't exaggerate when I say that I literally feel every nook and corner of ALL my teeth being looked after when I go in for my appointment! She explains the procedure so well and is so precise with everything! I also got my three year old daughters check up done from Dental hygienist Katey. She was so good with making my daughter love her dental appointment!! There is no fear of the dental chair in my child anymore and Katey was so much fun for her throughout the appointment. My daughter ended up asking me when can she go again to get her teeth checked. Tanya always greets with a beautiful smile at the front desk and makes the signing in procedure so quick and easy. The entire staff is so friendly and well versed with what they do. This is just the right place for all dental needs!

Made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it on time. I call this morning four hours prior and am SCOLDED by whoever answers the phone that they "require two business days to cancel"Considering I didn't even book it two business days ago. Not a good way to try and get new patients. Hence why you have such a large colourful ad in every newspaper in our area. Your staff have poor, ineffective and unbusinees like communication skills. And if that was my experience BEFORE even entering your office, you are not coming near my teeth or anyone else in my family.
