Exceptional! Dr. Chan and staff are amazing! They went above and beyond my expectations both during the treatment process and afterwards. I was fit in for an appointment the same day I called as I had a very swollen left side of my jaw which turned out to be a nasty infection in my jaw and I needed an emergency route canal which he did right then and there. Dr. Chan and his staff were so compassionate and understanding with me as I have anxiety when it comes to dentists. I have never had a dentist do a follow up call to see how I was doing. Amazing!!

I was very anxious for my first time having a root canal. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The procedure was much easier for me than I was expecting. Dr. Soo Chan explained everything that they were going to do and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The office staff went far above and beyond the service I am accustomed to. They were helpful with dealing with secondary insurance coverage and called to check up after my procedure. If I were ever to need major dental work done again I would not hesitate to return to this office. Great job to all!

WOW!! These guys are incredible. As most people, I was super anxious about getting a root canal done, but I shouldn’t have been. Greg and his team made the entire procedure painless, made sure I was good and numb before starting the drilling, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time in the chair. I highly recommend them!!

I was sent to see to him by my dentist to have an emergency root canal completed due to severe pain and infection. I had been suffering for 5 days. Anti-biotics and various pain meds did nothing to touch the pain. This dentist barged in the room, hardly introduced himself. He dismissed mostly everything I told him or that my previous dentist had said and diagnosed. He was adamant that there was no infection and that I did not need a root canal. Rather, he said I must grind my teeth, and to get a mouth guard at shoppers drug mart and to take muscle relaxants. I left very upset and confused and still in extreme agony. I went back to my dentist who confirmed My tooth absolutely infected and I needed the procedure. He was able to squeeze me in between patients to complete an opening and drain of my tooth. I was immediately out of pain. I cannot believe a so called “specialist” could have been so ignorant of what was actually wrong. Poor bed side manner and condescending! Please avoid!

I was referred to Dr. Soo Chan by my new dentist, I presented with pain on my jaw, tooth pain (deep fillings on the teeth) and as a college student I was prepared to spend the money to have my root canal done. Dr. Soo Chan did an extensive check on my entire section of teeth and concluded that it actually didn't need to be root canaled at all, this shows honesty and integrity because I was completely expecting to pay the money, I took his advice of reducing my clenching and all of my symptoms have resolved. Every staff was extremely nice and friendly and it was honestly like I was at home. Dr. Soo Chan has some mixed reviews, but from both mine and my uncle experience with him he has been nothing but professional, this is a well educated Doctor from UofT which is a top university in Canada. I would highly recommend Dr. Soo Chan to any friends and family, and will visit him when I do eventually need a root canal done.

I am beyond impressed with all the staff.. I had a root canal yesterday and Dr. Greg and his assistant were amazing and very confident and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in their hands. The whole experience was quick and painless. The reception ladies are great to chat to and were kind enough to call today and see how I was doing. Love this place and if I need anymore work in the future Quintie Endodontics will be where I'll go!

No where does it say the hours for this place...not even on their answering machine....its friday and pretty well everything is open if not everything...drove all the way from belleville for no reason as they are apparently open...the work here is good but the communication is lacking..thats my only beef. The guy is a great dentist dont get me wrong...BUT....
