I hated going to the dentist so much that I just quit doing it, except in case of emergency. After probably a good decade of not going to a dentist, I one day found myself in so much pain that I called a place I’d seen near my apartment and booked an appointment. I ended up needing a root canal, naturally, and was given a temporary fix to ease the pain until we could get the procedure done. I was insanely nervous going in there, but Dr. Denis and her staff are just amazing! Not only did I have a not-terrible root canal experience, but I’ve become a legit regular customer! I go in for a check-up every 6 months and everyone is always super friendly and knowledgeable, and for the first time in my life I actually brush, floss and rinse with mouthwash twice a day, every day! Dr. Denis’ office experience has completely turned my perception of going to the dentist upside-down, in the best way possible. What once was shrouded in fear and misery has become rather pleasant, to the point where I even kind of look forward to it! Can’t recommend Dr. Denis enough!

I highly recommend this dental office! I've been going here for a few years now and the whole team is very kind, professional, and really seem to work well together. With each visit from the moment I step through the door I feel as if I'm treated as a VIP, which I'm sure is the same level of treatment extended to every patient they see. It gives me comfort seeing all the changes implemented around the practice due to Covid-19, and really shows that they are making every effort possible to be sure everyone is safe and protected. Having Netflix at your disposal on ceiling mounted TVs brings a whole new level of comfort and entertainment to the dental chair I had not yet encountered anywhere else. Just sit back, relax, and throw on your favourite show! So long are the days of dreading going to the dentist. Dr. Denis and her team give you a reason to be enthused about your next appointment!

Dr. Denis and her team of professionals are caring, patient, welcoming, efficient and attentive. I have been going to Dr. Denis for the last three years and will never visit another dentist again! A few months ago I was in extreme pain and wasn't sure what the issue was. I reached out to Dr. Denis for an appointment on Friday and she was able to schedule me for an emergency appointment on the following Monday. Dr. Denis always takes her time to understand the situation and any issues that you may be having and then advises on the best approach to resolve them. My daughter with special needs is also a patient of Dr. Denis. Dr. Denis, her dental assistants, dental hygienists and receptionist understand her sensitivities and always do everything in their power to accommodate her needs and to make sure she is comfortable during her visits. Temporary residents beware of this clinic! The attendant said during my first appointment that for the next visit I could claim a night guard and actually I can’t! They didn’t informed me any price before the appointment. Why the attendant said to me I could use my health insurance to get a night guard? I’m unemployed and I had to pay $460 for a fancy x-Ray and a customized night guard... I could find one somewhere else way cheaper and effective. I emailed them few days later saying I could not claim my money back and they just said they could not cancel the order that was being sent to a laboratory (which I don’t know the name of.. I wanted to know their return policy). I’m contacting the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. I felt I was fooled by this clinic... The professionals there are always rushing and seems to be working behind the clock.

Besides being a really nice person she's thorough, professional, on time and I've never had a problem after her excellent work and her staff are also a pleasure to deal with. Another good feature is her location. There's usually a meter available for parking close by or if you go by subway it's only a short walk. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed !

I love this place but during my last visit it was a bit disappointing not with the dentist but how the office was run. First, the front desk person was WITHOUT a mask during the whole time I was there and she was talking like nothing happened. Second, in the waiting area, a patient was waiting WITHOUT A MASK and third, one of the dentist helpers was eating a sandwich in the hall next to the waiting area. It really bothered me that health and safety practices was not at the top. I hope in the future, the owner reviews these things with her employees because we as patients need to feel safe during these times. Thank you.

Dr. Denis and her staff are fantastic and friendly, it is always a pleasure to go into the office. The office is clean, organized and runs on time. I highly recommend this office for all ages. I was not sure how my nieces would do for their first recall appointments as they were nervous and 2 years old. I have been a patient of Dr. Denis for more than 10 years and can attest to the excellent dental work and service she provides along with her team of professional, efficient and friendly hygienists. It is a very comfortable and welcoming clinic. I actually feel like I'm walking into a family house. There are TVs set up so you can watch a show during your cleaning, there's an activity table for kids at the front entrance and the staff take a great interest and care for their patients. Dr. Denis and the hygienists explain what they are seeing at every check-up/apt and provide advice for improvement/prevention. Dr. Denis has also recently provided me with an excellent referral for a dental surgeon, Dr. Kay who is conveniently located a couple blocks away. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is absolutely amazing - providing professional & painless work, using state of the art equipment and have a service dog for added comfort to boot!
