Sandra never hurts me when im getting my cleaning done and she is so amazing, always happy and engaged in our appointment. She makes the experience easy and enjoyable. Dr Jay is gental and never misses even the littlest flaw in my mouth. Replacing old fillings before they become an issue is so much easier then a root canal. They have always treated me reapectfully, professionally and never have i left there unhappy. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Work is okay, some bonding adheres, some falls off when you get home. Normal stuff. Admin could use some training, twice I confirmed appointments only to arrive "on the wrong day." Again no biggie, I'll take part of the blame if need be. They seem to always be new people. What I dislike is the upsell while in the middle of a procedure. And I get doubly upset when I'm running errands and my daughter is in the chair and being up-sold. Again I don't mind extra work but tell me a few days in advance so I can run it past my dental insurance company. Don't ask her if it's okay to do an X-ray. If it's covered then by all means do the work, everybody needs to put food on the table. Fix the admin turnover problem and eliminate the upsell and it's not a bad dental office. (Additional note - after writing this review I visited the office again. Another patient was informed he had come in on the wrong day.)

Dr. Alber is a professional, compassionate, and highly skilled dentist; always taking time to ease the comfort of any procedure, and never compromising either. Ling, one of the hygienists at the clinic, is equally skilled at all doing a complete and thorough job, while keeping the comfort of the patient foremost! In addition, so long as you are on time, I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two, nor have I ever felt rushed though my appointments. As for the clinic itself; the decor and overall comfort of the clinic is both modern, professional, all the while keeping the patient comfortable and at ease - top notch! Finally for the cost... Whether you have dental insurance or not, the rates are extremely reasonable and fair.

I've been a loyal patient of this business since my former (now retired) dentist joined them, and I believe it has been over 25 years that I've been their client, so this is a personal testimonial that Toronto Beach Dental is the best! Their office is pleasant and comfortable, thanks to the talented office manager, Deborah, who has excellent taste in design and decor. The office provides a calm, fresh, and comfortable atmosphere, with lots of natural daylight flooding the office. It doesn't even feel like a dental office! All the staff are nice, pleasant people who take pride in their work.

Dr. Janette MacDonald is exceptional, both in terms of professional care, and knowledge. There are no semi sincere hellos or how are yous. She is genuine, professional, and extremely conscientious. She listens carefully, and then gets to the point. Based on my experience I believe that her professionalism includes the virtues of high standards and real integrity. As for her skills, she brings a whole lot of experience, including in a hospital setting, to her work. The second best thing I (or anyone) can say about dental work is that there have been no issues concerning any of it. I have confidence in her skill. The most important thing is trust. I trust Dr. MacDonald, and this makes a world of difference as I walk through the doors of Toronto Beach Dental.

Took my soon for a visit to the dentist a couple years ago. One of his milk teeth was slightly discolored and I asked about it. Was told that he had probably bumped it on something and it was fine. Fast forward through covid. Went back this year for a visit got referred to a child specialist for some other issues. Went to the specialist and it turns out the tooth is dead and had to be removed. Now the permanent tooth is not coming out so extensive work needs to be done to fix it. This could all have been avoided years ago. I'm sure the dentist has left by now and I really liked this place but this was very disappointing.

Toronto Beach Dental has everything you want in a dentist's office as far as current equipment and automation goes plus the decor is so pretty (bonus points!) and the entire office is extremely clean. I'm a patient of Dr. Ji-Hae Kim and she is by far the best dentist I've ever experienced. She has fantastic skill, knowledge and talent plus she's extremely meticulous with her work. I've never been uncomfortable in her chair and I highly recommend Dr. Kim!

My wife and I have been going to Toronto Beach Dental since they were located on Gerrard and Victoria Park Avenue. We have also been bringing our two daughters to TBD since they were born and continue to do so. That has been about 20 years. They have now moved down to Queen street in the eastern Beaches. The office is spectacular. They have all of the latest equipment and technology, a friendly staff with a sense of humour and they do excellent work. I am also impressed that they value my time as well as theirs as the appointments are on time and they don't keep me waiting. A visit to the dentist doesn't get any better than this.

When I first started seeing Dr. Rabinovitch I had to admit I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 6 years. When he found out I`d stopped going to my old dentist because of painful cleanings he assured me I wouldn`t have that problem at Toronto Beach Dental. He didn’t lie. It`s been close to 5 years now with regular visits and I`ve never had an issue or concern with the care I`ve received. They’ve moved from Vic Park and Gerrard and I`ve moved much further away but I never once considered leaving this clinic or Dr. Rabinovitch. Also – the new space is GORGEOUS! Never has getting a routine cleaning felt so decadent.

i apprehensively took my three year old for his first visit today as previous visits to the dentist had not been enjoyable. As soon as we walked through the door the admin lady made us feel welcome and the dentist nurse immediately put my son at ease which resulted in my smiling throughout his appointment. He managed to stay still to have his teeth cleaned and polished. I highly recommend them. The only issue was that i struggled to get my pushchair up the steps and through the door due to no disability access but the receptionist was more than accommodating. They are a great team!!!

I stumbled across Dr. Kim after casting about following a much less than stellar experience with another dentist a few years ago. Since then, I followed her when she moved to TBD and I find the entire staff there match her excellent professional and friendly standards. No complaints whatsoever.

Toronto Beach Dental has been my dental office for the past 5 years. The new location on Queen Street has a beautiful and modern interior design. The staff has always been friendly and amazing. Even when I had to reschedule appointments, they were always accommodating. The dental hygienists have been professional and skilled. My latest visit was probably my best cleaning yet (ask for Jessica!). Dr. Jay is always friendly and warm and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist with a personal small-town friendly feel.

Toronto Beach Dental has to be one of the best dentist offices that I have ever visited. You are in the best of hands from the time you initially walk in to the office, with promptly being checked in for your appointment then greeted by your hygienist to start your treatment. Their offices are modern, and extremely clean with a lovely set up in the lounge for their guest where you can also enjoy the downtown vibe of Queen st as you wait to be seen...which is never long I must add. I have only had my cleaning by Janet, one of their hygienist, and only reason why I have requested for her time and time again is due to her overall professionalism, passion for her craft, warm energy and thorough ability to clean my teeth. She is always a pleasure to see and most importantly talk to during my visits to catch up with one another lives and crack jokes throughout the appointment together to make the process more enjoyable. Janet is extremely patient as well and offers me break times if needed, but I have always been a person to enjoy wellness and cleaning my teeth where I have now become one of her patient who looks forward to my cleanings just to have the luxury of passing the tip of my tongue on my teeth to feel how squeaky clean they are after I see her. Thank you to both Toronto Beach Dental & Janet for always having my teeth in the best of shape! Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed with your decision to give them a try!

Every procedure is explained well in advance and everything is well-planned. My teeth have never looked better and they have been in such better condition under Dr. Kim's care. She is extremely meticulous and ensures I am well aware of my options. She takes the time to explain and provide sound advice, demonstrating her expertise, her care for patients, and her passion for her work. All of the appointments I have been scheduled to attend have been on time and I never have to wait. The space is clean, hygenic and well-equipped. The booking procedures are simple and the email and phone communications demonstrate proficiency in the business. Everything is neat and organized. The dental hygenists and other dentists I have met are also fabulous. The receptionists are courteous and exhibit great customer service. Kudos on a job well done Toronto Beach Dental! I have been going to Toronto Beach Dental since I moved to Toronto. They are amazing at what they do and they have always been kind to both my spouse and I. A couple weeks ago I had an appointment and I am a new Mom, still trying to adjust, I was tired and having a really bad day.
