My son's first visit to the dentist was here. Dr Nguyen was friendly and showed my son all the tools she was going to use beforehand to make him comfortable. I was able to sit by his chair during his visits. I was also happy with my visits here. Staff made it easy to do the payments through mine and my husband's work benefits. They did it on the spot when my husband was present. When he wasn't there they provided me with the form, highlighted the spots for my husband's signature and gave an already stamped and addressed envelope. Easy, peasy. The staff is good about calling us for reminders to set up new appointments. We have recently moved out of the city and will miss them.

I’ve been going to Dr. Nguyen for over 15 years. She is kind, patient and incredibly skilled. Her transparency, communication and attention to detail are appreciated. She truly cares about her patients’ health. When I was unable to afford crowns or veneers, she reconstructed 2 of my teeth using cavity filling, and they look amazing. My smile is the top compliment I receive, thanks to Dr. Nguyen!

Dr Nguyen is great. The facilities are nice and clean. The billing and support is efficient and hasslefree. and the quality of care is excellent. I also took my 3 year old son here, and Dr. Nguyen spent a lot of time going through each tool with him and allowing him to ride up and down on the chair. Made him really comfortable and allowed the appointment to go smoothly. He loves going to the dentist now!

Dr. Nguyen is skilled, kind, and helpful. She's helped me out when I was struggling, she's been very honest about what work I need to get done vs what can/should wait. I've been so happy and plan to continue visiting her until the day she retires. I travel halfway across the city, but it's worth it!

Amazing service....so friendly and corteous, beautiful dental work, great pricing..what more can you ask for .....took my 74 year old mom who is anxious and Dr. Nguyen helped her calm down and at ease right away. So grateful to have found Queen Street Dental.

I decided to go to the dentist after many ....many.... years of not seeing one. I couldn't be more happy that I chose Dr.Nguyen's Office on Queen st. (Just west of Manning).. Not only was she was very friendly, and very accommodating. But her prices are amazing. She gave me a discount on my cleaning, as well as a discount on the chip that she fixed up for me. Before I went to see a dentist, I had initially wanted to get a cleaning and whitening, as well as the front tooth fixed and then finally a new denture for my 2 missing eye teeth.. Instead of trying to sell me on the whitening, she instead informed me that it may not be the best option for myself because of the front chip and 2 new teeth that would stay white as my teeth started to go back to their natural colour. Well...It turns out that I didn't even need to get them whitened, seeing as she had done such an amazing job cleaning them up in the first place.. I was absolutely floored at how well that she not only colour matched my damaged front tooth But also the artistry of how well it looked when she was finished.. (You would not even be able to tell that it was damaged in the first place)... Im looking forward to my next appointment and having a new plate fabricated with 2 new fake eye teeth. My mouth looks 100 times better with just 2 hours in her dental chair.. I would recommend her dental services to anyone that is looking for a new Dentist. Or anyone that has not been to a dentist in ages... Thank you for taking my self consciousness about smiling in public away and replacing it with self confidence.. Shaun Hudson

this dental office is disgusting, i seen so many insects and critters. i was treated so poorly here. and i never see them cleaning the office. Dr. nguyen is very rude to her patients and workers. she treats them poorly NEVER GO HERE SHE IS RUDE AND A DISGUSTING OLD LADY. i’m not saying out of anger. i genuinely i’m saving your time.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for 5+ years. I really can't speak highly enough about her care and honesty, and about the treatment my family and I have received from Queen Dental. She doesn't upsell stuff or recommend unecessary work for my teeth. Dr. Nguyen has always provided the highest level of treatment available to me, taking into consideration my situation and keeping it within my budget at the time (fluctuating dental benefits, re: employment/college). She is calm and sincerely interested in her patients - I enjoy catching up with her. Obviously I'm not having lengthy conversations during dental appointments, but I find there's more depth to our topics than meaningless small talk (as though she's actually curious about what I've been getting up to since she's last seen me). She never rushes appointments, and she patiently and carefully explains my dental health and any related procedure/ treatment options. Her prices are completely reasonable and I never feel gauged at reception. My brother switched over to Queen Dental and observed, "she's not a big know-it-all". She and her team worked closely with me to handle a very delicate case - they succesfully navigated much-required, overdue dental care for a family member with an extreme dentist phobia. They communicated well with me in facilitating this miracle, and delivered above-and-beyond services in order to achieve the goal of gently providing this patient with desperately needed treatment.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Not only are they affordable, especially for people without insurance - they are very personable and take time to explain each procedure and discuss your personal and financial needs. They also check in with you regularly to ensure you are comfortable. Dr. Nguyen filled my fillings super quick and painlessly, with incredible attention to detail. My fillings look even better than my original teeth. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Their dental expertise combined with their warmness and transparency, is unmatched.

No unnecessary work recommended, committed to providing the best care specific to each patient. No surprise that they are a staple of this neighbourhood. Very expensive for there rudeness and treat you like a fool. I asked kindly for a specific teeth service if they could provide and the cost. Very disrespectfully answered. Prices are almost triple compare to other clinic in the area. I will never go there.

I've been to many dentists through the years, and Dr. Nguyen is the most caring and competent one I've ever met. Not only does she provide excellent care, she is also a lovely person. Her office staff are great and her prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely brilliant! I had a bit of a situation with my baby tooth and needed a quick fix before my friends wedding and the service was impecabable, the girls that work there and the doctor we're so helpful and completely went out of their way to get my repair done before the big day!
