All Covid prodigals were followed. As always, all staff, receptionist, hygienists, and dentist, were friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. Dentist clearly explained the condition of my teeth, gums and a great explanation of my sinuses and how they were affecting my headaches. This is a great team!!

Just had my first dentist appointment after 10 years and was really impressed with the service. The doctor was very knowledgable and super friendly. My hygienist spent time to clean the build up over my retainer and was super nice on getting me into a new routine. Would definitely recommend them.

I called 3 times to the reception for nothing. For the 1st time, I asked for a predetermination sent to my insurance for coverage. But even with the 2nd call to followup, they didn't submit anything for me. No records were found on my insurance. So I had to check with my own insurance company myself. The 3rd time I called to reschedule my appt. By the day of my appointment, I was told nothing was booked under my name! This is a waste of my time. The dentist and hygienist here are amazing, but this kind of customer service is impossible. Everytime cityview reached out, I saved the number. And please don't tell me that number is not yours, as I already used it in 2020 for bookings. I'd recommend you to keep records for all so that we don't need to get into such type of you say I say situation.

The staff have changed more times than my pants, other than reception, this is the most angry reception desk I’ve ever seen. I’m not sure why it’s so angry it’s a dentist but hey each to their own. The boss of the front desk you’ll know what one it is as they have the hardest time hiding that big old stick. I’ve been here 11 years and It’s location is the only good thing about it! Different hygienists and dentists every month, no care and don’t forget dungeons and dragons at the front desk!

Great covid precautions, I thought. All the rooms with cleanings happening are sealed off from other rooms to prevent spread, and they are refraining from using the water spray that spreads everywhere too. Hygienist was sweet and friendly, as was the dentist I saw, went through my images with me in detail. The front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest, and they didn’t offer to book another appointment, but can’t complain really about the experience.

Great clinic - was able to secure an appointment the same day. Had to fill out a covid screening form and details online - both were handled pretty quickly. Check in process was pretty seamless. Doctor and the nurse were professional and held a good conversation. Massage chairs in the office were a good plus. Front office was decent as well but could be a little more cheerful(maybe the person was just having a bad day) but overall I would say a great experience. Would recommend if you’re in the waterfront area downtown.

Great experience! Very covid friendly - went above and beyond expectations in keeping both clients and employees safe. Instructions during scans/ x-ray were thoroughly explained and executed very efficiently. Current state of dental health was reviewed and future progression was mapped out by the dentist. I have never had such a gentle teeth cleaning experience! 10/10 first visit & will return!

Be really careful going here. I had several fillings done here. 3 of which are failing after about a year. I complained to the doctor at the time about 1 still hurting and she told me to wait it out. A year later, its worse than ever and the doctor has left the practice. In addition, the assistances they use are brutal. One leaned on my face for an extended period of time, splitting my lip. They also shredded the inside of my cheeks due to the pressure. They don't honour their work and I'm paying for it with another dentist now.

I had an irritating experience at this clinic. I received a text less than 24 hours before my appointment in order to complete a COVID screener, and since I didn't complete the screener within a 2 hour time frame, I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled. Most businesses will allow the screener to be completed on site, at arrival, similar to most restaurants or doctor's offices. I tried to call the clinic at that time, but they were closed. I called the next morning (the day of my appointment) and they said they were fully booked up. It was absolutely ridiculous that the appointment I had booked was cancelled automatically, and within a day the spot was already gone. Would also like to say that this is my second visit at the clinic, and the cleaning service was subpar. Won't be coming back. -- The statements below by the clinic are also not accurate. Before my appointment was cancelled, I only received ONE text message at 3:38PM the day before my appointment to complete the COVID screener. I did NOT receive the 3 messages as specified in the times below. Following that, I was notified that my appointment was cancelled via text at 7:57PM. I did not feel that I got reasonable follow up, before getting my appointment cancelled.

Always look forward to coming in for my appointments! Receptionists are incredibly kind and accommodating, whilst the rest of the doctors & assistants are professional yet, welcoming. The entire staff knows how to keep conversations light and humorous-- especially during such intense and anxious times. I've never had a complaint about the facility & staff, and would most definitely recommend friends & family to Cityview Dental.

I love the chairs with massages, personal tvs in each room and they are happy to put what you want on. The little things make the dentist more enjoyable. The staff is very friendly, professional and nice. Since covid they have taken the necessary measures to ensure everyone's safety is met. Best dental office I been to yet.

I have grinded my teeth as long as I can remember. Very little luck with keeping my mouth guard in means I had worn out my teeth by a few mm. I had started experiencing sensitivity issues. Dr. Iyer recommended an approach to restoring my worn teeth — that as I understand is not common in North America. It took a few months and quite a few visits. Throughout the treatment, everyone was extremely caring, attentive and meticulous esp. Dr Iyer. Very happy with the results and sensitivity issues are gone for good! Thank you!

Cityview dental literally exceeded my expectations and more I can't thank Dr. Liu and the staff there enough ! Recently I chipped my middle tooth as well as the 2 teeth on the side. I am getting married in July so I didn't have time to make a regular appointment I just needed it fixed. I recently moved to the area so I had no clue about dentist around other then the fact cityview dental had the best reviews by far! I called them and they were able to get me in right away. They take covid protocols very seriously here so it was honestly amazing as everything was cleaned you never ran into another patient. Honestly one the cleanest, nicest and well put together dental offices I have been in. Everyone is very warm and welcoming at the front desk as well as the dental assistants are all personable and know their stuff! Tracy the manager also was so sweet and helped me with all of my insurance needs.I met Dr Liu for the first time and I knew right off the bat she was going to be my long time dentist. She is so kind and just has the best energy. I was sold when she told me she loved working on front teeth. I booked my next appointment literally the week after and I can't even explain how happy I am with Dr Liu's work! It literally looked even better then my teeth have ever looked and I am not even exaggerating I was 2 seconds away from tearing up. I can't wait to show my smile off on my wedding day and it is literally all thanks to Dr Liu and the team at cityview dental. I will be a long time patient trust me when you find a good dentist in the city you never leave ! THANK YOU!!!

Great service. Followed protocols set by the Government of Ontario. Polite staff. Dr. Was kind and referred me to a Jaw specialist. The Dental assistant was very kind and was gentle while taking the x-ray. 10 out of 10. Might change my dentist.

Three years ago I've been diagnosed with teeth issue and personally I'm really nervous to go see dentist. Recently my tooth been bother me again so my friend referred me to his dentist and I made appointment today. After they checked my tooth and gave me result was pretty good. Every single person who works there is really nice and friendly. Definitely go back to fix and check my teeth again. I think they will be my dentist in the future. Also highly recommended Dr. Pan.

This was my second cleaning with this location and third time going there in general. The cleaning and polishing was great both times, Sally was my hygenist and she did a great job. She listened when I spoke, made sure I was comfortable and made an experience that can typically be uncomfortable go very smoothly. I also appreciate the honesty I have experienced so far regarding fillings and root canals. The previous dentist I had tried in this area tried to bully me into procedures that were unneeded/unwanted while so far Cityview has been very upfront on what procedures I need, have explained why they recommend something and also explained what not to remove (a wisdom tooth that is too close to nerves in my jaw and could cause damage if taken out). Overall a really good experience.

Went for the first time today with my 6 years old son for his teeth cleaning and full examination. Doctor took xray of his front and back teeth and revealed its all fine. Specific reason of my visit was to get stain removed for my son as he had built up from last 1 year. But very little time was spent on his teeth polishing and I felt that cleaning process was pretty rushed even though cleaning was the main reason for visiting the clinic. There was literally no difference before and after the cleaning. I am tad disappointed with the service and might not go back :( Hi, i really don't agree with your response. I had got my son's teeth scaling done from other clinic and we received quite satisfactory results earlier. Also, one of his milk tooth was totally mobile (98%) and about to come out any day. Doctor still removed to make space for a new one and I was surprised to see in my receipt that I was charged 170 dollars. When I asked at reception can you share break up I was not told that I am charged for tooth extraction and she just mentioned scaling and examinatio. I felt there is a lack of transparency. Why I was not informed that there will be charges for tooth extraction. It was so wiggly anyway.

Karen was also an awesome hygienist, she noticed that I had a sensitive tooth and would work gently around it. Great service, will be coming back for sure!

Cityview is the best. I have had two gum grafts from Dr Lanzberg and both times the procedure was easy and done quickly, but with much care. The results have been fantastic. The rest of the team is also wonderful - Meghan was able to squeeze in my second appointment to make things work with my insurance provider. When I need another graft I will be coming here.

Terrific experience today. I had Christina as my hygienist and she was the best I’ve experienced in many years. Then Dr. Liu did her investigation and offered me great advice. She is the best!
