I had the best experience last Saturday at the Brush Dental Church walk-in clinic centre dental service and office!!! They were friendly, welcoming, supportive and kind to my dental needs. They were communicative towards me. They were assertive, and vigilant. I was provided the service of my oral dental checkup and x-rays taken pictures to store on the computer done on all my teeth. DR. Abdullah A. told me to continue regularly brushing my teeth twice a day for two whole minutes and flossing and going to the general dentist for family and cosmetic dentistry they said every 4-6 months. I completed my application, when I first entered the dental centre at the office reception desk regarding my health and general info about myself. They didn’t take long of a time to let me in and proceed with the dental oral check up, procedure to complete my dental check up and x-rays done on my teeth. They are efficient at the work and service they do provide on teeth. I would highly recommend them to other dental clients or patients, friends and family based on the adversity, environment and diverse cultural basis and norms created there and criteria of their prompt excellent dental patient service and work ethic, as well.

Performed half of a root canal for me, left the tooth exposed, and half the tooth there, booked an appointment 4 months away to insert crown and referred to gum surgeon that had no immediate availability for months. Was told by other dentists this was irrisponsible of the dentist to do. Now it feels as if the abscess is returning. I don't recommend this dentist. If you can't do the work all in one, get someone competent enough to do it. Don't play with people's health to fill your pockets. Enjoy my cash.

The wonderful dentist I had was amazing. She was able to do a complete root canal in one sitting for me. This is amazing given I suffer from severe anxiety attacks, not to mention I have a fear of the dentist of 15 out of 10. Halfway thru, I got a full blown anxiety attack and wanted to leap out of the chair and the office, but she slowly took off the dam, slurper machine(as I call it), and the bib and as she did that she told me my options. She could put a temporary filling in my tooth and do the second half next appointment, try to continue on with the dame on, which was causing the anxiety attack, as I feel all closed in, or do without the damn. She talked me down from panic. She was amazing.

I visited this place some months ago for a regular checkup and cleaning. What they did was unexpected. Since the day after I visited this place, I developed some issues in my teeth. The treatment done by them was not good. I will definitely never return to this place. I wish google could provide some negative points too . Although I rated it 1, the actual should be -10. Yesterday, I got a call from them after I put the above feedback. The lady said a lot of things about the clinic. She even called me in for x-ray, but I think because I had developed this problem after their treatment, this should have been complimentary. I denied this as I do not want to go through the same nightmare. Even if she would have offered this for free, I would have said No . Instead, I will book a better clinic. When I was treated by a staff, she did not know how to even operate machine, so imagine the kind of treatment I got. She called someone else to teach her how to. But, such things should be performed on dummies not on living beings as my teeth are not made for experiments and learning. My honest feedback is "Do not visit this place if you love your teeth". Thank You.

When I visited the clinic, I only saw a doctor for a couple of minutes, and the work was all done by a hygienist. The hygienist was taking 11 X-rays for 45 minutes. Then in the remaining 5-7 minutes she just put some medical paste on my teeth and told me that I got serious gingivitis and needed to check back with them for cleaning. Only then the doctor showed up, took a quick look at my teeth and left. The clinic then charged my insurance with 530 dollars. When I looked at the insurance bill, it turned out that it included 3 units of scaling that never happened, each of which is supposed to last for 15 minutes and would total 45 minutes, whereas in fact it only took 5-7 minutes as I mentioned before. I’ve never seen such a blatant scam from a dental office. I wrote to the clinic about it, and they called me back. To my surprise, the clinic quickly acknowledged that they wrongfully added 2 extra units of scaling and an X-ray to the bill. The clinic lowered the bill from 530 dollars to about a half, but that was all they did and they never provided any compensation to me. They also expressed a formal excuse saying that the hygienist was a part time worker. So ridiculous. The X-rays that were taken by them were later almost rejected by another clinic because the quality of the X-rays turned out to be poor. I very much do NOT recommend this clinic to anybody, please avoid by any means.

I dont often take the time to write a review but credit is definitely due here. I was in for a cleaning in December when we discovered a tiny cavity. I decided to do it next cleaning, and booked for 6 months ahead. Few weeks later I decided to move the appointment forward because I didnt want it to get any worse, its existence was driving me crazy. I have a very very real and irrational fear of anything medical, including the dentist (almost more so), so this was really tough for me. When I got into the office the hygienist started opening her tools, and I asked her if I could talk to the dr first - I didnt want her to waste her tools in case I changed my mind. Dr Swani came in, and told me they couldnt use a manual tool instead of a drill (I was trying to negotiate my care lol). I told her all about my terrible fear of the dentist, I hadnt had a cavity in twenty years, the whole thing was super overwhelming. I meditated the night before my appointment, went to the gym two hours before my appointment, ate a good lunch, took two Advil to reduce pain and two gravel to reduce nausea (anxietys best friend), so I thought I was totally prepared. But I wasnt. She recommended numbing and I could have died right there. Im not needle people. I asked if Dr Swani could prescribe me an anti anxiety and come back. She said of course, but asked me to just try. It was, after all, a tiny cavity. I think she did this because most people probably leave and then dont rebook, and if that is the case, I really appreciate her genuine mix of concern and professionalism, and that was very awesome. Im writing this review because the rest of my appointment was full of care and compassion. Both my hygienist and Dr Swani were sweet, patient, and absolutely considerate. I think Brush Dental should be so proud to have these two on their team. I was emotional, they were kind. I felt pain, they took a break. I pushed through the end, the dentust shouted "ALMOST DONE!" to keep me on track lol, they were really really amazing and although it was a small cavity it was a huge thing to me. Both the hygienist and dentist were so incredible. I cant thank them enough. I think many dentists can minimize their patients discomfort as something fictional, but not once did I feel any sense of belittlement. Thank you so much for your very incredible care of me during my appointment, I promise to never have another cavity again :)

Since I own a business in the same neighbourhood I strive to support other local businesses. I decided to give Brush Dental a try last February, and have never been let down. Recently I saw Dr. Hassani and dental hygienist Sarah. And it makes me sad to know she is not there all the time. It has honestly been the best experience I have had at a dentist. She is receptive, listens, is very genuine and takes an extreme amount of pride in her work. The entire team is so welcoming, friendly and professional. The space is clean and beautiful! George is the best! Covid significantly interrupted my cleaning schedule so understandably my teeth needed some extra TLC on my recent visit to Brush. George had my teeth spotless and gleaming in no time, with absolutely no discomfort. It also doesn't hurt that everyone was very friendly and polite. All told it was a good experience.

I had fillings done and cleaning, very satisfied with their service. First I had a full xray taken and carefully examined by Dr. Pejman and was diagnosed thoroughly by her! She shared valuable information about my case and went over a treatment plan with her. The cleaning was done by the hygienist, Kashfi, in an excellent way with no pain at all! Fillings were done by Dr. Swani in a procedure that went really smooth! Ladies at the front, Suyesha, Rachel and Annie were able to book me in at a short notice and followed up with me all the way! Horrible customer service. The only reason this place gets good reviews is because everyone pretends to be super sweet with you but if it comes to a professional part they will do nothing for you. Had unsuccessful procedure with lots of fairy tales about how complicated it was that was easily fixed at a different place. Received incorrect information about charges. They also corrected my bill and charged my insurance backwards without even notifying me. Admitted that there was a "misunderstanding" but refused to do anything with that. So called "office manager" (the blonde one) is really terrible and has no idea how to work with customers.

Charged me 440$ for the 1 tooth filling and it took an hour. They suggested me to get a teeth cleaning which is 500$ but hey, you just charged me almost full coverage amount of my insurance for this year! I was uncomfortable during the treatment because the doctor, very old white guy was not wearing a mask and I could feel his breath inside of my mouth and could see the saliva spreading into the air when he was talking (guess definitely partly into my mouth)during the treatment. Hopefully not all the dental clinic in toronto is like this. 5 stars definitely overrated.-3 stars for the uncomfortable and expensive treatment but I left 2 stars because Front staff was very very super duper kind and nice. Only want to give 5 stars to her.

BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! The staff from the first phone call until the last see you again was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, personal, and really did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable and taken care of. I have bad anxiety about dentist due to seeing rough dentist in the past for major work, but the dentist I saw today went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when drilling and during the entire visit. GREAT PLACE! I will be back for future dental and would recommend for anyone needing a dental office.

If you're in severe pain with an exposed nerve they'll try to send you home with Ibuprofen and treat you like you hadn't tried that before. They'll refuse to give you what works. Probably wouldn't let me have oxycodone because I was on odsp. Either way. They'd rather have you in excruciating pain for five days til next appointment than actually help you.

Dr. Brian is AMAZIMG. However, do not go here on Wednesdays, there's a different doctor there. The Wednesday doctor ripped me off, she charged me over 100$ for "emergency service" but I had an appointment for over a week... I had no Idea Dr. Brian didn't work Wednesday and was really disappointed. The doctor heard me talking to the receptionist and she didn't come out... It was the receptionists first day and she compared this to an examination fee at a vets office! Not appropriate. But go see Dr. Brian, he is the best.

Dr Brian is amazing he fixed all my front teeth after looking like they couldn't be saved chips in my front teeth cavitys etc But today I saw the female dentist all I can say is be sure you know everything about yourself before seeing her I've seen her twice now and she's heatdky even looked at my mouth before saying it's several problems she's absolutely no help and just deems any problem your having as being the reason your in pain at least dr Brian tried to help even if I didn't have recent blood work but this woman wouldn't even touch me today cuz st micheals hadn't sent her my old blood work in time, I haven't slept in like a week due to tooth pain, can't wait till dr Brian's back in
