I am someone who is very apprehensive regarding dental treatment. It is one of the best dental offices in the area. They treat you very professionally. The aura of the dental office is very warm and welcoming. The dentist here is a-mazing, so thorough and really cares about giving you the best treatment. The dental hygienist gave me extra time and taught me how to brush and floss properly. They did a complete periodontal assessment and explained to me what my gum situation is. I am so glad I came here. These people are professional and funny. I didn't feel any anxiety at all. And you get to watch Netflix as your teeth are being cleaned. Lol. Thank you Berkeley.

Dr Salama, his team and clinic are five star! Dr Salama is proficient, with a warm and comforting diminuer. His staff is professional and friendly. Berkeley dental clinic is state of the art. Pleased to have him as my dentist!

They cancel emergency appointments for specious reasons and, after suggesting another appointment time FIVE DAYS in the future, they do not even offer to assist in finding an alternative when the emergency situation is once again pointed out. They leave you hanging. Fake friendliness and poor customer service.

I discovered Berkeley Dental in the Winter of 2018. I had broken my bridge and I've gone through two Dentist already with bad temporary fixes. My boss highly recommended Berkeley Dental. I was reluctant to try them out only because they are downtown on Berkeley Street and I hate driving downtown but I thought I would give them a shot. I am so glad that I did. Similar to most people that I know, the Dental office makes me nervous.. however not this place. My Dentist is Doctor Rafik and I can't sing his praises loud enough. This Dentist is magical. I've never felt pain in his chair and I've had a lot of work done from Root Canals, to molar fillings, to extractions, to bridge repair and replacement. I didn't think I'd ever be relaxed in a Dentists chair but I am here.

Had a the best experience at Berkeley! Prav was professional, fast and got all my stains!!! Oh and I got an awesome electric toothbrush!! Go to Berkeley! On 2 other awesome notes about this clinic, I’ve suffered from terrible TMJ pain for years. I went to see the Dr yesterday and had some Botox done. I’ve never slept better and woke up with no headache for the first time in months. I love this place!

I haven't been to a dentist in years because of the horrible experience of my last dentist and hygienist. Today I went to my appointment at 112 Berkeley Dental and was amazed at how awesome the entire staff was. The cleaning and checkup I received was awesome. Never have I ever been that comfortable in a dental office. I just want to say thank you to all of you for being so awesome ❤ Booked my next appointment here!!!

I was here on September 26th 2018, and they were awesome! Reception was a positive friendly, relaxed vibes, I had my cleaning done by Nadine who did a fabulous job, she gave attention to problem areas, and was very gentle on my sensitive spots. My teeth were already looking amazing after being cleaned. But I also recieved fantastic care from Fay who did my zoom whitening, Seriously my teeth have never looked betterI♥️ want to thank Berkeley Dental and all it’s staff for my fantastic service! Ps you get an amazing gift set when you sign up on your first visit! Who knew you could be happy going to the dentist! I’ll be back soon girls! Thanks again.

Outstanding first experience at Berkeley Dental! Pravesh was very thorough and professional during my cleaning and explained in full detail what I need to improve on. Dr. Salama was very funny from start to finish and made my experience a memorable one. Ibrahim was very down to earth and easy going while talking to at the front desk and getting my x-rays taken. I can't express enough gratitude for these gentlemen, they make going to the dentist a breeze. I'll be back.

Berkeley Dental came highly recommended from some close family friends as I needed a local family dentist for both myself and my children. Anytime you make a change in a physician or dentist it’s always a little nerve racking. From the moment I entered the beautiful Victorian home which clearly was renovated recently I felt at ease with a friendly and pleasant greeting. I had not had a check up in some time and was pleasantly surprised in their thoroughness of both their examination techniques and tests that were provided. My cleaning was flawless as I have had some not so pleasant experiences in the past. I was so pleased I’ve since brought my 5 yr old girl who felt comfortable and at ease with in moments of entering just like I did. I’m taking my 5 yr old back next week for a follow up as well as my eldest who’s a teen for her check up and cleaning. It took me a couple of weeks to post this review but wanted to post this for others to see that they truly are building a dentistry practise the right way, customer service focus with quality professionals who are passionate about their craft.

Wonderful clinic, great friendly professional staff. Office is clean and modern. Pravesh did a great thorough job cleaning my teeth and clearly knows his stuff. It's been a while since I visited a dentist and Pravesh gave great advice about oral hygiene. Definitely looking forward to returning!

I went for the first time to a dentist in over 15 years. Don't make the same mistake I did! Putting it off is not worth it in the long run. With that said everyone at Berkeley Dental treated me with courtesy and great service. I was definitely very anxious going into this but the way I was treated drastically changed that anxiety. Any questions I had were answered and all my concerns were addressed. The process took a while as I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time and there were moments where there was some pain but that is expected under the circumstances. The overall cleanliness and home feel to the dental facility helped to ease my stress anxiety as well. Plus they let you put on whatever you want on the smart TV during your procedure to help distract you from the work is being done. I have a root canal procedure booked in the next couple of weeks and will update this review to include that. I am obviously anxious about it because I have never had one done before but with the treatment that I have already received that anxiety is definitely lessened and I know I will be well taken care of.
