I was very afraid of going to the dentist, since I haven’t been in A LONG time. The people here are VERY FRIENDLY. The receptionist took care of my insurance and was always very accommodating. Dr. Mohan and his assistant is AMAZING! Sunny did an EXCELLENT job at cleaning my teeth! They make you feel very much at ease, and they seem to really enjoy what they are doing. I would very HIGHLY recommend this place if you are ever afraid to go to the dentist, and/or if you haven’t been in a long time.

This group of professionals are highly knowledgeable and prepared to handle medical emergencies. A beautiful and clean office with welcoming and very friendly staff. The dental hygienist Felicia booked me too early for my appointment that was of course outside my policy and told me I had to pay for this service, without consulting me. She took it upon herself to book me early as she felt I needed it but did not clarify to me that it would be outside my policy and that I wasn't covered for it. So at the end of my appointment she billed me and said that I had to pay the outstanding amount of $110. I told her that me and the front desk lady know my policy only allows me a cleaning every 6 months and that I only want to come in if I am covered for it. So I spoke to sun life to see if they would cover her mistake she made but they clarified to me that she booked me 16 days to early (which in their world was to long for them to rectify the charges) and it was her fault for not checking my file properly. When I tried to discuss with her she wouldn't hear me out and insisted she was right and I was wrong that I needed to pay for her mistake but she would "give me a 10% discount". I spoke with the front desk lady who agreed with me that I was a valued patient of theirs and that she will try and talk to her and have it taken care of. The next day Felicia calls me and starts by saying "just so you know everything has been documented and conversations with sunlife have been recorded" as if I said something terrible, she said their manager got involved and they took care of my outstanding balance but from that moment forward I was no longer a patient of hers and that I could see someone else in the office. I was shocked and asked why and she said because "she doesn't go to school to pay for my services" I am absolutely appalled at how I was spoken to and how this was handled and unfortunately I will have to find a new clinic as how could I go back now when I was spoken to that way and now I'm losing a GREAT dentist (young female who I forget her name) who took me forever to find due to a dental hygienist who has zero business sense or any idea how to keep a loyal client. I would NEVER refer this clinic to anyone! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Easy to get appointments, the staff seems to be very friendly. I went for a general consultation. They took x-ray and photos and suggested course of treatments. I was said i will be emailed with the x-rays and photo's but till date i have not received any email from them. It's been 2 weeks since my appointment.

Absolutely fantastic! I had not been to a dentist in 15 years. I was terrorfied after an awful experance with another dentist. DR. Moehan and his staff are kind and compationat, none judgemental and very professional. I felt almost no pain what so ever. I'm just thrilled with this doctor. They also take ODSP. It's hard to find Good dentists that do sadly.

In my opinion Dr Mohan is one of the best dentist in Toronto. I mean it. I had a very bad experience when I was a child at in a dental clinic which made me feel uncomfortable whenever I want to go to a dental clinic. He is so patient, relax, fast and professional. He works smoothly that I even don’t feel the needle pain. He patiently numbs me and I don’t feel any pain in whole process. I think this is important for people that have the same issue. Painless experience. It may sounds funny but even when those steel tools make too much noise in my mouth makes me anxious. It seems he knows everything himself about those little things because he doesn’t do it. Although he is fast he doesn’t make you he rushes to finish the work. He wants to perfectly finish the job without wasting a second. Overall, I highly recommend him to everyone specially people who don’t feel comfortable to come for routine check ups only because of the potential pain that they may experience.

Front desk was very helpful and very polite . Saw dentist first , I wouldn’t guess she was the dentist. She seemed unkept and like she just rolled out of bed. If it wasn’t for this I’d probably give 5. My visit with her was short. Saw the hygienist who was great told me a lot about my health and how to help my specific areas that concerned her. Very gentle and made me feel very comfortable , was there about an hour but worth the time. Overall the clinic is small but the receptionist and hygienist are why would return.

Easy to make appointments, however they do not provide you with all of the information until the day of the appointment. When I tried getting a cleaning done they told me I don't need to see a dentist. When I arrived for my cleaning then they told me I actually do need to see a dentist. I thought it was for free but then they told me it will cost me extra. To me it sounds like a money grab. I do not mind getting a check up with a dentist but tell me before hand so and inform me how much it will cost, this way I can decide if i should get a cleaning or not.

A friend of mine recommended Altima Atrium to me as he worked in the mall and had gone to them before, and I should really send him a thank you gift for telling me to go there! The staff are SO lovely and friendly, I felt so welcomed the moment I stepped through the door. Not having been to a dentist in about 7 yrs, they had their work cut out with me! They were so thorough with their examination and walked me through everything they were doing. I ended up having two cavities filled, and never having had cavities before and a bit of a phobia of needles, they were all so gentle and understanding and kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and felt no pain (no pain at all btw!). My teeth are so white and shiny now and I’m actually excited to go back in the Fall for my next cleaning. Have already recommended them to my family and friends. They definitely have a client for life now!

Dr Singh is a nice dentist. This particular location of Altima is a solid choice, they don't push unnecessary work on you, staff are professional. Don't expect to do major work here such as implants because they do not have the capacity as this is a smaller location. But for cleaning/fillings, has been a good experience. And if you work in the building, its super convenient.

In my life I went to 5 or 6 dentists, and it was always a good experience, so i was not too concerned going here. I went to ask to replace a filling that fell. They said they have to take an X Ray but it should be no more than 200$ altogether, so I made an appointment. When I showed up, before she even took a look Surprise!!! now there is a consultation fee of 90$ that I must pay, and everything altogether costs 400$. This is exactly double the previous estimate, based on the same information she had the first time she saw me!!! These are sharks who burn you with a smile on their face. I checked their website and it says that the consultation is complimentary. I lost 90$ for the consultation fee, but I know to never step there again.
