I have had a few issues with this place already...been told I am "too picky" by the dentist herself when I told her the filling she "fixed" was too rough and was snagging my floss in between my teeth which then i need something to get broken floss out of my teeth....i know! Wierd eh!! Also the hygienist constantly asking me none yes or no questions with her hands in my mouth and stopping her job numerous times throughout the cleanings for me to answer...very frustrating! I get being social but do it somewhere where your hands aren't in the person's mouth you are trying to talk to! I requested a new hygienist after 2 times at least with that lady! And just recently was asked prior to my cleaning if I had any sensitivity to hot or cold on my teeth, I said no as I did Not!! But now one tooth is a sensitive bugger since my cleaning so I called about it and asked them to please fix it, since that's when and where the ONE tooth got screwed up.....and they won't cover the cost of that! "Looking at it will be covered, but we can't say we will cover the cost til we know what's wrong" Nice thanks for the tooth pain I never had before the cleaning you just did!!!!! Unreal!!! That place is a joke

I have been a patient of Dr. Ylimaki for over 2 years now and I have to say that I am very impressed with the care I get from her and her staff. Not only are they professional and excellent at what they do, but it's the little things that will keep me coming back for service. Dr. Ylimaki and staff treat you like family, I feel welcomed, they take the time to get to know you and listen to your concerns. The Baywood Dental Clinic is also beautifully decorated, spacious and welcoming. I would highly recommend giving her a try.
