My experience at ABA was exactly how a dentist office should be the front desk people were very friendly and informative. When I was brought to the back my old fears of a dentist rushed in until I was sitting in the chair and my dentist walked in she explained everything to me and probably not realizing her calm and friendly attitude actually calmed me down I never felt any pain and I was relaxed. Before I knew it she was done. Hats off to ABA clinic I will recommend this dentist and clinic in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a quality place to get work done on your teeth. thanks ABA

After reading the responses of the owner/owners to the negative reviews. (Which in this country we are all entitled to) I will be using the the phone # of the dental association they so kindly provided a previous reviewer. They appear to have an excuse for every negative experience. Happy to be moving on.

I saw both of the dentists, the male was rude to his staff, the female rushed through her job and when I asked about getting a mouth guard fitting simply told me I'd have to go to a surgeon, rushed out of the room and didn't make any recommendation as to how to do that. In response to the response, I have found a great dentist. And to be fair the dental hygienist staff at ABA they were good, and I have no complaints directed at them.

I had an appointment in September. Every time I call they r missing my insurance forms. All forms sent in person and emails. First it’s mine the don’t have now they no longer have my husbands. Very frustrating.

I was in this morning for an extraction of a wisdom tooth. The experience was unbelievable. Upon arrival at the dental office, I was greeted by very friendly staff. I was offered sedation or local anesthetic and I chose the local anesthetic. The administration of the local anesthetic was painless. Dr. Mao is an excellent dentist. In a matter of seconds, literally, he extracted an upper wisdom tooth that was causing me great pain for some time. A total ripoff! They told me that my insurance would cover 80% of my expenses, which left me paying the rest. Two weeks later, they send me a bill saying that I still owe $100! Like $424 wasn't enough! Never going back again!

Did you ever consider why someone calls their business ABA? Because it's the first name that shows up in the phone book. I regret choosing ABA. I went to ABA because their previous clinic was within walking distance to my house and I didn't have a car at the time. I was experiencing some mild discomfort in my upper molar and I wanted to get a check up before my dental insurance through my student benefits ran out. Dr. Mao did some x-rays and was quick to explain that I had not one but TWO teeth that required root canal surgery. I was in my early 20's at the time and I had never had dental problems until that point. I proceeded with the recommendations for surgery without getting a second medical opinion because I felt hurried to use my dental benefits before they expired and I was hopeful that Dr. Mao was acting in good judgement. It cost me over $2000 for the procedure. I started to experience significant throbbing pain in the root canal sites a couple of years after the procedure. I had hired a new dentist after Dr. Mao as something didn't feel right about his practice. My new dentist had my history of x-rays from Dr. Mao's dental work. My new dentist questioned why I had root canal surgery and explained that the x-rays indicated only a minor cavity in one tooth and certainly did not warrant root canal surgery. The dentist took a look at my teeth, took more x-rays and explained that not only was the surgery totally unnecessary, the surgery was not completed properly and I had to have it corrected which cost me several hundred dollars in repairs. Point of this message: When a dentist tells you that you need surgery, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION AND SHOP AROUND. They work for you, not the other way around. Some dentist's are excellent and some are willing to lie about your health needs and pull out your teeth unnecessarily if it means they make more money. Please go somewhere else and don't make the mistake I did.

Do NOT go here. They will lie and tell you that you need work done when you have no cavities. Get a second opinion! They also wont release your dental records unless you really twist their arm. Seriously stay far far away from this place it has been a nightmare. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible! I recently had some fillings done, which left me in pain afterwards. I tried going back to get adjustments done but they still didn't help. Now, two months later my mouth still hurts. I can't eat, can't sleep, and always on pain pills, but the pain still comes back. I'M NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!
