I was so impressed when I returned to the recovery room all of my daughters comfort items were laid out. The dr brought her to my arms and together with my personal nurse Amanda we began the process of waking her up. Dr Budd was very clear with explaining the dental work they accomplished while she was sleeping and the important nxt steps for her healing. I felt very connected to Dr Budds team during this whole experience. The staff were warm and friendly, Dr Budd full of energy was clear with his plan, the personal nurse Amanda helped during the waking process. These guys know what they are doing and they do it really well.

Dr Budd, nurse Wendy and receptionist Gisele are amazing people! Dr Mathur was the anesthesiologist and as always, he was phenomenal. I am so happy my 4 year old was under their care. Thank you for making this experience so comfortable and stress free!

The secretary staff make you feel extremely uncomfortable; over the phone they seem to have trouble hearing names and make you feel ashamed for not being named something more generic :tom", "john" etc. If I wasn't as comfortable with my Dr. I would change my dentist in a heartbeat. I hope who ever is responsible for staffing this group, reads this comment and reevaluate the qualifications of their employees.

wrost to go 12 year ago not sure what guy i had. but he wanted to pull all my teeth when i was 18 year ago. i was like what No No what why cause he did want to do 8 filling lol. i said nope walk out in the middle. i week later went out to a young man in the valley mall. and he said no u need 8 small filling but ur teeth are good am 30 now and still have all my teeth,,, this place is a joke

DR. St-Aubin is amazing! He had so much patience with me through my journey getting 2 front crowns. No matter what I didnt like, he was willing to fix. And I'm sure I was a tougher patient as I continued to have issues I didnt like, all cosmetic issues I'm sure only I could tell. He totally fixed all the issues and I am now sitting with my new 2 front teeth and I am so happy I can cry.

I had the most amazing experience with this team. I broke a tooth and I'm from out of town. They took me in to help me. They are a very professional team in a very professional facility. I was surprised they fixed me all up better than new. They suggested I don't use any freezing which was perfect as there was no pain in this process. Well done!!

Called to see if I could book an appointment. Was told no id have to call an emergency line because they arent taking new patients. While I'm looking for a pen to write a number I shouldn't even have to write the receptionist got impatient and over the phone very rudly exclaimed "hello im really busy I havent got all day!" I understand not taking new clients i understand needing to give me a number for a team to suggest a dentist who is taking new patients. However I was looking for no more than 2 minutes when she got impatient and rude I have severe pain in the teeth any lesser person would have laid into her and demanded help from their dental clinic I was being understanding and im very annoyed they didn't show me the same courtesy especially since IM THE PATIENT/CUSTOMER. Even of they start taking patients i probably won't go here.

I wish there was more than five stars I could give! My son needed dental work done under general anesthesia, and I was astonished at how wonderful every single person we encountered was! Big thanks to Gisele, Dr. Budd, Dr. Duguay, and Katrina for your kindness, compassion, and attention to detail. I felt very well informed and prepared for each step of the procedure, and I was confident that my son was in excellent hands. Special thanks to Katrina for not only sitting with us during recovery and playing Peppa Pig for a kid who wasn't even watching it, but for walking us all the way to the door and making sure we'd make it to the car without trouble. Though I hope to never require your services again, I would not hesitate to return if needed! Thank you all!

I was very impressed with how doctor Richards handled my new born, clipped tongue and lips tie's. No issues with the level of care we received how ever I was disappointed both appointments I needed to attend I had a specific time I came in 15 minutes early to be screened for covid. Both appointments I sat in the waiting room with a new born 45 minutes past my appointment time... A new born doesn't sit nicely for very long.. little disappointed at there scheduling... So be prepared to sit much longer past your appointment time.

From initial phone call to end result; I can see why our dentist sent us here for sleep dental work on my son. Super friendly, caring and helpful staff. Reception and door staff awesome. Dr Budd and the rest of during and after care staff were great. I felt confident with my sons teeth in their care. We didn't feel rushed or pushed out after he woke up. Very relaxing environment. Been going to this dental office for 20years. Last couple times receptionist has been very rude and impatient. Telling me to show up for a certain day, when I show up they tell me the appointment is actually for another day. When I tell her I took time off work for this day, because that's the day you told me to come, and can't make it to the other appointment she get upset and tells me we'll have to rebook for 5 Months from now. Wasting my time and missing work. I asked to have a manager or the dentist call me back. Instead the same receptionist called me back 2x to tell me it was my mistake not hers. Dentist never called me back. Really love this dentist but will be switching to another because of reception. Can't be missing this much work for a dental cleaning. Super unprofessional.

Dr. Richards did the laser surgery on my 4 month old's tongue, lip and cheek ties. He made sure I knew everything I needed to for aftercare and recovery and even gave his personal cell phone if I had any questions or concerns. We went back 3 weeks later and got the all clear that everything had healed up and was doing well. My kiddo can latch better now and is a much happier baby. Thank you again!
