Very unprofessional have giving them my number numerous times and yet they called to tell me I missed a appointment (wich I didn't have) and the dentist would not see me anymore on my emergency number that is used for emergencies only! When I went in with proof of appointment card they refused to even look at it were very ignorant the whole time I was being polite hoping they would fix the mistake understanding due to it not being my fault was told they would get back to me I'm the hour due to the appointment being an emergency appointment! Yet they refused to answer anymore of my calls wouldn't call me had to get a mediator involved mediator told the dentist it was illegal what he was doing and that he had to see me or send me the letter I had been waiting on for over a week after I was told it would be with in the hour! Then dr LeClair sent me a defamatory letter that I would have no chance in he'll of getting another dentist with, also everything he wrote in the letter was 100% a lie! Wouldn't recommend this dentist to my worst enemy he has left me in pain and suffering for over a month waiting on a emergency appointment!

My experience has now been hit and miss for being a patient for a little over a year. The cleanings have been adequate, and fillings (5 I think?) done okay. It’s hard to floss in areas with fillings because now the floss catches on the edges of them. I’ve had one filling fall out, which was fixed in a decent timeframe. Now a hygienist has ripped that same filling back out on my subsequent cleaning, and I have to wait nearly a week for it to be repaired. Third times the charm? I’m considering switching dental offices, as I came here on recommendation, however I’ve been left disappointed.

Great waiting area too, coffee bar and bottled water and some snacks are available, claw machine for kids and even video games, so very welcoming and kid-friendly. The added partnership with Dr. Diamond is a blessing as he is very well crafted and conscience about his work on your. I just had a sinus lift, implant with bone grafting with zero recovery, even the local freezing was a non-issue. Remarkable!

From the first initial visit to the most recent one I’ve had, Dr. Leclair and staff have been incredibly pleasant and very kind. I used to be terrified of having to go see the dentist. Since I’ve become a patient at this dental office, I have zero fears of going. The staff have always gone above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Leclair is an incredible dentist. He is very thorough with the work he does. He checks on you frequently during whatever procedure you’re having done to make sure that you don’t feel any pain at any point and that you’re doing alright. The receptionists are always kind and greet you warmly. They also go above and beyond. When I’ve called about certain things, they always take the time to get me the correct information. I also really appreciate the email and text reminders for my upcoming appointments. I’m a forgetful person, so this is a huge help for my terrible memory. I HIGHLY recommend New Sudbury Dental to anyone looking for a new or switching dentists. If I could rate them higher then 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you Dr. Leclair, Dr. Teijeiro and staff for always going above and beyond. And thank you for being on the front line during this pandemic. You put yourselves at risk daily to make sure that all your patients have continued care. I genuinely appreciate all that you do for me.

It was the best dental experience I have had in 63 years. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles when I arrived and when I left. Jamie was amazing getting me set up and ready for the doctor. She was chatty, patiently answered my questions and was very competent. Doctor Hoffman was also fantastic…friendly, thoroughly explaining things to me and gently fixed my tooth. You’re cubicle was amazing; the ceiling flat screen was quite the surprise. I particularly liked the flat screen on the wall that instantly displayed X-ray results. I didn’t realize a trip to the dentist could be so positive. I look forward to my new patient appointment. A sincere thank you.

Instead of giving me a checkup like I asked them to: they asked me which tooth was giving me a problem, took an xray of a different tooth, and acted very patronizing about it. Took $100 from me for no reason. Never going back even though I still have tooth pain.

It’s such a awesome dental clinic, there is free drinks and snacks if your hungry, there is a claw machine and a tv with video games to play. Also there is massage chairs for when your waiting. Plus all the staff are so nice.

I had an appointment there and had to wait 2 hours for check up. They forgot about me and let people who came after me go first. So I decided to walk away and not to receive care from them. 2 months later they had the audacity to send me “missed appointment” fee of $50. This place is a joke. Nice clinic and friendly staff. Paid out of pocket for my dental work. My account statement showed $80.00 for Specific Area Examination. Called the secretary to ask what that was. First she said, that's when they examine teeth for cavities etc and when I said that wasn't performed, two seconds later she said its because I made an appointment from home. Unless I pre book while I am at the clinic it wont cost me, but once i book from home every time it will cost me $80.00. When I was there and told them i had to check my work schedule first, they never said anything about $80.00 if i booked from home. Asked around and no ones ever heard of this.

The service from Front and Back staff is outstanding. Appointments are given within 5 days. This alone blows my mind. My previous dentist was always a month to a month and a half wait. I’ve had over 13 dentists in my life and this one makes me feel great when I leave. They treat you like a person here and not just a patient. I drive over 20 KMS for my appointments with them and they are ALWAYS on time. The dentists are extremely professional, kind and make you feel welcome. Absolutely have no desire to ever seek out another dentist. Thank you New Sudbury Dental!!!!

Female dentist extremely rude to myself and my daughter who was there for a quick check of a gum problem. Very surprised at the negativity of her and her assistant as well in the 2 minutes we spent with them. I will come back for hygenist appt next week and a check by Dr. Leclair and I am confident it will go extremely well in a professional setting as he is very nice.

Office is super clean and nice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming but I will no longer be going here as their pricing is a little crazy and by little crazy, I mean insane. For just a cleaning it's not so bad, but go there for anything else, be prepared to fall off your chair. For example, my daughters mouth guard was still OVER $300 out of pocket AFTER they charged my insurance the full $400 they covered. That's insane. The kicker, it's so bulky, ill fitting and poorly done that she doesn't even wear it to stop her teeth grinding. We bought a kit on Amazon for $68 and that one does the job! Also, I got a quote for cosmetic tooth repair and they told me that Veneers weren't an option for me and quoted me an absolute fortune for crowns, I got a second opinion and was told that Veneers were absolutely an option and the quote was less than half the price. I highly suggest doing your research before choosing a dentist and if you're thinking maybe things are not done super well and are way more expensive than other places, you're probably right.

If you have any apprehensions about going to a dentist , this is the place for you. The staff are very courteous at the reception and the office is very modern with something for everyone. The dentist and hygienist are very detailed and help you make informed decisions. There is parking at the back and a street light to go in and out of the building. I give this a 5 star rating and invite you to check it out.

Best clinic I've ever been to! The entire staff here are friendly, polite, professional, caring and patient. They were obviously all carefully selected. I would recommend them to anyone. Calls are always answered. Parking is free and easy. You don't wait endlessly for an app. and the waiting area is kid friendly although I've never waited very long at all because they dont overbook. Ive never felt rushed by the dentist or anyone. Each room feels private. The place is super clean. They have state of the art high tech gear and the place is very well laid out. It's plain to see that this clinic places it's top priority on quality of care. Don't hesitate to check them out.

Excellent dental team, newest technologies are being used. I have been going to Dr. Leclair now for 5 years and he has had to rebuild my entire mouth due to bad dentistry from the past dentists that I have gone to. They will give you a detailed action plan and will let you know where you are at on your plan at any time that you ask. If something happens and a deviation is necessary they explain everything to you well in advance.

I absolutely loved my visit to this dental clinic and I was in extreme pain! From my phone call to get help to my actual visit the staff was extremely professional helpful and caring. My visit was an emergency situation and because of my pain and lack of sleep I was exhausted and anxious but not only did they provide exemplary service they explained everything thoroughly with the utmost of care . Being new to Sudbury it took a few tries before I found an office and a dentist that I was truly comfortable with and trusted - but Dr. Leclair and his staff have far exceeded my expectations! With a baby on the way, his staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in his office, even offering to work standing up when I mentioned that laying on my back is difficult for me now. Worst Dental Clinic Staff in Sudbury. Was 10 min. late 15 because I had to wait for the secretary to finish gossiping. Called to let them know I was running late because of traffic and when I got there they refused my daughter. Who by the way is in pain because of a cavity. Of course I get angry with them what father wouldn't.

This money-grubbing office initially booked an appointment for a child with tooth pain, saying 'always do full checkup and cleaning, then will book another appointment to do necessary work to relieve pain'. THEN, refused appointment at all without confirmation of alternate payment because they put low-income children with Ontario Healthy Smiles dental cards on a waiting list!

I was fairly nervous coming in to the office for my tooth extraction but the whole team reassured me I was in good hands. Dentist clearly explained to me everything that was going on and I didn’t feel the tooth come out at all. The following day I was a little sore mostly where the needle went in for freezing and not at all where the tooth was removed.

The clinic is very beautiful and well-kept and the staff I spoke to was very friendly as well. However, I called in for an emergency appointment because I was in horrific pain. I was able to get in to see what the problem was. I stated the back of my gums was in pain and I hadn't been able to eat on that side for days and now it was throbbing on its own. I was afraid I had either cracked my molar, or that the molar was trying to break through the gums. After X-rays and a small exam I was told everything was fine and it was ALL IN MY HEAD. Sure enough, three/four days later, something popped out. It had a different texture and was very hard while being insensitive to touch. It was my tooth, just like I was saying. It has been coming out more and more and now I don't know what to do. It is still in pain, I don't know if I need to brush it, or worry about a cavity or what. I went there to try to prevent this from happening or find a way to deal with the pain, I was given neither solution. I basically paid for someone to tell me I was borderline making up fake pains and to deal with it.

Im very afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Leclair explains everything very thoroughly, he's gentle and uses innovative techniques to keep his patients comfortable. After seeing Dr. Leclair and being taken care of by his wonderful staff, I'm excited about taking the next step and getting my dental hygiene back up to par. Also, the facility is really nice. They show your xrays on a monitor in front of you and they have netflix on their ceiling. Very cool bonus.
