Dr. Marshall Clarke and his team helped me in an emergency tooth surgery situation and they we're awesome. I've had the same dentist since I was small but he is clearly not as good as Doctor Clarke because he knew my issue right away, he carefully took the tooth out, and was so welcoming even on the last minute call. I saw Dr. Clarke due to a dental emergency. I was in Sudbury, visiting family, when I broke my entire front tooth off. Dr. Clarke's staff were extremely helpful to me and responsive to the situation. They gave me an appointment on the same day I called (which I imagine required some calendar juggling on their end) and were able to provide a temporary solution that allowed me to walk around in public without scaring the elderly and small children. I am so grateful for their responsiveness and compassion. They made an uncomfortable and distressing situation much better. Thank you!

Being that I am terrified of dentists and my anxiety sky rockets whenever I need to see one I was surprised at how understanding they were. His team has made me more comfortable about dental visits and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a dentist :)

I have major PTSD from past dentists and entodontists who have given me traumatizing experiences. From simple fillings, root canals to wisdom teeth removals. I have been reluctant for a few years to book another appointment with a dentist because I found myself in a deep cold sweat, shaking in the chair waiting for it all to be over. I called Dr Marshal Clarke’s office and their super friendly receptionist squeezed me in for a scaling within 2 days! The scaling was very gentle throughout and the hygienist made me feel very comfortable. I needed 3 fillings and Dr Clarke was incredibly efficient and very gentle. I was worried about so many fillings being done all at once, but I was very impressed when it was all complete and how well this team works at providing exceptional service. Thank you Dr Marshal Clarke and staff for making my experience very positive. I highly recommend this Dentist, especially to those who are as reluctant as I was before going.

After requesting an urgent appointment, I was able to see Dr. Clarke very quickly. As usual, he was able to provide me with the medical attention and information that was needed to address the problem, and to put my mind at ease. I have always found Dr. Clarke to be attentive to the medical issues presented, and to be both kind and compassionate in his role as a medical professional. I consider myself fortunate to have found him, and I am thankful that he has chosen to practice in Northern Ontario.

Our daughter had a loose tooth that was not progressing and a benign abscess was visible. As parents, we were torn between letting things wait or going through the extraction. Dr. Clarke was excellent in providing all the information for our decision and was extremely good at comforting our daughter, always checking on her anesthetic level. The extraction itself was performed the best way we could have imagined and our 5yo never expressed any pain during the 20mn intervention. And while her lip is still a bit swollen today, she was so proud to take her tooth to school!
