Staff are all friendly and great. They make you feel comfortable and I love how Dr Archambault explains everything. I'm glad I found her as a dentist. I have been a patient for 7 years

I called to see if they were accepting new patients as the website advised of a friendly and welcoming experience and I was told right away that if there are emergencies I can call elsewhere. I never said I had an emergency. I was also advised they would only accept me if I agreed to an appointment every 6 months. I called Dr Lewis in Chelmsford and they were friendly and much more willing to help. When I advised Dr Anik's office I would look elsewhere they were totally fine with it.....coudnt care less. Glad I went elsewhere and I have told others of my experience today. No wonder they are accepting new patients as I guess Dr Anik's standards are very high lol. Very Snobby!
