I was 4 min late for my appointment because of the bus.. They canceled my apt in me with no consideration or refused my business to serve me... i will never go bad there dont care if it was 2 or 3 years ago this happened horrible lack of service and inconsideration.

I have been going to this clinic for many years now and love my experience each time. The dentists and hygenists remember me each time and are genuinely concerned for my overall well-being and not just regarding my teeth. The staff here are great with my kids and have made my 4 year old completely comfortable with having her teeth cleaned so we never have any nerves or meltdowns while there. We love this clinic.

Thank you for making me feel SO comfortable, every time I come in, and always chatting to me; and making me feel at home. As someone who suffers heavily from Anxiety, especially when it comes to getting any dental work done, allow yourself to experience Dr. Rideout and her team. I have never felt so comfortable in a Dentist chair, in my life.

I have been going to Regatta Dental since they opened and I'll never go anywhere else. Over the years, I have seen Dr. Power, Dr. Hiltz, and Dr. Rideout and all three are superb dentists. They really take the time to explain what is going on, I never feel rushed, and they never push unnecessary costs or procedures on you. Also a huge shoutout to the friendly and professional hygienists and admin staff, many of whom have been there for years.

Edit 2: Just got off the phone with Dr. Power who was very pleasant and explained the confusion. He offered to personally perform my surgery to move my appointment ahead. As I stated before, the dentists at this office are pros. I would recommend these guys 100%. I will leave my prior review for now for the sake of posterity but must note that it takes a business with an awful lot of backbone to clear up a misunderstanding like this one that had fallen through the cracks. Thanks Dr. Power. Absolutely brutal behaviour from the front desk staff at this place. I had a three hour appointment booked 6 weeks in advance, when I missed the confirmation phone call (the day before) I was told it was policy to cancel. They called my next of kin and told them if I didn’t reach them by 2 I would lose the appointment. I reached them by 2:40 and they informed me it was given to somebody else and that I had to wait another 6 weeks. Are these guys serious? What world do they live in where a system like this could be in place? They not only didn’t inform me that I had to confirm, but also are checking in with less than 24 hours notice. The dentists are great and professional. Edit: Called back to confirm my appointment for SIX weeks in the future and asked who was in charge of the way their notification system works. The lady on the phone informed me that “Yvonne the office manager” was standing next to her through our whole conversation “shaking her head.” I assume the intention of telling me this was to shame me for trying to inform them that their system is absurrrrd for 2021. The reception staff need to respect the clientele way more.

The staff are very professional and courteous. My go to dentist is Dr Hiltz. She is very nice, and she explains everything she will be doing on your visit. I highly recommend her. Awesome dental centre.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neal Power for years. Last time I was in for a checkup I was asked by another young dentist if it was ok if she did my checkup even though Dr. Power was there. I agreed because I was uncomfortable saying no, but I would have preferred Dr. Power did the checkup. This has happened to my husband as well who was actually worked on by another dentist. I realize that the young dentists need to gain experience but I assume new patients come as we once did. We are Dr. Power's patients and he is familiar with us. We feel future appointments should be made when our dentist is present and if he cannot be there, we should be called and given the option to change the appointment. Except for this, we love visiting this dental office. The staff are friendly and efficient and the assistants who do the cleanings are very good as well as gentle. They're almost always on time with the appointments.

I had a partial root canal in the states upon returning home they were going to finish it. Upon arriving I developed an infection. Dr Power got me in at 8:00 he was wonderful. He ordered an antibiotic and I was good to go. We are going home today and the toothache came back again I called and got a Dr Hiltz. She was equally wonderful and understanding. I cannot thank this practice enough. You truly are all that is good about my second home. Thanking you from the bottom of my heart. It is a year later and I remember this horrible pain like it was yesterday. This office allowed me to call Dr Power at 4:30 at his home. I just saw this review again and can tell you that I still remember the kindness you showed me and I am still grateful for that extrordinary care.
