This dental office and team go above and beyond to help you. Dr.Black is amazing. She really went the extra mile to fix my partners tooth. She was as minimally invasive as possible and took them out of pain. They helped me on pricing and I truly trust them. We need more medical professionals like these people! Keep up the amazing and kind work!

Visited Doctor Black for first time. Started with 2 quick x-rays by the hygienist. Dr Black then came in to do the examining and then performed the cleaning herself (most dentists usually have the hygenist do that part). Dr black then went on to explain what future works need to be done by priority. Hygienist then did the polish and flouride treatment. Was in and out within 1.5 hrs. Overall a good experience. Friendly staff.

I have been going to this dental office for over 30 years. I was reluctant to continue there when Dr. Yollick retired as this if out of my home area. However, Dr. Black was highly recommended to me by Dr. Yollick and she is very personable and I trust she is highly competent as well.

Had a terrific experience here. The ladys where very professional and polite treating their costumers with respect. As for the work that I had done a filling and root canal they made sure I was pain free and comfortable. I have been to different places but no one compares too Yoon Black Dentistry. I would highly recommend going here you will be happy you did .walk in with a smile and walk out the same way even with your mouth a little swollen.

Its very average, Mainly because I didn't found the receptionists to be very friendly. Dr. Yoon Black is nice. I would not highly suggest any other dentist other than her. Surely more patients would come if the staff was a bit more humble.

I had a cavity to fix but I was really nervous to visit any clinic s due to Pandemic this time of the year but this place made me feel safe to go anytime to due the service. They followed all the guide lines to serve you to give you the best and safe services.

My husband has been going to Dr. Yollick since 1969 and even when he left Canada for 20 years he still flew back for checkups nd cleanings. When we moved back I started going there too. I am the worst patient when it comes to dentists and Dr. Yollick and his staff works with me to alleviate my anxiety.6 I highly recommend Dr. Yollick.

I have been coming to this office for ove 30 years when it was under Dr Yollick so this should tell you something. Everyone's excellent. This has continued under Dr Black. In Dr Yollick's farewell letter to his patients he mentioned that we're in good hands with Dr. Black, who was top of her class; the community is lucky to have her. I can already see that Dr. Black conducts herself with integrity which is very important in the dental profession and a key differentiator with other dentists. I am so far quite pleased with Dr. Black and have no doubt this sentiment will continue.

I was pleased with the service at Yoon Black Dentistry on May 13 2021. Dr Moon is amazing. He fixed my tooth quickly and very professionally. Linda is also fabulous...very friendly and professional. The other staff were also great ...including front desk reception.( cant remember names) The price was reasonable as I do not have a dental plan. I will continue to use Yoon Black Dentistry Suzanne Glanfield.

Had my wisdom tooth pulled it was causing headaches for me. My tooth was pulled within 30 minutes of arriving with absolutely no pain what so ever from start to finish. My headache went away as soon as the tooth came out. If your looking for quality dental care Yoon Black dentistry is where you want to book an appointment. I had the best experience. Dr Moon we very professional and nice. He explained all my teeth issues to me in detail. Dr Moon is the best dentist I have seen so far and it’s coming from a person who had 4 root canal done in different clinics I wish if I knew Dr Moon before I would have come here for my root canals. X-rays leads to determine which tooth is weak or you used most likely, so they deep clean and do more sensitive for fill up and keep come again and again…..at the end it’s all about business so no hurt feelings remember. i had a wonderful experience today as a new client! very lovely staff. professional, super kind, and friendly. im looking forward to coming back to start my dental journey as i could tell i am to be in good hands :) (started off today with just a check up/xrays but in needing of heavy work) i have been to other dentists around ontario, but can tell the staff here is to sincerely care about you, and your oral health first . other places have made me feel it was just about money,or rude negative/judgemental staff, (the prices here are very reasonable with no insurance !! 10% discount i believe by using cash too which was lovely ) the doctor did an amazing job sitting and throughly explaining each step of the process’s to come . (also pointed out bad work previously done by other dentists) i walked in today rather insecure as i have not booked an appointment to a dentist in close to 2 years, but coming to see things turning out better than expected! if you have been postponing your appointment due to still searching around and trying to compare dentistry's for a good and trustworthy place, i highly recommend this one and will now be referring family members . thanks so much for your ladies time today!

Have been going here since I was a child and saw Dr. Yollick, he was absolutely amazing! I am not a fan of the dentist at all but he always worked with me. Since his retirement I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Black and despite my many fears about having to switch dentists, she was great, as are all of the people at this office! I have now been a patient of Dr.Watson for the past few years and I couldn't ask for anyone better. He is kind, gentle and absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this place!!!

I’m usually very nervous and also scared going to the dentist. My usual dentist is off right now and I had to see a dentist ASAP. So I booked an appointment with Dr Black and she was amazing! She made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly be considering I was so nervous. It was my very first time having her do any work on me The staff that is there are all super friendly very kind and attentive especially to patients who are super nervous just sitting in a dental chair. The receptionist (Candace) is the best ! She’s so sweet and attentive and really does her best to help you. Also, Mary Jane is super nice too and attentive. She does her best to calm you down from being super nervous and also makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place because they are very good at making you feel at ease with any concerns or fears you may have.

This is a terrible office, with a very rude ill mannered prejudice receptionist. Not only did they get my appointments for all four off my children wrong. They also forgot to book the appointment for my two year old son who I originally called to booked the appointment for. When they realized i was going to be a healthy smiles customer, the whole demeanor changed and they became very different in speech, and ability to assist me with any dental or appointment questions was no longer available. This place sucks please don't go!
