Wonderful place and staff! Dr. Pezeshki has been my dentist forever. I've lived in multiple major metropolitan areas, san francisco, new york, toronto and have always had a REALLY hard time finding a great dental clinic. I now live pretty far away from the clinic but still go out of my way for appointments - I've honestly yet to come across such a warm, welcoming and professional environment, they really care. Thanks Town Centre Dental!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pezeshki for over 20 years and he has been absolutely fantastic. He is growing older and at times less patient with his staff but his medical and dental skills are unparalleled. Not every doctor has ideal bedside manners but what I care about is his professional skills.

First off, I didn't expect much when I came to this dental clinic. My friend David had recommended me to come here, since apparently it had a nice and welcoming staff. However, I disregarded him, because I was so accustomed to our family dentist who we had been visiting for over 5 years. After a couple of weeks, I decided to finally go there, as my niece needed a filling immediately, and our family dentist was out of town. Surprisingly, I found the staff to be very respectful and adaptable to my situation. Moreover, not only did I receive proffesional dental healthcare, it took less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, for the treatment to begin. Also, the dentist explained the treatment clearly to me without me having to ask, which made me feel at ease. Overall I highly reccommend this dental clinic, because it not only does it have a great staff, the waiting times are tremendously low.

The dentist currently practising is extremely unprofessional. I had to go on 4 separate occasions only to have only 2 fillings done. They scheduled me in and then double booked and had to cancel my treatment on the spot, they start appointments over an hour late, then tell you they can't finish what you were scheduled to do because they have other patients. The dentist is never ready when the session begins often confused about who you are and what you came to do (he clearly doesn't read your file). The dentist constantly berates the dental assistant during the appointment. He did a filling on my tooth which he left unfinished and he had to repair his own work days later - (Which I still have to have another dentist repair because it still wasn't done well). Be sure to take check your insurance claims as they over bill and put fraudulent treatments on there to make more money. I had to switch to another Dental practice mid treatment because I wasn't receiving proper standard of care or customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!

OVERBOOKED and DISRUPTIVE: Did not respect my time. I had to wait >1h for EVERY single appointment (x3). I do not want to go back, and I told them to stop calling. Yet they continued to call me and my "emergency contact" multiple times.

I fell as a victim of filling scam run by them, they did filling of my son without my consent, and even when we specifically said no to it. They are also not sending the reports and scans they did to other dentist even after repeated requests to them. Please stay away from them.

Was here last week for a check up. Good PPE in place, wait time was around five minutes, and the front office were very friendly. Appointment was smooth and the dentist seemed knowledgeable and helpful.

Please stay away if you are looking for quality care. The Dr was grumpy and always yelling at the assistants. He won't explain the treatment properly. A simple filling took more than 2 hrs and even then I am struggling for a month with pain. Hard to believe the Dr would simply walk out during the treatment for no reason, did that almost 10 times during my session. The equipment broke down twice during the treatment. Have been to a dentist many times, but this was a experience I never want to have again. Please choose a different clinic if you can.

Been going here for a very long time and will continue to do so. I've always felt welcome, my teeth always come out feeling as clean as they look, I've never felt ripped off nor mistreated and very rarely felt uncomfortable (obviously as this is a dental office). I have legit not had a negative appointment here. Can't recommend enough.

I love this place! Super helpful and friendly environment! The front desk person is really welcoming! First I came to the office and they greeted me and after few minutes they call me to go in (no long waiting) and before I went it for treatment front desk let me know all the procedure that I’ll do and give me estimate of my treatment (no hidden fees) and got discount too and they offer a payment plan coz really can’t afford to pay right away! Thank you Town Centre Dental Clinic!

I am really unhappy with the provided treatment. I went there for filling but doctor did it very badly. I developed sensitivity on healthy side due to his wrong filling on comparatively healthy side. I was booked for almost 5 times unnecessarily. I personally feel that they wanted to utilize all my dental insurance. On the top of it, i noticed so many changes at the reception counter. The administrative lady had money oriented attitude and forced me to pay some money in addition of my dental insurance. I confirmed about the validity of my treatment with the receptionist named Maya at the beginning of my treatment and she confirmed that it is valid till December. In the middle of treatment new lady informed that there is problem with my insurance. At the end, my insurance is over, I developed more sensitive teeth and severe pain in my right TM joint that I couldn’t even open my mouth properly. By profession, I am doctor too and I know the reason of pain, which is the side effect of improper local anesthetic injection. However, the dentist said that I am having wisdom tooth!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t nt go to this clinic if u want better treatment. I didn’t know that i have to check review for the medical and dental as well in Canada before visiting first time. Please don’t waste ur insurance or money here.

I also fell victim to the dentists filling scam. Was booked for 4pm, dentist did not see me until 5pm. Then the filling took an hour to do, the dentist did not seem to know what he was doing either. I was have a filling re-filled, but the dentist needed to drill a new hole, and was going to do it without freezing my gums. When I asked if my gums needed to be frozen he said yes, and administered too little freezing, so he had to freeze them a 2nd time. Then when he finished the filling I could tell it was wrong, when I told him it was wrong, he said don't worry about it, just come back again later and he will fix it. I'm not going back, there are plenty of great dentists in the area. Do not go here. I'm sure the 5 star ratings are fake

Called and booked an appointment. When I arrived, they had no idea about any appointment I had made. Pretty incompetent clerical staff. They dont know what theyre doing, save your time and go somewhere else.

If I could, I would give this negative stars but sadly google has not advanced that much yet, just as this racist and nasty dental clinic. The dental assistant there is even worst, possibly talking rude things about other people in her language.
