I used to go to Dr. Au years ago and i just finally smarten up and switched dentists. I was very surprised that he charges full amount of the normal procedures of cleaning teeth but yet I get only 10 minutes of cleaning each session. No joke! When I questioned him why it takes only 10 minutes of cleaning; he said my teeth is very clean. That's pretty much a lie as my teeth bleeds quite a bit after each session.

Caring and Efficient I had an unfortunate bicycle accident during Covid Victoria Day weekend. I sustained serious damage to my mouth and chin. One front tooth came out and another one got chipped. My husband contacted Dr Au who gave us critical advice over the phone on how to preserve the avulsed tooth. He also gave us instructions to go to his office to perform emergency service to replant my tooth in the socket. He examined the extent of injury to my other teeth, which had gotten loose due to impact of the fall. He outlined the treatment plan necessary to restore and risk of the procedures. He gave instructions as to how to clean my teeth in the next few days and prescriptions. Over the following weeks, Dr Au performed root canal procedures to treat my replanted tooth. He made sure the pain was minimized whatever the procedures were. All the equipment used is the latest I have seen. Dr Au and his team provide caring and efficient service under very urgent notice. I have visited another dental clinic in Richmond Hill for over 15 years. While the service there has been fine, I consider the service provided by Total Dental Clinic to be superior and the charges are very reasonable.
