So so happy I found this office! From the very first call, I was greeted with warmth and was provided with answers to the many questions I had. I was concerned over new tooth sensitivity I was experiencing & wanted to get a cleaning done as well. When I came in today, I quickly realized I made the right decision as everyone working there was so kind & professional. A huge thank you to Shay who made my cleaning experience comfortable & enjoyable! (They even have TV's above the patient chairs with Netflix! I can imagine any kid would LOVE that). Dr. Shiva addressed all my concerns & at the end of my visit, I was even given a little kit specifically for sensitive teeth! I'm so so happy I found an office in my neighbourhood that I can go to for my regular appointments now. Do not hesitate to call if you are looking for a new dentist. I went in to get a diamond drilled into my tooth. Im not to sure who my dentist was or who her assistant was but the service was lovely. They did a great consultation and explained the whole procedure so I knew what was going on. And on top of that, their amazing secretary Chaka was soo sweet and had the best customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for cosmetic dentistry.

The worse doctor and dental you can ever experience. I had insurance me and my wife up to 3000$, just we did 4 tooth fillings and two check ups. They told us your coverage already had been reached the limit. I did my filling on April 2019. After one month my tooth has start hurting, I visited the doctor again and told him about my tooth he did again and my pain start to increase each time I visited him. And now after only one year my wife' and my tooth fillings fall down. This clinic is really not professional and the work is really very bad. I am writing this because I am really upset after we spent 3000$, we didn't get the result we expected.

Got a basic cleaning done there. Staff was nice and super helpful. The clinic was modern, clean and took proper COVID protocols. The process was quick and Dr. Monga was very helpful in explaining next steps. I would continue to go here.

Dr Shiva Monga was amazing and such a great help at a difficult time. My husband got an infection that just rapidly started to get worse. It was really worrisome to have to go to a dentist during the pandemic - so many were still closed because they didn’t have PPE too - but at PL Dental they were very helpful, professional and made us feel very safe and at ease. My husband’s infection was dealt with and he healed up very well. We were both very thankful to Dr Monga.

I am a new patient at PL Dental and early last week, I was able to book a general check-up appointment on a day and time of my preference. If you have extended insurance coverage, they will do direct billing to the provider. COVID-19 protocols are being followed and I felt safe. The initial assessment + cleaning led to two more lengthy appointments this week as a result of the amount of work that was required to be done on my teeth. Dr. Neda is a very gentle dentist, humble and super skilled at her work. I had quiet a few cavities that needed to be fixed and some were very deep. Dr. Neda with her magic hands and the assistance of her capable dental assistant not only made the whole experience painless but she was able to save two of my teeth from going into root canal. Dental Hygienist Stuti was quite knowledge and tender during my cleaning/scaling/polishing sessions. Last but not the least the administrative team i.e., Mani and Rossa were pretty friendly and accommodating, they sent me prompt appointment reminders and kept me in the loop on what work will/can be covered by my insurance before starting any treatment. It was terrible visit. Doctor Shawn Monga said my child's teeth need to be taken out and he injected the teeth and put some jell in his teeth and after doctor went out of the room. my child got super scared, doctor came back to the room and spoke to my son if he scared or not. my 5 year old start crying, doctor said he cannot remove his teeth because he's moving his head alot, i don't understand why did he injected my son then. okay i he's understand he's moving his head but he's only 5 year old he will move his head when he feel the pain. why the hell you are open when you don't know how to deal with a child. i will never let my child to deal with this unprofessional doctor ever. he saw the infection but didn't prescribed any medicine. Then he said I need to take my child to some other doctor he gave me the referral when i called that office they said they don't have any child's specialist. Beside this doctor his receptionist was very rude. she suppose to call me back yesterday for new referral I waited all day and didn't receive any call till now. I called this morning again to them still nothing. I recommend DO NOT VISIT TO THEM WITH YOUR CHILD. THEY DON'T CARE.

Everyone says their dentist is the best. Of course, most people don't have enough varied experience to know good from not so good. I'm a senior with long experience with many dentists over the years. Simply by good fortune I went to the Pharmacy-Lawrence clinic before getting partial dentures made. Dr. Faryal Hussein did such a fantastic job of repairs that my bite is good for the first time in decades. Dry mouth at night is much decreased because my jaws sit properly together at last. The cosmetic difference is very much appreciated. Not all dentists are artists and I'm not easily impressed. I recommend her as the most skilful tooth repair dentist of the many, many, I've been to see. All work is smooth at the end, all teeth fitting, dental floss doesn't get stuck. Another vital aspect of a clinic visit is the skill of the dentist's assistant; Naz operates so expertly well in harmony with the dentist that the discomfort of long procedures is eased significantly. The office staff members are kind and helpful. End of story. You're looking; go there.

Always have a great experience with Dr Monga and his staff. I’ve visited the office for fillings and cleanings, and they are extremely welcoming and friendly, and make patients feel comfortable. My recent cleaning was during COVID-19. I was not sure what to expect leading up to the appointment, but once I was there and saw the setup I felt very comfortable and safe. Their office has been modified extensively, each patient area/room has been blocked off entirely, and staff are protected from head to toe. Definitely recommend this office.

Absolutely horrible, i gave 3 tries for a cleaning that was unproffessionaly done, and duento that i ended up going through a very painful infection..u never see the same dentist, and rhey put u with someone whith very little experience and bad hygiene.. i do not recemmend this clinic at all..

I take 5 kids to this dentist office (6-17), and they all look forward it. The staff are all wonderful, and the kids are not scared at all. All the kids go in themselves, love watching tv, and the dentist and hygienists are all so patient. I highly recommend this dental office for any age! KP
