Unprofessional to say the least. Heard how incompetent management is and definitely wouldn't trust going here based on the manager's attitude, as it seems she decides your best care with or without any credentials. Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else but here.

This is NOT a dentist! All you will hear are screams of pain as you walk in the door. This hack destroyed my daughters tooth AND ROOT CANALED THE WRONG TOOTH on my wife. VERY accommodating to those who have fear of the dentist. It's clear they only want what's best for their clients, especially during this time. The front staff are very polite and welcoming and they always make me feel comfortable. Edit: Had a wisdom tooth removed, superb job, thank you so much! Went in today for a checkup, and it's healing well. To the assistant who rubbed my cheek (I know this is weird), but THANK YOU. By you simply doing that, it put me at such EASE during the tooth extraction. Side note, I'm not a fan of the double "sneak" appointments. I went in for a check up and was told I was getting 2 fillings done which I wasn't prepared for and had to dip into my savings to pay for. I'm someone who has to budget, so I can't have spontaneous appointments such as those. Thank you

I would like to start off by saying Mantra Dental is the best dental office I've ever been to. My tooth broke last week and I was in so much pain. I called several offices and no one was available until I called Mantra Dental. They were able to take me in right away. I needed a root canal which kind of scared me because of all the scary things i heard about it but Dr. Monga was amazing. Not only was it painless, he showed me the before and after on the xray. I was very comfortable and felt very informed about the treatment I had done. I strongly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I was always afraid of the dentist as a child. Then I had an emergency and my dentist wasn’t able to see me and so they gave me a number to call and it was like a dentist walk in clinic. That is where I met Dr. Shawn Monga. I told him that I am really afraid of the dentist and he was so understanding. He was like don’t worry you won’t feel a thing. From that day forward I never went back to my family dentist again. My second child also had the fear of dentist until he went to Dr. Monga. Now we go to him regularly. Worst service ever. Appt for 5:10 came extra early. Even called to make sure they were running on time Only to find out I have to wait 35 minutes past my time This is unacceptable and ridiculous. At least call your patients to inform them of the delay. All In All time to find a new dentist. My time is just as precious as your time.

Since going to a new dentist, I've come to the conclusion this dentist office is a scam. They told me my teeth were much worse than they actually are and to make appointments every 4 months instead of the usual 6 which is what I'm doing now and have always done. Every time I had a filling it would be a separate appointment instead of multiple at once. When I told them it was my last appointment before I moved they also forced me to write a review and watched over my shoulder when I did it so I quickly made an excuse that I couldn't complete it. The hygenist was adamant about me getting my wisdom teeth taken out even though they're fine. I could go on and on. Would not reccomend.

I've been going to Mantra for about a year after leaving a dental office that had become incompetent. Everyone here is great. They take the time to explain how to best care for your teeth and gums (waterpik, electric toothbrush etc.). I can really feel how clean my teeth are now. The best part is they don't do anything unnecessarily. My previous dentist was insisting I needed a filling. I mentioned it to Dr. Monga, after taking a look he said it was unnecessary. You can't go wrong here.

From the Receptionists to the Dentists, the staff is amazing! Dr. Monga is a true professional. I came here to get dental bonding done and I could not have been more satisfied. I had done dental bonding before with another dentist, and it was completely botched. So I was a little concerned, about doing it again. However, Dr. Monga listened to every concern I had, let me have the ultimate decision on how I wanted my smile to look. He was precise, absolutely no pain, and was completely easy. My first visit and experience was horrible, and very very painful, It was for cleaning , they have primitive equipment ,although they took x-rays, their communication was zero in their explanation in regard to my dental work . Today I took my 5 year old son to Mantra Dental to fill a few cavities. The staff there were patient, kind, gentle, and understanding. The explained the process step by step and answered all of my questions. They made my son's experience comfortable and put my mind at ease with their expertise and kid friendly demeanor. They charged us $1043 for root canal procedure and on follow up with a complaint that filling has not been properly done they advised for a crown with hefty estimate. They have eaten up entire family insurance coverage. Certainly a SCAM! and cognizable by relevant authorities.
