Yeah they made me cry and I will NOT be coming back. They literally mess your teeth up on purpose because it feels like they don’t know what they are doing. The secretary told me that they’ve had a new protocol for a week now (lol) where you don’t need to see a dentist after a cleaning. Never in my YEARS upon years of going to the dentist did I ever hear that. Ignorant.

I have been going to this clinic since this year and have to say, the Doctors provide the most excellent care in the city. They provide all kinds of services like Rct,fillings and Impants. The work is very professional and well organised.The whole treatment process is well explained beforehand and doctor works patiently towards providing with the required treatment step by step.The whole clinic is clean and well organised and specially during the pandemic, i feel safe at my appointment. All the doctors and hygienists wear proper PPE and makes sure that patient is comfortable.Whole staff is very friendly, courteous front desk and excellent hygienists.I am highly satisfied and have recommended this clinic to my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

So I decided to change my dentist on the request of my husband at first I was not happy about it because I became comfortable with this dentist. But to my surprise when I went to do the X-ray and examination of my teeth. Turns out the dentist at Family smile did a very poor job on my fillings not properly cleaning the decay but still covering them with filling resulting in the pains I was feeling when eating sweets or drinking cold drinks. But they without any hesitation eat up my insurance. I would not recommend to anyone. Half do jobs

The Dr Mehran Gholami ,is the worse dentist I saw in my all life ,my teeth nothing wrong with them , I brush them all the time and I clean them very well ,I always get good comments from dentists about my teeth ,and I have no cavities, so when I went there for cleaning and the exam and he knows I have a very good insurance he told me that almost all my teeth have cavities and he need to fix them and when I see my teeth in the mirror ,I can’t see no cavities on them so I say maybe I have inside or between teeth so I can’t see it properly ,so I trusted him ,and he did 6 of my teeth and others are left so I book appointment to do the rest bc some how he cancel my appointment and I decide to visit my friend she is a very good dentist too , so when I took all the X-ray for her and she saw my teeth she said Oh my god which kind of dentist did that , she told me your teeth are fine nothing wrong with them and they have no cavities on them , she told me he just damage your teeth bc he saw that you have good insurance, and since he did those filling I can’t eat properly and my teeth started to hurt me ,I regret so much to visit that place ,and I advise you guys to always get second opinion and don’t trust him .

I went to family smile dentistry after a horrible experience with another dentist and was in excrutiating pain.To start with the staff was super nice to accomodate me in the schedule. I was skeptical of going anywhere coz of pandemic, but, I must say they were trying their level best to keep everybody safe with their routine of cleaning the surfaces after every patient. I saw Dr. Gholami for the filling and i was relieved from the pain in a day after he changed the filling for me. The hygeinists they have are friendly and gentle and understand that everybody has a different sensitivity level. Highly satisfied and would recommend it to everyone.

Been going to this place for years. Experience was great when I use to see Dr. Gholami. However, ever since they started using a whole bunch of greedy, inexperience thieves, this place has become the worst to visit ever! 1st of the hygenist don't bother to clean your teeth properly, they spent 5 minutes then refer you to a dentist who always wants to xray your entire mouth and they can never find they previous x-rays (even if it was recently taken). The hygenists collaborates with the dentist to eat up your insurance. They'll tell you you need filling in unnecessary places & when they can't find anything they'll make stuff up-very unethical. I had 1 tooth filled 3 times, all because the dentist didn't fill it properly in the 1st place. Had to get it done elsewhere (perfectly done, with no issue). And oh, they deliberately messed it up because they wanted to give me a root canal and a crown(they only care about your money). Everytime I go there, there's a different dentist, even if I ask to book with the same 1. And not to mention, they all charge a different price. Never accept an appointment with the female dentist, she'll fill even your good teeth just to charge you/your insurance card. When they can't find anything or u won't allow them, they'll try to xray ur whole mouth so they can charge-bunch of crooks! Hygenist Hanna, is good but her hygene is not 100%. The other one Selma, smooth talks you to distract you from noticing she's not cleaning your teeth properly. And they have a 14 yr old filling in to clean ppl's teeth...Run! Been cleaning regularly,as they'd recommend and when I changed dentist, the amount of build up I had I literally had to pretend as if I haven't had my teeth cleaned in 10 years. These people are disgusting. They'll give your appointment to their fren and lie to you. The new front desk people are very lie and unprofessional. At least was better when Rosey(I think that's her name) worked there. Lastly, the workers themselves doesn't use the service there. One of the hygenist told me she goes to a different dentist to get her teeth cleaned. When I asked y, she hesitated, then said it's where her family goes...? Don't waste your money, time and energy. Find a professional, ethical place to go to. Save yourself the time, cost and headache in the end. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to my worst enemy. Stay far from this place!
