I have been a patient at this clinic when it was run by Dr. Nurgitz, since I was a teenager. I just went for a cleaning with a dental hygienist named Cheryl, whom I've never had before & I thought she did a great job. My regular hygienist is also very good. She's gentle and professional as well. The review saying the clinic is dirty by Alex Z is definitely fake. The clinic has never been dirty and no one has ever been rude to me there in the past forty years. I have many problems, altercations, confrontations and situations in the GTA almost everywhere but not there.

It is always a great experience coming to see Dr Dinca and all her associates. I just needed a root canal done and with most places of business closed Monica had just reopened and took me in right away. The timing could not have been better and the treatment was outstanding. Thank you Monica and Liz , and as always Jennifer is always so nice to talk to after my visit. Such a nice smile and disposition. I hate going to the dentist and yet I have to give 5 stars. I first went to this location for a shattered molar and it has since been taken over by Dr. Monica Dinca who has done a fantastic job. It seems each time I've gone they've updated equipment and seem to be actively trying to improve things which is great. Very friendly and accommodating staff with great facilities.

I had an excellent experience at the Brimley Dental Centre on Wednesday, November 4th, 2021. Doctor Monica Dinca is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She fixed a cavity for me on my left eye tooth and there was no discomfort. I have two peg laterals and the left one broke off in my sleep. Doctor Dinca explained the procedure to me of the two options that are available in order to replace the tooth with either an implant or bridge based on the results of a C.A.T. scan of my jawbone. My Dad is a patient of Doctor Dinca and he recommended her to me. I am really glad that I became a patient of Doctor Dinca as she is an excellent dentist.

As hard as it would be to believe, my most recent visit to Brimley Dental Center was the highlight of my days during these challenging times. At the front end I was first greeted by an extremely pleasant Jennifer, who was not only pleasant but well informed to help me with any concerns I had. Next, the dreaded hygienist, Samantha, who turned out to be a comic in disguise. Her care and gentleness led me to a dental visit I had not yet experienced. Dr Dinca concluded my visit with her very experienced and professional dental examination. As it had been over a year since my last appointment I was a little hesitant to say the least. The Dental Centre is extremely clean, very organized and they do not force you to get other dental work done from what is needed. I am glad to be a patient there. I've been a patient of Brimley Dental since long before it was Brimley Dental. When Dr. Nurgitz announced his retirement a few years back, I was shocked and dismayed. I'd been with him since he graduated dental college and wasn't up to breaking in a new dentist. I have to say though, that Dr. Dinca made my transition both pleasant and painless. The office is a, clean, well run, friendly place that I actually enjoy going to. The staff are unfailingly courteous and professional. Dr. Dinca is the only medical professional that I have ever experienced who has disrupted her own personal time to accommodate my schedule. Her technique is flawless (from a patient's standpoint); she has the best hands that have ever been close to my face. I'd put her up against any dentist that I have ever dealt with. Ever.

The atmosphere and setting at Brimley Dental is warm and relaxing. Not like the cold, sterile places of many other dental offices where they make you feel like a number. The minute you walk in you're greeted by the person sitting at the front desk who always has a friendly smile and congenial manner. In all the times I've been to Brimley Dental I have never had to wait for my appointment, they are ready at the time you booked for. Dr Dinca is extremely professional, very pleasant, knowledagable and caring. She listens to your concerns and addressees them accordingly and explains all along the way what she is doing. Lisa the Dental Hygienist is also a very warm caring person. She treats your teeth with care and discusses what's she doing along the way. Ann Marie the Dental Assistant is also a very warm and caring person. She assists Dr Dinca while she's busy in your mouth ???? All in all, I highly recommend their services. Not enough Stars to give Dr Dinca and her lovely staff! I'm a new client and from day 1 Dr Dinca has been extremely professional and caring. I was in extreme pain from a tooth that needed a root canal done so I reached out to Dr Dinca through FB messenger on a sat night thinking I would get a reply on Monday morning when her clinic opened but instead she replied right away. I was extremely surprised and she was able to call in a prescription for pain and antibiotics at my pharmacy the next morning (on a Sunday). I eventually did the root canal later that week and it was painless and perfect. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go see Dr Dinca.
