Amazing environment. Dr. Kim Sang is the best dentist I've ever seen. 1 root canal and like 10 fillings done with no pain. Only a bit of pain after the root canal. The dental hygienists and respontionists are all so friendly. Made me feel like part of their little family and I will definitely miss then all

Very compassionate to your concerns and will try to accomodate . Very good dentist if you are in the Sault Ste Marie area. Also as far as I know the only dentist here that can administer nitris.

We were previous clients years ago before moving out of town. My son is in town for a few weeks for Christmas break from university, so i called last week to see if he could get in to get some work done on his teeth if needed. We arrived at the appointment last night and after filling out new forms with insurance information, I asked the women at the desk about xrays etc. One woman was on the phone trying to get through to the insurance to see what the coverage was. She then told me that I had to pay for all services up front as well as a $125. emergency fee, and the insurance would reimburse me. It was not an emergency. I asked if they had an opening. We left. This morning at work while telling the story of last night, my secretary said she had gone there a few times in the past year and she did not have to pay up front. Funny...we have the same insurance. Well luckily there are more dental offices in Sault Ste Marie than Cambrian Dental Centre. Cambrain Dental drills your wallet before your teeth!

My fiancé has been a client of Cambrian Dental for most of his life, and suggested to me to switch over from the dental office I was at, as I don't enjoy the dentist. I inquired about the possibility of switching with a friend who works with Cambrian Dental and she told me it would be no problem and to call in the am. I called first thing and spoke with a lovely gal, who booked me in the next day for my welcome appointment/exam. I was instantly greeted by reception, then was put with Stephanie, a hygenist. She was so relaxed and walked me through everything we were planning to do that day. I'm not a fan of the dentist, and have always avoided them, but Stephanie made me feel so relaxed, that I'm excited for my next appointment. She listened to all of my concerns and talked to me through the whole appointment, letting me know what she was doing as she worked. After my appointment, reception booked me for my next appointment and sent me with a goodie bag. The following day, Lori called to inquire about my experience and to see if they could do anything better. I genuinely felt so appreciated at this office!!! I 100% reccomend Cambrian Dental to anyone who is need of dental work. Thanks to all the gals who made my appointment so smooth.

I have bad anxiety and past traumatic dental procedures THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! From the front door to the Dentists, I can not thank you enough. I left feeling better then when I went in and that has not happened for decades at a dentist. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
