Had a great visit. First time at location. They were all booked up. Had an abscessed tooth..the doctor saw me quick and gave me meds for infection. Very nice staff.

Amazing experience!!! I have Dr. Karl Martin. He is always so kind to me which really helps my anxiety. He even made sure that my insurance would cover my root canal even though they usually don't but it was a front tooth so he didn't want to pull it. And the front staff are all very lovely people. Highly recommend!!

Robb Penkala is an amazing dentist, he has amazing skills in making you feel comfortable and I never even noticed the freezing that is how good he is. He also went out of his way to get me in for an infected tooth I had. I highly recommend Robb and his tea.

I had a great experience with this Saskatoon dentist office. We were visiting family and had an emergency and Westend Dental was able to get me in quickly thanks to their stellar emergency dental service.

Great people and service! Everyone is extremely friendly and relaxed. I've never had a bad experience and I know that they've done far more than my coverage paid for at times to make sure that I was looked after. They obviously care about the job they do and want to do it right. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Don't choose Bonnie Pease, she will destroy your teeth. The other dentists are good but she sucks. She drilled out all my natural teeth when I didn't have any pain and got two of them infected and abscessed. I later had to return to a new dentist when all my coverage had ran out, in order to get expensive root canals. I did have one legitimate cavity but once I told her I had coverage she just went to town drilling out teeth that didn't need to be drilled and filled. The owner of that clinic should fire her ass.

I've been going to Westend Dental for awhile now. I have to say that I've had a great experience every single time I've been there. Friendly staff and extremely good at what they do. I don't dread having to go to this dentist at all.

Westend Dental has listened to their customers and made amazing improvements over the past year. Brand new entrance and nice waiting area make me feel more comfortable. Their staff is always professional and concerned about your well being. Dr. Martin in particular is an asset to their business. I have seen some negative reviews written here about Westend Dental, but in 18 years of going to Westend Dental I have never experienced or seen anything that would make me not trust them.

Worst service. Walked out because I am not going to allow their receptionist to be rude and sarcastic towards me. Not only that, I am not going to show my daughters that its okay to be treated like that either. Westend does not deserve our business and obviously needs more training in customer service. Ended up booking with another dentist office instead.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I highly recommend boycotting this dentist office. I work for a non-profit organization and called to book a youth in for a check up. They refused to see her unless a credit card was provided. She is in care of the ministry so everything would be direct billed 100% paid for. I explained this to them and still refused service. So disappointing. Thanks for making a difference in our community..... NOT!!

worst dentist. Doesn't care about their patients. I had an emergency appointment after an almost fatal accident. The dentist first didn't want to book me in early (at their opening hours) so he called to rebook it later in the day. Then once the appointment was set they called 30 mins before (the next day) to say they wouldn't do it because of the virus... They lied and said they couldn't take emergency patients... they lied. Every other dentist I called let me in. I went to Can Building Dental instead, they were fantastic!

Very bad dentist. Needed to have all my teeth redone after seeing Dr Brackman. Cost me thousands. I didn't pay this guy for bad work then he also sent my bill to collections agency where it's been for the past 6 years. Thanks a lot man. You shouldn't be licensed

Just leave a note on the account that i m being rude as i m using their service since I came to Canada and never been rude to their staff. As you can see they don’t even care about reviews because they don’t even respond back to anyone. DR. Rob Penkala is good Dr. But I am just very surprised to see that they left a not on my account that I was rude. Before the staff should be able to leave notes on account they should have witnesses from their office that someone was rude before they can leave notes on accounts for individuals.

My mother came in yesterday to have multiple teeth removed and had a wonderful experience with the dentist but not so much with the front end staff, The only reason I’m giving two Stars is the dentist was very kind and gentle And took very good care of my mom. The main thing I wanted to share is how appalling the front lady who was “helping” My mom, she was extremely rude to her after my mom told her the price didn’t seem right from what she was given after her insurance coverage, my mom asked for her billing and insurance papers and said she wanted to call the insurance company and make sure everything was correct before she paid the remaining balance, the lady then was trying to rush my mom out the door while refusing to give her her papers and said nothing will change from the price that was on the bill, once my mother finally got her papers after advocating and telling them she won’t be leaving until she gets her bills the other lady gave them to her, she needed my aunt to call the insurance Company and they said the codes were Entered incorrectly but they would take Care of it and my mom would not have to worry about it on her end. My aunt called the dental office to inform the lady that something was entered incorrectly and she then proceeded to argue with my aunt about how she did not mess up. My mother is on a fixed income and was very up front about that then adding on the stress of this lady. All I can say is I’m very disappointed and I hope management chats with her to be a little more open minded, humble, double check her work and maybe be kinder to clients who are bringing up a discrepancy instead of shutting them down and treating them like they are stupid. I usually don’t leave reviews and try to settle issues over the phone or I’m person but as my aunt already tried to rectify the situation and got nothing but rudeness back from this woman I felt the need to.

I've had nothing but bad experiences at this office. When I was younger Dr. Madarash forced me to keep twisting a loose tooth until it fell out even though i was crying saying there wasn't enough freezing. Also every appointment you make you will be waiting at least 45 minutes after the scheduled time before it starts without any warning from the reception that it will happen.

I had an appointment for a cleaning and before I left my house, a piece of a tooth fell off when I was flossing. Dr. Mamer squeezed me in and fixed it. He was super kind and gentle I didn't feel the freezing. My husband agrees as well, Dr. Mamer is the best!!

Like many others, I have a paralyzing fear of being at the dentist (which would kind of explain why I needed to see a dentist). But everyone at this clinic are nothing short of top notch. From the receptionists to the assistants, to the dentist's, it's always been a very professional and great experience. Shout out to Dr. Penkalla. He's made my visits a lot easier with his manner and attitude.

Was going to lose my insurance so went here for checkup. They said i needed a few fillings but were so small I wouldn’t need freezing. Well they didn’t use freezing and they took out a lot of 2 teeth. They also ground down a previous filling i had and left a sharp tooth that cut my tongue. I went back and instead of fixing the filling. He ground down my original tooth. I now have sensitive teeth. Hot cold sweet sensitivity. I went to a different dentist and have been told i need 2 root canals to fix what laurier dental has done.

Unbelievable, last two years I have gone in to see my dentist to only find out after it was only for a cleaning. Rude people on the phone, wrong dates in the computer system and nothing but troubles. Worst service in history. Dr. Brakstad is great at Dental work but it just isn't worth the headache and lost wages to get work done.

Best dentist in the city--Robb Penkala. I've been a patient for 20 plus years. He's seen me through braces, jaw surgery, partials, bridges, crowns. Serious work over the years. He's fast, efficient, always smiling, and has a big heart. Thanks Robb!

Got a wisom tooth removed today, dentist was very thorough in explaining what was happening with my teeth and the best way to approach it, gave me a really good deal due to circumstances. the Dentist and especially his helper deserve good credit. 5/5 would recommend visiting

I recently moved over to Westend Dental and have had an annual exam, cleaning, new crown and I'm scheduled for invisalign (something I've wanted my entire adult life. I'm SO impressed with the care and service I have received. Dr. Penkala is extremely experienced and confident that everything I need and want can be taken care of with the highest of standards. Amanta did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and the admin team is warm and enjoyable to talk to. I wish I would have made the move to Westend Dental years ago! I highly recommend!

The first thing you would see when you come-in into a clinic is the receptionist. The receptionist (clinic) who was in charge wasn't even welcoming patient's arrival with a greeting. Medical assistants looks grumpy and not even smiling. Your receptionists (guy receptionists) needs to work on that.
