Because of Covid-19, I had a situation that was very serious for me, Dr. Orr with out hesitation offered a remedy to solve my problems. I am for ever grateful for Dr Orr and her staff for going above and beyond for helping me out! I definitely recommend anyone needing dental care to use Dr. Orr!!

I had two teeth taken out the same time. I was in pain. I asked, the dentist for a prescription for PAIN MEDICATION, WHICH IS MY RIGHT, and he hesitated to write me a prescription. The dentist said, "I can write one, there's no refills on it." I had taken the prescription and never went back to this dentist office, again! My parents, siblings and I have been going to this dentist for years! As a First Nation Organization, you'd think the organization would be nonjudgmental and not stereotype their own people. I'm quite upset about this, still. Regardless of education, you do not treat people like addicts- you focus on resolving the pain! I work in the human service field too, with NO ADDICTIONS. Such a shame, I would love to come back. I love supporting First Nation Organizations and seeing them succeed, but lack of empathy like this, loses customers to the Western Organizations.

The front desk clerks shuld change their jobs..are unprofessional and unethical to accept their mistakes and more when ask to talking with the manager or owner ...click the phone and block your calls..to bad money's are mine and not paying this kindness treatment.

When appointments are scheduled and canceled by the office at the last minute, they do not consider the lengths clients have to go through to get there. Yet, when something unforseen occurs on the client's side, they are quick to chastise people for not being able to make said appointment. This is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Life happens, so treat your patients better, Peckham Avenue Dental.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Horrible female dentist is rude and treats the staff even worse raised voice , eye rolling and sighing throughout appointment. Make you wait in chair for nearly an hour and I was on time. This isn’t first time I seen this but I def won’t be back. Never have I seen this kind of treatment before when the staff do everything and she calls herself a professional. It’s a disgrace to other dentists

Always have great experiences here! Staff are always super friendly and knowledgable making me feel welcome and well looked after. I was in recently for my regular cleaning and check up and was very impressed with the hygienist as it was the most comfortable and gentle cleaning I’ve ever had and she really did a great job! Dr. Paul did my check up and was also really friendly as he always is! At the end of my appointment I was booked back in for an another appointment with Dr. Orr to do some cosmetic work on 2 of my front teeth. I just seen her yesterday and WOW was I blown away! I always wanted my 2 front teeth to be a little more straighter and longer and she did such an amazing job! I can’t stop looking in the mirror at my new beautiful teeth :) Thank you Dr. Orr, Dr. Paul and Packham Ave Dental Staff for all you do!

Extremely unprofessional Female dentist, bossy mean and I feel sorry for how she treats staff. Very rude!! I was going to bring my family here now after what I witnessed with my spouse. Nope! Im surprised she hasnt been reported to whoever you report dentists too!

I have trouble having my teeth frozen, and before Dr. Orr, I had never had them frozen - and had to have them worked on while still feeling it. Dr. Orr said, "I don't believe in having you be in pain. You'll be numbed before we work on you; we have much better anesthetics now." It was amazing! Thank you so much for letting me know that "painless dentistry" is really possible, and not just a myth.

I have had experiences at two other dental practices in Saskatoon to compare my experience at Packham Avenue Dental. I have had nothing but professional services and excellent care from both Dr. Orr and Dr. Paul. All three of my sons have also had excellent informed care from the staff. I would highly recommend Packham Avenue Dental. Both Dr. Orr and Dr. Paul always take the time to educate, to inform and have treated us with respect and competence. The fact that they are both First Nations and are willing to bill First Nations Health coverage is a plus to our experience - exercise your treaty rights to healthcare!
