SHAUN and HIS TEAM, are by far the best dental clinic around. They treat you like family and always leave you with a great smile or laugh because you face is frozen. Cant thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

I went in there for my wisdom tooth and after a cleaning it was still hurting an they couldn't get me in today but was so wonderful that they told me to come in and they will freeze me till they take it out tomorrow. Hands down te most amazing dental clinic

We travelled from Calgary to get dental work done from Brenda for our 5 yr old son. He was terrified of dentists but once he was done he was looking forward to his next visit at Kenderdine dental. The front staff is amazing! Simmone is the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly receptionist around. Best dental office in town!!

I went to Kenderding Dental as an emergency patient after a slopitch injury. The later operating hours allowed me to get in to get my teeth fixed that very night! They fit me in quickly and the procedure was efficient and with minimal discomfort. Thanks Kenderdine Dental!!!

I don't usually provide negative reviews. But unfortunately, this clinic's experience is terrible for my family and me. I want to use my benefits and approach their service. They cleaned our teeth. For my 3-year-old, they provided a fluoride paste without cleaning and charged over $500. For my front, the second tooth enamel is half broken inside soon after cleaning. The doctor recommended filling the root canal for an already filled one, and now I have to extract it because it's leaking inside. I'm in unbearable pain but never want to revisit them. During my filling technician was talking about her dating experience with the doctor. I'm sure they were distracted and didn't provide the required minimum care—terrible experience. They must not treat us as business customers and remember that if we lose our teeth, that impact will last for our life. I do not recommend it to anyone I care. Thank you

I guess it is time to change my family’s dentist. It is not ok to assume that you are ok to pay for whatever work that they do to increase their income. I can’t understand why would my 16 years old daughter would need a 4 x-rays? It is not acceptable for them to decide on that without informing us. I don’t understand why would a dentist place deal with their customers from a business POV. Br careful, ask about everything before they do it. Otherwise, pay without complaining. So sad

One word: WOW! I was in pain for a week, grumpy and anxious about other dentists in the city, Dr. Mamer and his assistants took me in stride and helped me pull a tooth another dentist didn't do well on. Reception staff are also super sweet and love interacting with people. I can tell this place is good to it's employees when everyone is so happy. Lifetime customer coming back.

I went today as the clinic participated in the Day of Giving program providing basic dental services to those who do not have dental care. Dr. Reynaud quickly diagnosed a cavity and prepared me for work, Dr Rayner did the filling. Both were super caring and efficient. I also had a cleaning. Well done. Thank you for participating in this program to offer this one day of free service. I appreciate what I received and the spirit of community service. Glad I am also a neighbour.

The only issue I have is with billing. I received a bill months after the services had been completed. Upon booking the appointment, I asked for services that were covered under my two health plans. And nothing more, if it was not covered. Nothing was communicated to me regarding plan coverage, etc. Once I called in to discuss the bill, they said there was no way of knowing what would be covered ahead of time. And that they only know once submitted. It would have been nice to have this information before my services were completed. Rather than receiving an "overdue" balance in the mail. I could have called my insurance to find out, if you did not have that information. But I would need that to be communicated to me.

Horrible customer service and no accountability. I received no call back after leaving a voicemail on the after hours emergency number. When I called the office the following day the receptionist did not listen to what I was trying to tell her, then hung up on me.

They were able to squeeze me in on a busy day to take a look at a bothersome tooth and help get rid of my pain and come up with a treatment plan. Excellent service from the receptionist and the dentist. I will definitely return in the future, the hours are great!!

I had quite a bit of restoration work done here recently. They are willing to work with you so you are able to get the dental work needed. It's quality work (my fillings are insured for a year.) The hygienists are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Mamer & Kathryn are the ones who completed the work for me and saved some pretty important teeth. Dental Therapist Brenda, who sees my daughter, helped me understand how my specific bacteria works in the mouth and how it's hereditary. I am really appreciative of this because now I can make sure my daughter receive's the preventative dental care needed so her teeth have a better chance than mine did. Thank you for seeing me as a patient, being honest about what was being done, and allowing me to get a lot of needed work to save my front teeth.

Had a good experience here. They have really good hours and I was impressed with how quickly thy got me in for an evening appointment. The receptionist, hygienists, and assistants were all really nice. Did get a bit of a cold vibe from the dentist himself though.

Recently began dealing with Dr. Maedel at Kenderdine dental and she is fantastic. Have had basic dental work done by her such as cavities and check ups and also did Invisalign treatment with her. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.

I went for a check up. Had no pain. They suggested doing some work proactively. I allowed them to do it. When the freezing wore off I had the most intense tooth ache and sensitivity for 2-3 weeks afterwards. While injecting the freezing she was multitasking. She reached over my head with her opposite arm to do something else with her tools. I was not impressed. This last visit I had my 5 yr old daughter in to get some fillings. The dentist was very impatient. And not comforting for my daughter at all. She kept saying she was staying thro her lunch break to do this and was very obviously in a hurry and not acting patient at all. The things she was saying were not any way to convince a child to cooperate. I will never go back to this clinic again. Nor will I ever bring my daughter back again. Absolutely brutal service, in my opinion.
