My first appointment was with them today, I was able to get in with them quickly and early due to a cancellation. They were extremely nice and informative. I learned a lot of what to do and what not to do after getting a tooth fixed that I had know idea as no other dentist had informed me. They were very caring and polite overall it was a good experience given the circumstances ( I had cracked a tooth). I look forward to bring the rest of my family to their services.

I do not even know where to begin here. Dr.Rondinelli is a god send. I had to have two teeth extracted for my braces. I first went to another dentist....who pulled one tooth, broke a root off and then got fed up trying to get the other root out and stitched it shut and left it... it was a nightmare. I was panicked and didn't know how it would be properly fixed. I made the best decision of my life, in going to see Dr.Rondinelli. Hands down, he is the warmest, most welcoming, charming, calming and just very talented dentist. He was funny, caring, and asked constantly if I was okay. The level of caring and of compassion was astounding. He went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done with as little discomfort as possible! This was a few hours ago and only now am I feeling tender, which is to be expected. I did not feel a thing during extraction aside from pressure. Which was a far cry from what that other Dentist did to me. Please, if you are looking for a talented, confident, compassionate, and highly skilled dentist, look no further. I honestly can't say enough about this office. The hygenist was an absolute sweetheart, and the girls at reception were equally friendly, sweet and efficient. I cannot sing enough praises for this Dental Office, and I will be reccomending it to anyone who mentions needing dental work done for years to come! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! And enjoy the basket of goodies! You all deserve it so much!! ♡♡♡

More like 0-5 the arrogance of the staff when it comes to children making delays for single parents they have no patience toward it. You would think they would have sympathy toward a seriouse situation regarding my child's cavity.I switched dentist because of unprofessionalism and I will keep searching until I find a dentist that's sympathetic and understanding of how seriouse things can get not treated quick enpugh. I truly can't praise this Dental Office highly enough, rarely rating 5 stars as there is usually some room for improvement but not here (as well as such a long review) but they completely deserve one. From the cleanliness of the tastefully decorated office, the front desk staff, to the assistants and the Dentists themselves, all are extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and honestly, overly accommodating with such warm and kind bedside manner. I was experiencing a rather difficult and complicated situation that was quite extensive, another office in Petrolia (where I went logically being only a few Blocks at the time) delayed for 11 months (with extremely unprofessional behaviour) overhearing inappropriate discussions, "lost" paperwork, zero urgency when a new abscess occurred, etc. while in pretty much terrible pain from day one with really no concern at all and being pushed off to a specialist instead of helping me themselves (it came down to money and lack of concern) but left me to suffer and at high risk for much, much longer than necessary, nearly a full year. After MANY recommendations to Lambton Family Dental, it took one simple email late one night (with Angelica who emailed me back first thing in the morning) and they had me in within 2 days only for a consult. What still should have been a much longer process regardless, it was completely dealt with in under 3 weeks and now I'm in the healing process which Dr. Ponce is continuing to monitor diligently with care, concern and true sincerity. I still can not believe after all the time waiting and wasted that this office "fixed me" so quickly! Despite having "only" Government Insurance, this made zero difference in how I was treated (unlike my previous experience), whether you have minimal or excellent coverage, this office will care for you in the same manner, with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a real Dentist, all are extremely friendly even if you are not their patient. It's truly a wonderful place and apparent they have put great effort into staffing choices too and their overall reputation; I can't thank them all enough. Lastly to add, the convenience of both text and email reminders as well as being able to confirm one's appointment this way is very efficient and effortless; also serving as such an easy reminder...very smart. .....an overblown review? Not when your dental and overall health has been failing tremendously, you are in pain 24/7 and are extremely unwell for nearly 2 years and in under 3 weeks, these people have mended you and given you your life back, literally. ????

Absolutely fantastic staff, everyone was so nice and considerate and willing to help with whatever I needed. I had two teeth removed (after a wait period which I was prescribed some painkillers and antibiotics to help me get through the pain) and Dr. Mike was very gentle and constantly making sure I was okay during the procedure and not in pain. I highly reccomend this Dentist and will be a long time patient into the future.

Dr Ponce is second to none! He takes his time to explain what he is going to do and listens to you when you have concerns.. if your interested in other services he sets time aside to go over all your options. He greets you with a smile.. jokes around with his staff. All In all he makes a very positive environment ! I was a dentist phobe but now have had all my extensive work done with no issues! He is the best at giving you the needle to freeze the area as you hardly know it's being done. I give him and his staff 5 out 5 and would highly recommend him to everyone I know of all ages. I live in Chelmsford Ontario and have had much difficulty trying to get a dentist because I am on ODSP. The ones that dont except people on ODSP say the government doesn't pay enough and the ones that do except patients on ODSP have year long waiting lists. I have suffered for over a year with tooth pain , to the point where I started to pull my own teeth out. I came to Sarnia Ontario for a family medical issue. And while here my sister phoned LAMBTON FAMILY DENTAL and explained my situation and thier response was the following: we donot put financial gain ahead of patient care. Lambton Family Dental is always a pleasure to deal with. You are treated like family, yet professionally from the moment you come in the front door. The COVID precautions in the building are very good (all dental rooms have plastic door coverings to somewhat limit airborne transmission. You complete a COVID screener and have your temperature taken on arrival. There is some room for improvement for building accessibility. There is a small flight of stairs on entry to the building. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp at the rear entrance. (I just think of seniors that may not be able to do stairs well). The service is always exceptional. I find that they don't rush you through an appointment. They are thorough yet productive. I have seen a few different dentists there over the years; they have all been incredibly friendly and well versed in their work. They have been able to accommodate same-day appointments for dental emergencies in our family. We never have trouble with billing (always a plus). Will be a lifetime customer.

It's not like it use to be at the dentist these days. What I can say is you can feel safe, the attention to Covid 19 protocol is second to none. . From the time you enter until the time you leave you know your being well looked after. Editing my review because it was too long. I'm a person who has anxiety when it comes to dental work, but they sedate you here if you need it, and they charge directly to your insurance. Dr. Neves is my favourite dentist here. Always communicating and letting me know what he was doing: whether he was numbing the area, switching to a different tool, he talked to me throughout his process and he works extremely fast. I could not have felt more understood and calm. Katarina was assisting and she placed the suction tool so properly, not once did I feel water gathering at the back of my mouth. Both Dr. NEVES and Katarina were focused on me, present, in the moment. Fantastic experience. I'm no longer afraid of dental appointments.
