Seems as though one or all of the ladies in this office have trouble using a phone. Just felt unappreciated in general. Zero stars would be a more accurate description.

When you have mouth pain there is nothing worse or distracting from it. It doesn't matter if you're doing everything conventional to handle it, or taking the OTC meds to address the pain, you still need a doctor. I unfortunately get mouth infections far to often. The right doctor makes a difference. Dr. Jobst has always helped me end the pain and heal. He has never dismissed my concerns and his office makes space for me.

Dr. Thomm and her team are always so welcoming, friendly, and efficient during your visit. I recently had a cap installed within an hour from start to finish in one visit! They also have a great kids entertainment center to keep them happily occupied while you are treated, my son always looks forward to getting a bouncy ball before he leaves. Always a good experience, highly recommend.

If I could write this 0 stars I would.. This place IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! Rips people off, purposely traps infections so the patients have to pay more than they should be. Fillings constantly fall out, they don’t do the procedures properly I have talked to several other dentist and dental hygienists and they all say this place should be shut down. My entire family multiple times have had root canals done and they trapped the infection inside the root canal Everytime for every family member and 3 of us had to go on an IV for two weeks and made US pay for it. Which had happened more than once. My current dental hygienist said she trained there and ended up having to restart her training somewhere else because they didn’t teach her the right way at all. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down.

I really appreciate Dr. Thomm and her team at Great Lakes Dental! They always have a smile on their face and their customer services is awesome. Getting an appointment is easy and she (and her staff) make going to the dentist a great experience. Highly suggest!

Our family loves this dental office! Both my husband and I have had positive experiences every time we go and we just took our 3 year old for his first visit and they were amazing with him! Sad to lose them once we move!
