I said their service is ???? Zero and I left. This is the most disrespectful dental clinic I have ever attended. Girls are better off changing careers making makeup videos on YouTube than providing medical care. Do not recommend to all my family and loved ones! Updated, the next day I made an appointment at the emergency clinic Clinique Dentaire Roxane Vallée-Bélisle inc., Dentiste St-Jérome. Meet at 11:30 am, form completed, tooth is removed at noon I was out, FREE OF CHARGE without any wait, big smile on my face. It's a real great experience at an emergency dentist !!! (Original) Pendant le COVID : Je me suis presentee pour un examen d'urgence pour une dent cassée et infecteé car mon dentiste est encore fermé pour le moment. Mon RDV etait a 10.30. J'etais la seule cliente et evidemment et ils m'ont fait attendre dehors. Mon conjoint et mes deux bebe m'attendent dans l'auto. Ca a pris 15 mns juste pour avoir le formulaire a remprir. Elles m'ont dit que ca va couter 50$ pour un examen d'urgence, 30$ pour une radiographie puis d'autres frais pour leur nouveau equipment de ventilation etc. Ensuite elles m'ont fait attendre un autre 30 mns pendant qu'elles se fesaient belles et arrangaient leur cheveux et se regardait dans le mirroir. Absolument rien n'etait preparé de l'avance. Elles voyaient que j'avais des graves douleurs mais elles continuait de prendre leur temps et jaser entre elles et jouer a toucher et s'ajuster leur masques sans arret. (Super contre-productif). J'ai finalement ouvert la porte pour demander c'est quoi qui se passe? A la prace de m'assurer ou de s'excuser pour leur retard ,elle a dit quelles ne sont pas pretes malgre qu'elles ont eu tout le matin pour se preparer. J'ai dit que leur service est ???? Zero et je suis partie. Ceci est la clinique dentaire la plus disrespectueuse que j'ai jamais frequente. Les filles ont mieux de changer de carriere a faire des videos de maquillage sur YouTube que fournir des soin medicaux. Deconseiller a toutes ma famille et mes proches! Mis a jour, le lendemain j'ai pris un rdv a la clinique d'urgence Clinique Dentaire Roxane Vallée-Bélisle inc., Dentiste St-Jérome. RDV a 11:30, formulaire remplis, dent est retirée a MIDI j'etais sortie, SANS FRAIS sans aucune attente, gros sourire sur ma face. Ca c'est une vrai belle experience chez un dentiste d'urgence!!!

Le personnel dans son ensemble est inexpérimenté, n’est pas en mode solution, n’a aucune initiative. De mal en pire, j’ai eu droit à un travail bâclé payé à gros prix! Je vous conseille fortement de continuer votre chemin et ne pas mettre les pieds dans cet établissement qui n’est pas à la hauteur de ses prétentions.

This is the worst dentist i have ever been to.I am 53 yrs old and had the same dentist for the last 25 yrs,Dr.Gravel of Ville Lasalle,he is now retired. Dr.Seica is something else,here is why, Unnecessary waiting on the chair,(would keep sticking her head in the room every 15 minutes to say i will be right there!)or send one of her assistance tell you the same. Very bad dexterity for a dentist,would constantly hurt me with her instruments around my mouth.Ex: extracted a tooth on my jaw and ended up with cuts and bruises on my pallet, that still hurt after a week.She works like she is in a hurry to go somewhere.(see other 2-3 patients) They change the costs once you start your treatments, so your insurance evaluation is useless and end up paying more. Rude and impatient,gave me some attitude when i was hesitant in deciding on a treatment. Not a good listener,i asked her 3 times for a little touch up on a repair she made earlier,she tried but did not fix it.
