Where do I start. I’m 56 yrs old and have had more time in the chair than an inmate awaiting death row.! until I met Dr Gauthier and her amazing staff I had hid my crooked smile for over 40 yrs. I have had several different dentists try to help me with my missing front Tooth. However I’ve always wound up looking ready for Halloween. Dr Gauthier. I cried when you showed me my true smile . Congrats . And secondly your assistants Lara and Allison made the trip to the dentist so easy . I wish you nothing but continued success as you help others with their dental care . I will continue to extol your talents wherever I go .

Had Dr Chang treat my bottom lower tooth and told him to pull it if cavity too deep. Was very efficient in filling it and going over xray. After 48 hours been enjoying eating a meal with no aches.

I was told I had 4 cavities to be filled.Went to another dentist than Lynhurst and there was no sign or evidence of these 4 cavities.Couldnt figure out why every time I went to Lynhurst they were always telling me I need to see a specialist.Will never go back there.Happy with my new dentist

Every experience we've had here over the past few years has been positive. They are very upfront & honest about things, what you need to have done now, what you may want to consider in the near future (preventive maintenance). The staff are truly top notch. I remember this quote from a long time ago (but not sure where the original quote came from). .. "Some pains are physical, some pains are mental, but the one that is both has got to be dental" For many people, who may have had a bad experience in the past, the thought of a visit to the Dentist can be a little scary. Lynhurst Dental does everything they can to ease your anxiety, and they clearly explain everything along the way. Honestly, nobody really likes going to the Dentist, but these guys make it a good experience, and dental care is so very important.

Amazing experience! My 7 year old loves them! Warm and friendly atmosphere. They explained everything to my son before his dental work and asked him throughout if he was okay or needed a break. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and already have!

This is a bit of a rant but please bear with me. I just received a $75 bill for an emergency exam from over two months ago. I paid $368 before leaving as is their policy to have a cracked filling repaired. My policy is not to accept late requests for additional funds due to their ineptness. Unfortunately collection agencies tend to get involved which effect credit ratings etc etc. I am not a dead beat and had that amount been on the original invoice there would have been no issues. ALSO...the repair was done satisfactorily to my knowledge but I had to stop the dentist during the procedure to have a large wedge removed that prevented me closing my mouth which I found made it very difficult to breath. The assistant also had a bad cold and even though she wore a mask it too was disconcerting. We were prepared to become patients at Lynhurst as we're new to the area but will look elsewhere.

I was so pleased with my visit! The staff were friendly and courteous. They helped me with all my insurance questions and the dentist was very experienced and kind. The office is very clean and spacious. Highly recommended, very professional team. Thank you Lynhurst Dental for taking great care of me and my family :)

We have been going to lynhurst dental for many years- it started to fall apart when the original dentist who started the practice left. They have a high turnover of hygienists, I’ve never seen the same one, they don’t seem to have a friendly relationship with the dentists. Today I took my 5 year old daughter for a minor procedure- she had a meltdown half Way through. The hygienist was very sweet- the dentist Dr. Cordon, was not. She seemed annoyed, impatient. When I took a minute with my daughter to calm her down- they barged back in and said it was time to finish- I guess timing is more important than making sure your patient is comfortable. Was my daughter over the top- maybe but she’s 5. And as dentists should you not be good with children? Or try to be? The dentist was also quite annoyed that she was moving- well when you stick your tools in her mouth while she’s crying- she’s going to move. The receptionist then told her she couldn’t have anything out of their ‘toy chest’ because she did not cooperate. Again she’s 5. And she did cooperate- was just scared of the tools and freaked out. They were able to finish what they needed to do. My husband called to talk with the dentist she basically said what I told him was a lie. When he said we were leaving she just responded with ‘ok’. We will be taking our business elsewhere as we are obviously dispensable to them.

I was very impressed with my visit. I am not a fan of the dentist but this is a group of professional, efficient ladies who are very good at their job. The office is one of the nicest I have ever seen. I have found my new dentist and would recommend this practice to anyone!

I originally chose this location as my denistry because a coworker gave them a great review, they are local to St. Thomas residents, and they do direct deposit for insurance claims-- a HUGE selling point! I have now been with them for 2.5 years and I have never been disappointed with their work. I have had an array of work done, and I love that they always let the patient know what is happening. They are really great with scheduling-- for instance, I called yesterday afternoon for non-emergency work, and they got me in this afternoon! They are an office of fast and friendly women -- the dentists, hygenists, and office staff, alike! I now live on the far end of London, accross from 2 dental offices... But, I still travel to Lynhurst because they are just that great!!!

Today was my sons first proper experience at the dentist (he’s 22 months old) and Lynhurst was incredible. The staff took the time to talk to him and really make both him and myself feel comfortable. Oppose to coming in the room and instantly shoving tools towards his face without introducing yourself (yes, this happened literally 2 days prior at a different dentist in St. Thomas) the staff at Lynhurst made it a great experience for him. I highly, highly recommend anybody looking for a dentist for their kids to use Lynhurst. You will not be disappointed in the slightest. Thank you Lynhurst and keep up the incredible work.
