got all 4 wisdom teeth out today in st thomas, they put the needels in after they put you to sleep so you dont feel them. most places do the needles while your awake. good staff, good doctors.

The staff at this office is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and really care about their patients. My doctor who did my wisdom teeth extraction, Dr.Fanelli, was very caring and was sure that I felt comfortable during my surgery. The nurse I had, Michelle, was also very sweet and took really good care of me right after my surgery. Dr Kravitz, who just recently took a look at my teeth after the surgery, was also extremely nice. All the staff at interface, from receptionists to surgeons, and nurses, are sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you interface for everything you’ve done! :)

I found my experience there was excellent. I had sedation for one extraction and it was fantastic. 2 weeks ago I had to have another one where there was some bad infection. The tooth had to come out immediately. I didn't get sedated that time and it wasn't pleasant, but it was no more so than other dental work I have had done.

These people are only interested in the $. They don't give a hoot about the patients no matter how much pain your suffering from. They send you home from appointments and then put 'No Show' on your file. When you get a referral from a reputable dentist several times and they refused to call you back, because you have 'No Shows' on your file due to their ignorance and lack of compassion. I suggest that if you are in severe pain go to Western University they are 10x more compassionate about their patients and jobs.

Make sure you check your own insurance before using this Dentist. Most fees are above the fee guide lines. "The Ontario Dental Association publishes a suggested fee guide for Ontario dentists. Dentists must tell patients if they intend to charge fees that are above the fees listed in the guide." They gave a quote and you are expected to look into coverage, before the surgery date. Most Dentist do this for you; then give a statement of what is covered. Interface intentionally gives a quote that looks like a insurance coverage sheet. On average, Interface is 20% over the fee guide. Service was fine, just shady business practices...IMHO.

This place in the definition of a big joke when it comes to taking care of people or just normal human compassion in general. They put false information on file when regardless of what they are told or what happened (i.e. missed appointments) They will not call you back even if you have a referral sent if younhave even missed one apointment. I had one set in the past and showed up on time but was never told I needed over $400 upon my visit so they turned me away while in terrible pain and marked me down as a missed appointment because they would not own up to there mistake by not informing me I needed that amount right away. (As I was told it was covered under OW at the time) All in all this place cares so little about actually helping people and it just focused only on "we will help you..if you can pay for it". What a fail of a medical service. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

I previously wrote a scathing review about this place when I had lost all hope but I was wrong. The staff of Interface do care about their patients post surgery. A double jaw surgery left me with mysterious chronic Eustachian tube problems. I live with an alternating case of ETD and PET now and I've spent the last couple years searching for answers and seeing specialists with no luck. If you're thinking about having a jaw surgery done, consider that there can be serious risks. But I firmly believe you can trust the staff at Interface to do their best for you.

First $165 for a 3 minute consolation then we're told the surgeon we had the $165 appointment with won't be doing the surgery unless we want to go to London and you won't have a time until a couple days before the surgery. When I am told it's between 7-9 am I told them ok I'll need to take my son to school at 8:30 I am told they don't make accommodations which is ridiculous when I'm paying someone $2000 to remove 4 teeth. So a couple days before we get our time for surgery and guess what it's 8:30 am. So unless this is your last choice find somewhere else to go.

This is a well-oiled machine for getting people in and out as fast as possible. The freezing is minimal and they don't ask if you're comfortable. Your jaw is winched open and a gag stuck down your throat. I could feel every part of the procedure and the area was aching before I got out of the chair. Very rough treatment, especially in comparison to my regular dentist, who is careful and considerate. I gave them two stars because I'm still alive. Never again for this place.

I was charged $145 for a 5 minute consultation with the dentist, seems excessive to charge that much. No other work was done, he just pulled up the x-rays on his computer that were sent over by my other dentist. He was very short on his answers to my questions...I was considering a $1,800 (roughly) procedure and I think he probably could've given more thorough answers. Also, when paying the receptionist said they don't submit electronic claims, when I asked why she gave a vague poor answer that they have two offices and the technology behind setting it up would be very expensive for them. With the lowering costs of technologies such as on demand cloud services I question that answer. They had a nice big fancy office. Maybe she gave a truthful answer or maybe it's a case a being cheap and greedy?

I would recomend Interface to anyone who is in need of dental care. I am in my mid sixties and was in dire need of a new direction with my dental situation. I had been wearing dentures with glue for many years that needed maintenance every few months and was very frustrated having to spend so much time getting my situation temporarily repaired. Dealing with sore gums and restructuring my diet was just part of my everyday life. Then my denturist ( Mike Levy , Corunna Denture Centre ) suggested I speak to Interface with regards to having implants. After counsulting with Dr. Zachery Kerr at Interface I was convinced this was the direction I wanted for my senior years … eat what I want whenever I want with no pain or discomfort. Interface has a way of dealing with their customers that is second to none. From the minute I walked in the door for my first appointment I felt so very comfortable I could not believe it. The entire staff is so happy and engaging. It is actually like watching children in a candy store. I never thought I would be comfortable with any dental situaions but Interface erased any doubt that the end result can be positive. Is it cheap to have dental implants ? Absolutely not but I have realized eating in comfort and without pain is a huge positive whan you are in your senior years. I put my trust in my denturist and Interface to take the next step to eating with so much less discomfort and I’m glad I did. If you are like I was please take the time to figure out if this is for you. I had my doubts in the beginning but now have no regrets whatsoever.

I got 2 lower wisdom teeth removed and tongue tie release done in May. Everything went well, I had no swelling or bruising. Hardly any discomfort after. Abbott is a fine surgeon. 4 stars because there is little option to "shop" around and they are quite expensive for a necessary surgery.

Very unprofessional. To start i do not know a doctor needs to comment on his patients looks. He seemed to be more concerned about bruising my "pretty face" then listening to my concerns. The various comments made me feel quite uncomfortable, but of course i felt too vulnerable to say anything, sadly. I paid $165 for a consult, which is fine but Dr. Abbott did not take notes i guess and when i arrived for my surgery he had forgotten most of the things we discussed. Now i need to book a separate appointment to complete my requests even though he orginally said everything could be done in one appointment. It's unfortunate that we do not have many choices for oral surgery around here because now i need to travel for my next surgery as i do NOT feel comfortable returning. The procedure that he did felt rushed but it went well overall and i have healed fine with no issues. The DAs and RNs i talked to were very lovely! Thanks ladies

Reading these reviews before my procedure really worried me. To my surprise there was no gag... no winching of my jaw... very kind people. There was no reason to be so worried. Dr. Giorgio Aiello is an amazing man. I suggest everyone ask for him. He knew how anxious I was and talked me through everything. Next day no bruising. Minimal swelling and pain. He took what i said and listened and made me feel important. Just an amazing doctor.
