Hello! I just had to leave a comment. I was in for a consultation on Monday and could not be happier! I was treated with such kindness and support. Every little detail about my options going forward was explained in great detail. I have been in a lot of discomfort over the past few months with my temporary dentures and when I walked out I had no pain at all. The good doctor did his magic and fixed my loose fitting dentures so they feel amazing now! I was able to eat an actual meat and potatoes meal for the first time in months! I can’t thank you enough. No more pain!! I am looking forward to the next phase!

In year for me that was filled with so many emotions of having to deal with this life changing alteration in my life - my smile, I am truly grateful for being referred to Paul! From the beginning, he made my comfort top priority, fully explained every little detail of what I would go through, how I may or may not react etc, and to this end, I was able to find my smile again, and not only that, I found friends as well. I will forever be indebted to Paul for giving me the ability to smile again the way I have never done before, but always wanted to. I also have to thank Liz, for always making me feel like family and a friend. She keeps the office flowing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Receptionist/office manager is a lovely woman. Although other reviewer had positive reflection on financials I felt totally shut down on flexibility. "Dentures don't leave the office till they're fully paid for". .Any problem then go borrow,. Made me feel as though I was considered a potential thief. Trust goes both ways in my book. Update: 2021, It has bothered me that I was so harsh,I understand the policy, it was the delivery that rubbed me the wrong way. So really has no reflection on Dr.s work. In retrospect I think the sample dentures I saw were quite superior. A personality clash that may be a rare occurrence here.

I am travelling Canada and had my Partial snap, its a really unsettling and insecure feeling being on the road and not knowing where to go to get it fixed and being short on cash was another issue. Dr. Conrad not only fixed it within the day, but gave me a nicer feeling partial that I could afford and made it look better, the man's an artist. I'm feeling really grateful to have found this place!! What wonderful people! I would send any of my friends here!!

I would need to write a short story about the past 6 years I have spent time with Dr. Conrad and Office Managet and assistant Liz. From 1 partial plate to two partial plates until today. With full upper plate and new bottom partial. 2 wonderful people doing a superior job in their field. I cannot say enough good things and cannot express my gratitude for the beautiful smile I have.
