It has been years ive been going here with my family. And when my dentist retired there is a new woman who started. Made me uncomfertable and very unhappy. You can tell she isnt there for you. She is there for money. I told the staff that i no longer have insurance. And when i went to see my dental hygienist she told me i had 5 cavities. 4 are extremely small and 1 needed to be fixed. She said if i take care of my teeth better the other ones will fix themselves. I trust that woman 100% ive been with her for years. Then the new dentist came to see me, and started telling me i have to get all 5 cavities fixed and have my 4 wisdom teeth removed because "it might cause problems at some point" When i asked how much it would all cost me. She said 875$ for the cavities. And 310$ for each wisdom tooth..... My last dentist told me my wisdom teeth are growing in super straight so i dont need to fix them....so i dont know what is with the new dentist. But i plan on finding a new place to go. Very sad to lose my regular dentist. Its just not the same at all

I've been with the same dentist since I was a child now early 20s. Sadly my old dentist retired and the ownership went to two new dentists who seem very unprofessional and only there for the money. My previous dentist (who again I have been with for years) knew I had underlying medical conditions and how my other medications could affect my oral hygiene. I went back for the first time since the ownership has changed, was greeted coldly by receptionist and then once called was proceeded to be told I had to pay for a special x-ray that would cost $100, when I asked why i was informed it was in case I may have bone cancer in my jaw... So I could already tell something was off. They ignored all notes my previous dentist had written in my file, insulted me and sadly put me through a lot of uncomfortable pain during the cleaning. I may mention my teeth are in perfect condition aside from having one baby tooth with no adult tooth underneath (my old dentist told me it was healthy and I could keep it for life with no ramifications... New dentist told me they wanted to remove it- even while healthy just because.. That's seriously the explanation I got). The male dentist comes in with a big watch on his wrist that was at some point half in my mouth (it was one of those big bling watches someone wears at a club) and then because of my medical condition I have a tendency to have inflammation in my gums... I explained this, as well as the condition and medication I was on. He proceeded to be arrogant and tell me I did not know how to brush my teeth and to have the assistant give me a demonstration. My overall experience was horrendous. My family members all received similar experiences where they were told to spend money on unnecessary things and received the same arrogant attitudes from both staff and dentists. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. All of my family members have now switched dentists after one visit.

Like many of the newer reviews, since the owner retired and replaced with new staff members the experience is completely different. When I first went 2 years ago there was one guy working that was very honest and told me some procedures would be pointless and would only weaken my tooth, I appreciated his honesty which I thought was nice and gave me hope for the new staff, but was gone and never to be seen again during my other visits. Very quickly dissapointed afterwards. I had refused any x-rays if it was not covered by the insurance, they told me ok. They made me do one, I asked if it was covered looked like they kind of ignored my question. When I came to pay they fully charged me the x-rays, and that there now nothing they could do about it. The regular cleaning was uncomfortable and were very jugdy and critical on the condition of my teeth and didn't take any of my conditions into consideration. Within the next 2 appointment they highly I courage me to have repairs that cost me over 1500$, which they never asked the materials wanted for the repairs (usual grey less expensive). The procudures themselves were very painful, the assistant was hurting me and not really paying attention. One month later I was in extreme pain and got a massive infection with a swollen throat that I couldn't even drink water. Went to go see them for antibiotics, they simply said 'it was a risk to the procedure' and highly incouraged me to now get a root canal that would cost me another 2500-3500$ instead of a tooth extraction. Antibiotics didn't do anything due to the severeity of the infection that resulted in having to go to the hospital for stronger antibiotic that I had to inject myself with for the first 3 days and switching to pills, which resulted in having my tooth extracted in emergency since it was dead. all that money invested in repairs gone to waste. This being my family's dentist for all of our lives, I had explained my experience to my brother, my father and my grandmother since the new management which we all had different experiences with them but all realized the service had now completely changed as well as their recommendations for service. We are all no longer clients.

Jai appelé pour avoir le prix. Et une fois rendu au moment de payer apres mon rendez vous, ils.me chargent pour 2 plombages. Aucun avertissement du changement elle la juste fait sans mavertir et je me retroive avec une facture de 60$ de plus. Cest peut etre pas grand chose pour certain mais jai pris la peine dappeler et davoir le prix pour une raison. Manque de professionnalisme total de ne pas avertir ses clients lors de changement quand ca influe sur les coûts. Je ny vais plus jamais!
