This Clinic charges excessively. I was in awe by the Denturist charging me $70.00 to fill out a form while I am sitting on the dentist chair awaiting for my gums to be numb for the extraction. How low can you get!!! I was charge a urgent call of $47.00 for an appointment that took 3 weeks to get. When asked about it I was told they did not have the code for a regular call. Yeah, right!! I was charged $226.00 a tooth when I was told by the Dr. Herself that it was $220.00. Their Covid fee which I think is an excessive charge for Dentist that must wear gloves and mask regardless of the Covid. With the amount a Dentist makes, this clinic should take their loss and not charge extra to clients to recoup money lost during the shutdown due to Covid. They wanted to charge me a fee to email my X-Ray that legally I own and can have if I so desire. That's when I lost my cool with them and made them known they were scammers. Lastly view your invoice before paying. They will not print out the invoice until you pay. That is when you see all the surprises of extra cost. I was caught in that and it was to late as I had already paid. I short paid my 2nd invoice of $28.00 which should have been $107.00 and I was filming everything as I had a camera in my purse. If you don't mind paying and want no nonsense as other Dentist will have you come 3 times and make you wait a month before extracting a tooth. This is the place. In all I would do some homework and find a reputable clinic and it's for you to find out!!! As for myself I have found another Dentist without all those exaggerated prices. They do exist...

Nous seulement le roulement de personnel chez les dentistes semble important, mais en plus, il charge des frais exorbitant lorsqu'on compare avec des cliniques ayant de meilleures réputations. De plus, ils ont la main lourde pour ajouter des frais supplémentaires pour alourdir et ne sont pas toujours représentatifs des réelles services obtenus. J'ai dû refaire réparer le même plombage à l'intérieur de deux mois. Ils m'ont conseiller de faire une première couronne, alors qu'ils n'ont même pas su remarquer que ma dent avait déjà en couronne depuis juste 2 ans. Ils m'ont obligé à payer 50% d'une couronne valant près de 2000$ et lorsque j'ai eu le réflexe de demander une contre expertise, non seulement les coûts de 1300$ ailleurs, mais en plus j'avais déjà une couronne selon le dentiste. La clinique a tout fait pour ne pas me rembourser malgré insistance. Ils ont attendu que je débute des procédures pour récupérer la somme qu'ils me devaient. Je vous assure que jamais je n'irai chez eux. Il y a de bonnes cliniques à Sainte-Marthe et je suis présentement très satisfaite de ma nouvelle dentiste. Prenez soin de vos dents en sélectionnant de bons professionnels compétents. C'est important!!!!!
