They are by no means flexible, customer service is poor and they will not hesitate to charge you the maximum. (Original) Je vous déconseille fortement ce dentiste. Ce n’est pas pour rien qu’ils sont notés à 3,6 étoiles. Premièrement, ils veulent être avertis d’une annulation au moins 48h à l’avance, mais ne vous rappelle de votre rendez-vous seulement lorsqu’il est trop tard et font payer des frais dès qu’ils le peuvent. Ils sont aucunement flexible, le service à la clientèle laisse à désirer et ils ne vont pas hésiter à vous charger le maximum.

They cut the back of my mouth with the tooth drill when I went in for a filling of a cavity. They didn't tell me and then they sent me home without adjusting the filling to fit my teeth. This happened when it was my first visit to a dentist. Had to come back the next day for them to fix the filling because I couldn't chew my food without it preventing me to close my jaw properly
