i have seen many dentist over the years had teeth removed and i have too say Smith Family Dentist is number 1 in my books he pulls the teeth fast does not play around the freezing needle hurt more they pulling the tooth as well the staff where so nice made me feel at home good work thats all i can say simple the BEST thanks again Smith Family

Just an awesome place. My children and I have been going here for many years now and we have never had a bad experience. Tooth pain sucks. These guys do what they have to to help you out! Very comfortable place. Rest peacefully in Tranquility Dr Smith.

I just recently lost my cousin and best friend I have her funeral today I was supposed to be there for 930 in the morning. I called to say I was unable to make it. The reception was very rude telling me well I need to get off the phone and fill the space when I asked for a new appointment as I do want the work done she said no to call back and hung up on me. At found this verg very hurtful. Maybe you should have more sympathetic staff on when you clients explain. I felt like a inconvenience yesterday.

I have been going to smiths family dentistry since 1992. Secretarys are always polite and friendly. Dr.Dave and his team are amazing, gentle and great with children. I highly recommend smiths family dentistry.

Smith Family Dentistry came highly recommended when I needed a tooth extracted 7 years ago. I had no coverage and was in a lot of pain. They saw me quickly, charged an affordable amount, and did amazing work. I had no complications. Now I take my children there. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. They are gentle and give you options . I am very happy with the experience. Thank you!

Dr. Smith and his team were amazing to start with. Unfortunately when Dr. Smith passed away, his office took a toll. I understand fully loosing someone like him is rough but it started to show in the office. When I was there once with my daughter, she was looking at a photo album of pictures and she was asking about the pictures she saw. The older lady behind the desk was very rude about it. I understand it was a hard loss but children shouldn't be affected. I have since this past week changed dentist office. I am sure that dr. Smith wouldn't want things this way.

The dentists are amazing. They always are, every time so professional and kind! I couldn't recommend anyone more. There is one receptionist that may make you disbelieve that. But the other is very kind, and the hygienists and dentists are so great you won't remember her!

Not impressed dr. Smith! He loves to pull teeth I’ve gone through hell because I trusted him, He pulled four of my front teeth out when in reality only two were bad. His idea was that if he pulled all four that the denture would look all the same. I haven’t been able to keep the denture in, as a result they were both lost, Now almost 5 years later I’ve had to spend almost $8,000 on dental implants not to mention the $1000 on rediculous dentures smiths had made for me were so uncomfortable I could not keep them in. Be ware folks.

I find it upsetting that people have to bring up the passing of Dr. Smith to justify their review. This has been the most welcoming establishment and on the ball for appointments and friendly staff. Keep up the great work, you're all great! :)

All the staff, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists are all very welcoming and calming. The dentists, I've seen all of them at one time or another, have great chair side manner and all are personable. They direct bill insurance (at least the ones I've had). I've never felt more comfortable with a dentist.

I have a bad filling with a cavity that has been bothering me for a few weeks. I went to their office to get an appointment and the old cranky lady at the front told me I couldn't make an appointment even though I was at their office (?) but mentioned I have to call to make an appointment. so, my wife called them to make an appointment and the same old cranky lady told her to tell me to go back to the same dentist were the filling was done and that they couldn't help me. I don't want to go back to the same because they did a bad job. I thought that smith family dentistry was a good firm but thankfully to their customer service and willingness to help I think they are as bad as the dentist who did a bad job on my teeth. Overall, my experience at Smiths dental office was bad.
