I have been at different dentists taking ODSP patients but this one is the best among them so far. They are patients, professional and very friendly. I recommend this dentist very strongly. Thank you Dr. Mudhar for taking off my ugly filling. I had to deal with it for more than 12 years. Now it's gone for good.

Definitely not a place for long term dental care. Your never remembered there. Their services are all so picky. Went for Cleaning, got told I only can get cleaning for 15 mins then sent me over to Periodontics & Associated Specialties which sucked so much. Switched dentist location and now I found one that does what I came in to do. All covered by my insurance.

My kids have been far more comfortable here than anywhere else. The staff are always polite and friendly. They are timely with remind calls. They are helpful in terms of issues with the Healthy Smiles program. I like the dentists here - knowledgeable and very good rapport with my children. The last dentistry I went to was not a pleasant experience. They were rough, made me uncomfortable and told me “let’s not worry about that yet.” and the bonding on my tooth broke a couple of months later. Well, I had my first appointment here at Smile Dental in St. Cats and it was the most amazing experience ever!! The Hygienist was super gentle with me, made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning and so nice to me overall. The dentist was so honest and actually cared about the wellbeing of my mouth and teeth. He pointed out what had to be done and said they will be fixed! I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone in St. Catharines!!! They are legit the best!!

Went to my very first appointment in like 6 years and I was so happy with their service. I'm fairly new to the St Catharines area and was looking for a new dentist because I was not happy with my dentist in Oakville. I googled dentist nears me and Smile Dental came up. The staff is super friendly and professional, really took care of my during my first appointment with them and explained what was being done and what could be done as I'm currently 6 months pregnant. So very happy to have found them and am looking forward to my next appointment with them to get my dental health back on track.

I moved to St. Catharines a while ago but didn't have a dentist yet. I have been there only once for an emergency(ish) consult in the middle of the pandemic. They seem to be very serious about all the security protocols. Everyone was super friendly and professional. The dentist explained everything to me showing me the x-ray and letting me know all the details. Really good experience. Will definitively go back once this crazy times are over.

My son had a cleaning and filling in this location last summer and one of his top fillings fall off after a few months. They refilled the tooth but they tried to charge us again. Also receptionist lady talks to me like I’m her fried. “What’s up buddy” Really that’s how you greed your customers especially for their first visit. I also had cleaned and they charged my insurance company $550 for 45 mins and charge me an extra $25. Total rip-off. I even wouldn’t give one star for this place. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I haven't had a great encounter with a dentist since I was 11 or 12. I'm a grown man and terrified of Dentists and hospitals and I gotta say I'm impressed, comfortable during the procedure, compassionate and very reassuring dentist handled me today. Friendly and amazing dentist, I wish I asked his name. He was wonderful! I can't handle needles at all, I swear even as bad as a phobia and yet he was ever so gentle as much as he could be. Truly changed my opinion of dentists but also I truly only trust Smile Dental so far. Amazing comfort zone, very friendly people, very hard working dentists and dental assistants! I was ready to write a 2 or 1 star review, here I am shocked writing a 5 star review. :D

This dentist will find as many things as possible to charge to your insurance. For example he told me I need to replace all my older fillings that felt fine. In the process of the first one he tried replacing he cracked my tooth in half trying to pull the old filling out - I asked him why my tooth was now cracked when it hadn't been and he shrugged and told me I need to buy a crown to protect it then left the room. A crown costs $1000. I will never go back here again.

I got my appointment phone call reminder and I had to tell the receptionist that unfortunately my paycheck just wasnt enough after I paid rent and that I would have to wait til next pay day. They said no worries come on in. I almost cried im just so grateful. They take real pride in their work and are very passionate. They took me in and pulled my tooth out instead of just sending me home or telling me no because I couldnt pay. A BIG thank you to Smile Dental!!!! This is the only place I will be going.

Got a filing replaced on Nov 15. Worst pain I’ve ever felt at a dentist. I was tempted to walk out. * Did not see my regular dentist (mistake). Got multiple injections to numb the area to no avail. Cheek and lips were numb but not the affected molar. Luckily he switched from the drill to a grinding tool. In the future no matter how long the wait, I will only see my regular dentist, Dr Muhsen (the best).

Very nice and friendly. Easy to talk to and have dental cleaning done. Dentist doesn't do gas for wisdom teeth removal or provide you with a toothbrush/floss after the appointment. We have moved on to a new dentist.

A little apprehensive going for any type of close contact service but after experiencing the safety procedures and PPE’s worn by the staff, I became more comfortable. My hygienist was also fantastic providing non-judgmental service and I was so impressed by the cleaning process making sure I was comfortable the entire time and offered breaks if needed. I used to hate the cleaning process when some hygienists kept going and water accumulated in my mouth because I did not want to swallow the water. That didn’t happen here at all. Extremely happy with the service and staff at Smile Dental Centre-Bunting. ????
