I have recently switched to Henley Dental after avoiding the dentist for a few years. Having had past experiences that were not comfortable or even terrible, it has been a huge relief that my experiences at Henley Dental have been the opposite. Dr Courtney and her team have been kind, compassionate and caring. Their care extends past the time you are sitting in the chair; receiving follow up texts after treatments that are personal have cemented that I made the right decision switching here. They truly care about you. The staff is willing to adapt and make sure that you are calm and comfortable at all times. After finding some discomfort with having X-rays done at my first appointment, I mentioned it to Lisa and she immediately found another way to make it happen so it was more comfortable. Amazing! I didn’t even hesitate to book an appointment for my toddler and her first appointment was fun and relaxed which makes me confident that she is going to have a healthy view of going to the dentist moving forward. I would recommend Henley Dental to anyone looking for an extra level of care!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I recently changed dentist and made one of the best decisions I've made this year by switching to Henley Dental! This place is unmatched. The service is exceptional. They make you feel very comfortable ( especially for someone who was nervous of the dentist from past experiences). All of the staff are absolutely amazing from the time you enter right up until you leave. You feel like you are truly being taken care of and that they genuinely care about your health. As for the service: they do amazing work and thoroughly go through everything with you so you know exactly what is going on. I never thought I would find a place like this! I have only seen Dr. Courtney Mewett thus far and she is an amazing caring intelligent doctor that truly shows she loves and cares what she does. 5 stars to this team! ( again wish I could give 10) . I have been a patient with Henley Dental Clinic for about 8 months. Both Dr.Inas and Dr.Courtney are highly proficient dentists and spend a good amount of time try to understand your issue and do their best to solve the problem. The clinic also does a good amount of work to prevent COVID spread including an air purifier system. I also do a crown tooth here. It is too early to tell how good the crown is because it is measure by durability, but the shape, texture, and fit are very good.

Last week, my daughter told me she felt a strange pain on her tooth and found a tiny black dot. I was afraid because I am a foreigner and had no experience of going to clinic. To make an appointment with a dentist, I had to call clinics, which made me nervous. On the phone, listening to spoken English is still challenge to me. However, Henley dental' assistant understood English is not my first language and she spoke slowly and arranged the appointment for my daughter. The first impression at this clinic was that they were keeping the safety rules such as social distance, tools' sanitation, high touch areas disinfection and so on...thoroughly. These days this is very important to me. The second thing that I was satisfied with was that the dentist ( I don't remember his name) hid a needle technically so that my daughter couldn't see it until it was injected to her gum. Without his thoughtful trick, my daughter would have been terrified! The treatment ended successfully and my daughter is now feeling comfortable. Besides, one of the staff let me know the cost beforehand which made me prepared. What I liked most was both the examination and the treatment was done on a same day. If you have a little kid and you are a foreigner like me, not good at English, it will be the best option to contact this dental clinic. I had no difficulty at all. They were awesome!

I have been attending Henley Dental for the past 18 years and became Dr Mewett's patient after she took over the practice. Over the years, I have had many dentists, but I have found Dr Mewett to be the most caring ,as well as competent, of all. State-of-the -art diagnostic equipment has been purchased for the practice and I believe that this has contributed to keeping my teeth healthy into the future. I have, unfortunately, had to have a great deal of work done on my teeth recently and Dr Mewett and her dental nurse, Lisa, have been nothing but professional and concerned for my well-being throughout the procedures. (Dr Mewett's nerve blocks are outstanding!). The entire staff at Henley Dental are friendly and helpful and I met the new dental hygienist, Jill, today who cleaned my teeth and fits in well with the high standard of care. The Covid precautions make one feel perfectly comfortable and last, but not least, Dr Mewett always follows up with a 'phone call after a procedure. (A first for me!) I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Mewett to anyone wishing for a really good dentist in a friendly practice.

At Henley Dental, I felt as if I was MORE than just another patient! Up until 2 weeks ago, I hadn't been to the dentist in many years due to anxiety/fear of the dentist when I began experiencing tooth pain. I was referred to this dental office by a longtime friend and current patient. Not only did Henley Dental immediately accept me as a new client, they scheduled an appointment for first thing the following day. During my appointment, the hygienist, dental assistant, and dentist took the time to get to know me as a person and understand my anxiety/fears. The staff explained every part of each procedure required for dental treatment, and ensured I was comfortable and okay to proceed. They even offered strategies to deal help support my anxiety of being at the dentist (wearing headphones during treatment to drown out sounds of tools), which helped significantly. Following my appointment, the dentist herself phoned me to check in on how I was feeling after receiving the dental work; so thoughtful! Everyone at the office was extremely welcoming and understanding. I appreciated it greatly and feel less anxious about going to the dentist. Thank you so much for everything.

I can't say enough incredible things about this place, I have told everyone I know to go to them. I ended up having to go to them a number of times within a month and they were amazing each time. The team is friendly and makes you feel very much at ease and they are the most efficient team I have ever seen. Dr. Courtney is the best dentist I have ever met and she treats her staff and her clients with incredible respect and kindness. You can tell she is a leader that takes care of her team. I cannot recommend them enough.

We love Henley Dental. My five year old daughter had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist after a previous visit at a different establishment. Dr Courtney has such an easy-going and reassuring manner with kids that my daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist and has started saying she would like to be a dentist when she grows up. All of the hygienists are fantastic and the reception staff is always friendly.
