I've never felt more comfortable and at ease going to the dentist. Right from the moment you walk in, the front desk welcomes you with a smile knowing exactly who you are and even asks about how other family members are doing since their last visit. Everyone is approachable, fun, and inclusive. Dr. McNamee is very calm and intelligent and its always a pleasure to see him. Special shout out to Jill who is an absolute sweetheart of a dental hygienist that I always look forward to seeing!

The first time I met Dr. McNamee and the team was when I had an emergency and my regular dentist couldn’t fit me in. I was amazed by the kindness and compassion of all the staff and never went back to my previous dentist. I’ve been with the team at Creekview Dental for years now. The environment is clean, warm and inviting, and the staff go out of their way to help you with anything you need, the communication level is a breath of fresh air. The technology they have is phenomenal. My mother recently relocated back to the area, and they booked her in right away when she needed to be seen. I simply can’t express what a phenomenal team they are at Creekview Dental!

I have been searching for a dental office for my kids for a while. We had been to a few and we didn't find one we really liked until Creekview. They are amazing there. Very informative and friendly. My kids adored the Hygienists. They made my youngest son feel safe and comforted. This will be our new dentist from now on.

I have been going here for a couple of years now. They are always so friendly and professional. The dentist and staff actually take the time to explain and educate you as too your options. They are never too busy to take care of their patients. Go see the difference for yourself. I just referred a coworker with a sore tooth who couldn't get in to see his own dentist. He has been a patient for 5 years there but when he called they told him to come in next week.

Honestly, these guys get it. As you walk in your immediatly greeted by the nicest receptionist/dental assistants I've met, they make jokes and generally treat you like family, which (I'm not one) makes it way easier for people who are scared of dentists. They are flexible and very willing to help if you'll ask for it. The dentist himself is wonderful with a voice of honey (the description I've been given by over 4 different people now) . He talks you through exactly what's going on and is gentle. I believe they offer payment plans if insurance is an issue and they are considerate of those without insurance. Honestly, unless I have to move, and I mean far, I don't plan on changing dentists again.

Dr. Jason McNamee and his team are superstars! They have done my Invisalign (braces) and many cleanings, X-Rays, etc. I just had another great experience with them yesterday and decided to write a little review. Here are some factors that are at the top of my priority list when choosing a dentist. Yours may differ, but this is what I find important: 1. The dentist should be communicative and never tire of my questions! 2. They should keep their office... how I like my teeth; clean! 3. My teeth should feel noticeably clean when I leave, no rough spots! 4. Staff should be communicative, considerate and friendly 5. Must invest in newer technologies (Usually an indicator of less pain!) Dr. Jason McNamee and his team have met and exceeded all of this criteria, I am very happy with them. My family and I will continue to support them for many years to come!

I have been with Dr. McNamee for over 10 years that I decided to commute to St. Catherine's just to keep him as our dentist. He makes my children feel at ease that they always look forward to their next appointment. Dr. McNamee takes his time to explain everything. The front desk are always kind and accommodating. Their PPE practice during covid19 is so safe, I watched the front desk disinfect as people left. I highly recommend!

I went to visit Creek View Dental about a week ago. The staff is incredible! Nichole, has such a great personality and a very contagious smile. She made me feel so comfortable in her chair, she calmed my nervous down. The girl that cleaned my teeth ( Aaron? ) was so amazing! Very chatty, in a good way. Got my mind on other things instead of being at the dentist office. She was very professional, and knows exactly what she is talking about. Ashley, she is at the front desk. She welcomed me in with a big warm smile and talked to me before they brought me to the back. She is so friendly and very pleasant to be around. At the end of my appointment she had everything settled for me regarding my insurance and my next appointments. You can tell that this group really loves where they work and what they are doing! My husband, son and myself moved to St. Catharines from Ottawa 4 years ago and began to have our dental care at CreekView Dental. As a person with an immense fear of dentists I can attest to the fact that this is the best dentist and staff our family has ever had. This is the best decision we made following our move. Dr. McNamee is relaxed, caring, meticulous and superb at his profession. He is an excellent communicator and ensures the comfort of the patient especially including no pain. The patient is always a partner in their care. The staff from Nicole, Dr. M's assistant, to their hygienists, Rachael and Michelle, are all excellent at their trade and professional in all they do. It is clear that they always want to ensure they are making the patient as comfortable and as at ease as possible. And then there is Melynda the Dental Receptionist. She greets each person with a smile and by name. She always on top of everything , efficient in all she undertakes. She is prompt when contacted and the information requested is always accurate.
