My family has been coming here since they first opened. If you're afraid of the dentist, then this is the perfect clinic to go to. You're walked through every procedure and your concerns are always prioritized and taken into account. The staff is incredible, they're great at working around your schedule to book you in as soon as possible, and being timely with appointments.

Nothing but good things to say about the staff And Dr. Poulter. Very thoughtful, professional and caring atmosphere. Ps. I work in the child and youth care field and oral hygiene and lack there of can be a huge indicator or child neglect. As doctors and professionals they would have a clear understanding and have an unbiased position on your child's well-being. It might be hard to admit being negligent in any area but taking a look at your own actions and being self-aware would be much more realistic instead of placing blame onto the professionals trying to help and share their knowledge to protect your child's health. Keep up the good work Dr. Poulter!

the worst! went in with tooth pain. told me to take Advil and book another apointment. went in for a second appointment, still in pain, and said they would only do a cleaning! the receptionist has no clue what is going on and called 3 or 4 times to keep rebooking the "cleaning" I was supposed to get. Then tried to blame me because I didn't explain to their receptionist what I was supposed to have done. LOOK IT UP..ITS YOUR JOB! the absolute most frustrating experience I have ever had with a dentist office.

I am very impressed with the level of detail in my last two appointments. The hygienist was very nice and explain things in detail throughout the whole appointment and very understanding. I was super impressed with the dentist as he asked me about my experience. They care about you and want to do what's best for you. Very personal. Super happy listened to my concerns and was able to provide a solution for me. Very thorough and attention to detail. Receiption learns your preference and tries to accommodate as much as possible. I usually need evenings and have been able do no problem ????.

This office is the best !!! I cannot thank them enough! I went into Carlton Dental in severe pain from a previous dental disaster at another clinic. They booked me in for the next day and bumped by appointment up by half hour. They were professional, friendly and explained everything to me. I walked out of there happy, relieved and pain free ! Thank you to the dentist and the staff for a great experience i will be recommending everyone to you and i will most definitely be having my dental work done here from now on.

They are all very friendly every time i have gone this year. Even the receptionist - very good customer service — which is hard to find when you are calling a new dentist to book a new apt, most places they are rude. I am really happy with the service i have received here. They always call you to remind you of your appointment which is great! And they always try to follow up with you so you keep a good maintenance of your teeth :)

Had a very positive experience. They were very kind and caring with me as I had a bad experience years ago at another office. Everyone was very nice and helpful and walked me through every step of the cleaning and checkup. The office is clean and welcoming. So happy I found a new dentist!!

WHATastic! WHATastic!

Worst experience ever. Unable to make 2nd appointment for my kids. Called to reschedule appointment. Receptionist said she could not reschedule my appointment. For that reason, receptionist asked me never to bring my kids there anymore. Was very rude and disrespectful.

First, the Dental Hygienist and Dental assistant Ashley (I believe that's her name) were always amazing and at one point I would have given this Dental Office a 4/5 star. Then Dr. Poulter, who was great, left and everything went down hill from there. Dr. Sharon was nice, but after my procedure, the office staff gave me the wrong prescription. What a headache to deal with when your in pain I have to say. Then I gave them another chance and the Dentist came in without introduction or anything and started hitting my tooth with a metal instrument and asking if it hurt. I kept saying no and it was as if he didn't believe me and kept hitting it harder to try and make it hurt. The next day I did find my tooth hurt, I suspect from being hit with a hard metal instrument far too many times for no good reason at all. Then I went to pay my portion as I have insurance that covers 80% of the procedure. I was told by the office staff that I had outstanding balances owed from multiple procedures dating back to 2018 (they neglected to tell me this until this point). I paid it as I apparently owed it. My problem is that at the time they waived these fees (or like they said forgot to charge me FOR 3 YEARS), they appeared to be hurting for business, with posters in the office stating "You can receive a $5 Tim's card for a 5 star google review", I supported them because Dr. Poulter was a good Dentist and deserved to be supported. Then COVID hits, he leaves, I come in for a procedure and BAM I have an extra large bill to pay because either A) the office and accounting teams are completing incompetent or B) They waived those fee's and now want their money because they are hurting. This is not how you treat a client and for that I left and thankfully found an honest Dental Office. I hope those few hundred $$$'s were worth it as now I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!!

Absolutely wonderful! I first came to Carlton Dental as they were one of the few open during the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic for emergency services; at that time I was an active opiate addict. At no point did I feel like I was treated as lesser for my addiction; I was treated with the utmost respect and like I had a medical issue rather than being stigmatized and dehumanized (as is common). I returned a year later for more work, and reception was very congratulatory on my success with getting off of opiates. Their work has been impeccable; staff are very open about what they are doing, and I have full confidence and trust in them while getting work done. 10/10, would recommend.

Haven't been to the dentist in 13-15 years, so long I don't remember! Anyway, the receptionist greeted me right away and was very friendly. The hygienist was extremely understanding and reassuring throughout the entire visit. She told me step by step what she was doing and asked me just as often how I was doing. She had freezing ready for me since I did have alot of reservations and needed alot of care but I didn't even need it. She showed me the x-rays of before and after and explained exactly what she did. The dentist was equally as nice, she was very positive and encouraging about our plan of action and seemed eager to help me! I already have my next two appointments booked and have zero fears about them! ????

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this dental clinic they don't finish the job. They are not professional they don't prescribe any pain killers after work is done or anti-biotics. they fail to check for infection before doing procedures

Beyond amazing. Had a pain in my tooth and once I called I had an apt within the day and a root canal the next. I feared anytime I need freezing, but the dentist and staff were so awesome I didn't panic and had no pain.
