For years, Ritter Dental has cared for me amazingly well. First off Dr. Ritter makes time for you when an issue arises. I am seen promptly and efficiently. But on top of Dr. Ritter's great care comes amazing work by the reception, hygenists, and assistants. It is the little things that go a long way. EG. The ease of the service available such as sending a message request in to them over the weekend and having a response in your inbox before 8 AM on a Monday morning How about this one....Their new appointment cards have a peel off sticker that I just peel and stick in my appointment book. It definitely is the little things that make the experience at Ritter Dental Centre TOP NOTCH!

The absolute best dental office I have ever been to. The hygienists and the front desk people are SO nice. And the dentist is knowledgable and so nice as well! Great place totally recommend to EVERYONE!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had a terrible experience. Went in for a cleaning, the assistant I had was very nice and conversational, when it came time for the dentist to come in and check my teeth, a random person who was sitting at the front desk comes in and starts looking at my X-rays. I wouldn't mind if she actually introduced herself to me. She kept talking at me like I was so below her, and when the dentist came in he started looking at my X-rays and they just started talking to each other. I had to ask and clarify what was going on with my teeth like I was overhearing their conversation instead of them telling me what's going on. I was upset about the situation and the random girl that walked in the room just looked at me and wanted me to book more appointments! GOOD JOKE. I don't even know the damn ladies name that just randomly walked in or if she was an actual dentist or assistant. I am looking elsewhere for the work I have to get done. And I feel like Dr.Ritter doesn't even care about his patients or will even care about this review!

Ive been seeing Dr. Ritter for a long time, best dentist I've ever been to. I was in terrible pain around good Friday and Dr Ritter was booked solid and couldn't schedule me in for a root canal immediately so him and one of his assistants actually suggested that they will come in on the holiday (good Friday) when they should have been closed just to do my root canal for me. They never charged anything extra and did a great job saving my tooth. I do not believe any other dentist or staff would care this much about a patient. I've had a couple of experiences with Dr Ritter that prove over and over he cares about the people not just the business. It's also worth noting a couple years ago due to situation i had to see another dentist at another clinic for a tooth that was bugging me. The dentist I saw said she had no option except to extract it. I went to see Dr Ritter for a second opinion the next day and he got me in and saved my tooth no problem. Dr Ritter is very skilled and cares a great deal for his patients and his staff is top notch as well. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

2 hours and 45mins for a root canal that should take a max of around 90mins, as the dentist was not present half the time. With the dental damn attached i was left alone on 2 separate instances for periods of 15-20mins while the dentist was off dealing with who knows what, and the dental assistance in another room joking around. I was left alone drooling all over myself and in extreme discomfort. After all was said and done my benefits had been maxed out after 1 visit and left a very bitter taste in my mouth. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. Dr Ritter is an arrogant , self-absorbed jerk who thinks he's above God. He did a terrible repair job on my tooth, after it broke from the initial repair he did not even a year later. And to top it off he complained while he was doing it. I would not recommend him to anyone. The staff there are all very nice and he seems to boss them around. The one girl today seemed scared of him. I have had problems there before but thought I would give them another chance... Never again!

I love coming here. The staff and Dr.Ritter himself always treat me and my daughter very well. Super nice environment, happy staff, such a great change from the dental office I used to go to down the parking lot. I even moved out of town and still drive an hour just to come to this office.

Highly recommended! I always receive the best dental care from Dr. Ritter and his staff. Many years ago when I became a first-time patient, I was beyond impressed. I recommended his Dental Office to family and friends; several of which are also patients of Dr. Ritter. The staff there are amazing, friendly and follow Covid 19 protocol measures very professionally. If you are looking for a new Dental Office, look no further.

Do you enjoy visiting your dentist? I actually do! At Ritter Dental Centre I always receive excellent care, and today was no exception. The protocols they’ve instituted due to Covid-19 ensured I had no undue worries about risk during this pandemic. The office staff are always welcoming. Dr Ritter is highly proficient and professional. The best part of my regular visits is the time spent with hygienist Emma ... her friendliness makes the time pass so quickly. Her well-established skill results in a thorough cleaning that is pain free. When you’re able to enjoy some laughter during your treatment you know you’ve found the right place to visit to achieve and maintain dental health!

I was disappointed that Dr. Ritter came in to look only at my xrays and did not look in my mouth. I had to make another appointment to have a cap re-attached and to have a large chip on a molar repaired. My hygienist was excellent and noticed a couple of suspicious looking lesions that are to be kept a watch on

Ritter Dental is an 5 stars in my book. My daughter fell and lost half her tooth. the next day they had her in by lunch and fixed her tooth to make it look like new. As she had never had freezing before they went over the procedure with her and made her feel at ease. She told me after she did not even feel the needle. I am so glad they made this a pleasant experience for her being she is 10. Thank you so much to the team at Ritter Dental for all they do, if anyone is looking for a dentist I highly recommend them.

Ritter Dental is amazing , right from when you walk in. The girls up front always greet you with a Hello and big bright smile. The dental hygienist are great and very friendly. I can say I really like going to the dentist. Dr.Ritter has a great group of people that working there. Look after your teeth and Keep Smiling....????

I had to go see Dr Ritter for the first time, last week his staff is amazing , very friendly,& knowledgeable . The office is very clean and well organized. Dr Ritter was amazing I had no pain at all ,in fact I did not even feel the needle for the freezing.I would give the entire office of Dr. Ritter 5 starts.

I am writing this review for my mum(Ranjit Gill ). Dr Alan is the best dentist i have ever had. His work is always excellent. I had great experience, they deserve more than 5 star. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I honestly recommend this place.

I only realized the good work Dr. Ritter does after my orthodontist mentioned my "tricky" root canal work that he saw on my x-rays. Apparently the roots were twisted quite a bit, but I haven't had any issues with it and it has been many years already. I have some anxiety with being in the chair for sure, but the root canal was not a bad experience at all. The staff is super friendly and accommodating (I live out of town). I even had a basic filling done by a local dentist when I moved out of Winnipeg 8 years ago. It was not as good a job as Dr. Ritter's, so I've been making the drive into the city for my appointments ever since.
