Martin reached out to me regarding a workers compensation settlement issue. He gave me a done of great advise and recommendations on the next steps to take and referred me to a medical specialist to get the proper condition report. Once I have all that I will be returning to him to seek out his advise on the next steps required. He doesn't know me and I've never reached out to him before so I'm very pleased and happy at the level of info and details he gave me to move forward.

Went for a meeting. Mr pollock sr. Was nice to meet on the phone but once I arrived He immediately started speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. He made me feel as if I was trying to do something wrong by suing the insurance company.. then asked the level of mine and my fathers education in a condescending manner. that’s when I left. Maybe it was a bad day for him, we all have them. But I left that initial meeting quite upset. I went with another firm due to it. Susan was a gem tho.

I am just so happy with their service. I was already happy with the original price I was told to on the phone when I asked how much they charge for documents to be certified. When I went there and have all my 7 documents certified and signed, the staff told me that I was given a discount! Who would not be happy with that when some notary office would charge too way expensive! Staff who was there was nice too. Noah who I believed signed my documents was nice and very considerate! Thank you! :) I also find Susan very accomodating and down to earth. Nice attorneys working in this company. Thank you again! :)

I spoke to Martin Pollock - this guy really doesn't have any telephone manners or inter-personal skills. If someone cannot treat potential clients or anyone with an ounce of respect and courtesy, then it's worth staying away. He gives lawyers a bad name!!
