I am grateful to have found Dr. Beauchamp and Lacombe Park Dental many years ago. Even with my fears and stresses about seeing a dentist, I enjoy the people there so much that I look forward to an appointment! The work done is quality, I am NEVER pushed to make big decisions, my comfort level is highest priority. And now, with COVID19, they offered a bit of humour along with all the precautions that you could imagine, professionally performed.

Recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Emanuel Moreira, and it went way better than I expected! He made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure, and it was a lot less painful than I expected! The other staff members are also incredibly friendly and patient, I look forward to my next visit! (I also recently had a dental cleaning done here a couple weeks before my wisdom teeth removal, and that was probably the best cleaning I've had at any dental office, virtually pain-free!)

Recently had 2 teeth pulled in preparation for braces. Dr. Beauchamp was caring and very professional. The appointment was on time, no waiting and the staff was great! Love this office.

My son (3) got a filling at this dental office 2 months ago and now has an abscess. The tooth will need to be removed and he will have permanent bone loss. I took him to a different dentist and was told that it was very likely because of a poor job done on the cavity by the prior dentist (Dr. Degner). Avoid this office.

My family has been going to Dr Degner for a couple of years. For basic cleanings, she's fine. But DO NOT see Dr Degner if you need patience from your dentist. I also don't think she is a kid-friendly dentist - she seems to have more patience with adults than with kids. Time slots are only 40min, and they WILL kick you out if you're anxious or need a bit more time to feel comfortable. We took our kids to see Dr Degner for pre-orthodontic work (tooth extractions); my kids are kind and sensitive kids, and they were worried about the dental work. The MINUTE my kids got anxious, Dr Degner pushed her chair back, packed up all her stuff, and proceeded to reprimand my kids for their behaviour!! And then she was rude to us about the situation - blaming my kids for not co-operating. Dr Degner even tried to physically push my son down into the chair, which made him more anxious and resistant. Instead of working with my kids, she'd sooner write a referral for elsewhere, because they "don't have time for this" and "she/he needs to go somewhere else." We even called ahead to make sure they could accommodate my son's need for more time, and they said they could; and I KNOW he'd get the work done, if someone was patient with him. We will never recommend this place for kids, or for anyone who is anxious or needs patience. The lack of patience and understanding is terrible. Not to mention, the blame placed on my kids, making them feel bad, and the rudeness towards us is completely unprofessional. UPDATE FEB 3/2020 My daughter had a cavity filled in at Lacombe Park Dental a year ago; it absessed and she ended up having to have dental surgery in August to remove the tooth. We have since found a different dentist who works very well with anxious kiddos and both my kids LOVE going to the dentist now ????

I have had some very positive experiences at Lacombe Park dental. The first one was when Dr. Beauchamp pulled one of my teeth that had become abscessed. I have had a very bad experience with having a tooth pulled previously so I was very apprehensive. He was amazing! Actually the whole process was painless. The Other Very Positive Experience I Had was with Dr. Schmidt. I have Parkinson's, and this makes it very difficult for me to sit still, especially for a long procedures like root canals etc. He and his nurse were very understanding of my situation and did their best to keep me comfortable. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are helpful, courteous and very good at what they do. I have never felt so comfortable have my teeth looked after and I have had some bad experience in my youth that have left me with quite a fear. Dr. Degner did a root canal and I did not notice any discomfort. I was actually surprised when it was done. I actually enjoyed going back for more work and checkups. The follow up call sealed it for me. A top-notch facility.

Amazing place! I called in with a dental emergency (during the start of COVID) - and they got me in SAME DAY! I was in so much pain, and distress and they took me in when other dental offices declined. Dr. Beauchamp is the best dentist I have ever had! I really don't like this dentist. Thier hours suck, their dentist are never there, and to get an appoitment takes forever. Then don't try to help you, they do the basics take your money and thats it. I had a root canal done here and it got pretty messed up years later, but still root canals should just work and be done with. Now they want me to came back and get it fixed and pay for it again. Honestly if they messed it up the first time I don't want to go back and probably have to do it agian and pay for the shoty work. I might as well go to another clinic and pay full price and get it done right! I do not recomend this clinic.

Beware. Worst dental experience of my life. Rushed, unprofessional, uncaring, damaging, up-selling, ....an oil change/lube drive through has nothing on this place. My teeth coming out of this place are far worse than before I went in - I am in constant pain now. Do yourself a favour and never step foot into this "dental clinic". Suzanne Degner is the worst dentist I have ever had the misfortune of allowing to work on my teeth....I am in my mid 40's. Lesson learned. Updated (April 15/21) - I had to laugh when I saw a photo of Suzanne Degner in the local paper (represented as a current photo) - it is a photo of her 40 years ago...she now looks like a senior citizen - there is no truth in advertising. Avoid this person and dentist office.
